My husband and I went to upgrade our 12 year old Tempur-Pedic and I was so relieved to be greeted by Shona Brenner. She was so welcoming and her patience with us was amazing. She asked the right questions and she tailored what we needed within the hour we were there. She also showed us some pillows and we ended up getting four new pillows too and we were able to take two home that day. The pillows are amazing! It was an unexpected surprise to go into the store, meeting Shona, to buy pillows and leaving with a purchase of pillows AND a Tempur—pedic bed. Shona, an exceptional sales person, was there to listen as she inquired and I shared my story about my low back history and symptoms. Not a pressure sale at all, as she introduced me to bed styles which fit my need. She gave me time to experience each style. Very well versed on each bed, she listened to my concerns and opinions. In the end, I made a purchase. Was awfully incredible too, as there was currently a sales special which made the purchase even more favorable! It was a great shopping experience working with Shona and her manager Susan. Mattress/bed purchases are always difficult as one is so accustom to what one has, never realizing just how important a good mattress is to a good night’s sleep and your day. Shona truly was great to work with, as I look forward to getting my new bed!

Shona at the Tempur-Pedic store in Downtown Summerlin by Dillard’s store gave me a very good presentation on all the mattresses & adjustable bases. She pushed the button on the remote control of the adjustable base on Zero Gravity which was amazing!The head & the legs elevate which takes pressure off the intervertebral discs which is important for good spine health especially after a long day plus decreases the tension in the hip flexor muscle and improves the circulation in the lower extremities as well. It felt so good on my back that I didn’t want to get up anytime soon.;) LoLShona was very personable & knowledgeable plus patient with all my questions as I was trying to decide which would fit my needs the best.I read somewhere that we spend a 1/3 of our life sleeping so we might as well have a comfortable restful sleep so when we wake up we feel energized & ready to deal with whatever the day throws at us.Mattresses & adjustable bases can get pricey so I wanted to make sure to invest in what is worth the cost & would benefit my quality of sleep in the long run.I try to put my health first, eat healthy, exercise and I see so many other people try to do the same as well because in the long run it makes a big difference in how we all feel.The Tempur-Pedic mattresses & adjustable bases can add to that whole experience of healthy living by providing amazing comfort & support while you sleep.I’ve recommended Tempur-Pedic to all of my friends and now by writing this review I hope more people would check out Tempur-Pedic as well as they have many great choices to choose from, soft, firm, hybrid, cooling mattresses etc.Try them & see which mattress works best for you, I am sure you will be happy you did plus try Zero Gravity adjustable base as well which is such a game changer to take pressure off the back & help the entire body to relax. From the moment we walked into the store to the moment we received our product, we knew we were in good hands. Ron was not only professional but quite helpful. We were closed within minutes but Ron did not stop to educate us on the right product for our enjoyment. He always excepted my calls even while I was being a pain and never hesitated to assist us in any way possible. As for the delivery, Robert and Robert were polite, professional, informative and they arrived an hour ahead of time. We have had tempurpedic for over 40 years but this purchase, by far, was the friendliest and most informative.

My wife and I went into the flagship store on Sunday and were immediately greeted by Ron. Before we tried any of the beds Ron offered us hand sanitizer, gloves, and explained their clean shop promise.We had tried the product at a furniture store but wanted to see all of the models as the furniture store only had 2 beds. We are so glad we did, as Ron took us on an educational Journey on how to choose the correct mattress for us instead of just buying a mattress. He explained the difference between the firm, medium, and soft versions and how they differed with regards to feel, and comfort based on how we slept, and the different Tempurpedic technology in each.In the end we did not purchase on Sunday but wanted to give Ron a shout out for his professionalism, sharing of knowledge, and the kindness he showed even after we told him that we were not buying today. An awesome experience !!

What a gem in the desert! Husband just got his 4th back surgery! His pain was a 9-10 for quite awhile. For the first time in his life, he said his pain is a 4-5. This adjustable base changed our life! I hear him adjust sometimes in the night, but he always finds the sweet spot to get a lot of sleep! Something he was not used to for years.

Susan had my bed shipped today with the stores white glove folks. Set up and delivery were right on time. Cant wait to sleep tonight. The whole process from start to finish was flawless. Thanks Tempur-Pedic. You have customer service figured out.

I didn’t really know how important a pillow is! Susan and Ron actually informed me that I needed to be “fitted” for a pillow. After all, they said, and I quote “your pillow is 1/4 of your sleep situation!” Love my cloud cooling pillow for $99!! With a 5 year warrenty!

We were told delivery would be the 21-23 and just received an email stating Jan 6 was the soonest delivery. In my opinion you shouldnt say one thing and do another. Ron was our sales person. He was the most honest salesman Ive ever met. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When we said we were going to a competitor to try their bed to be sure the tempur-pedic was what we wanted he strongly advised us to try our options knowing in the back of his mind we would be back. They let you take your time, while educating you on the perfect mattress for your sleeping position. Softer for side sleepers so your dang arm doesn’t fall asleep.Really awesome staff too!
