Wow. I wish my call was recorded with sales person Ashley at the rainbow location. She should be reviewed by her managers further so that she doesnt cost the rainbow location more customers. This person obviously hates their job. I tried to be polite but she was sarcasticly speaking to me in a mockingly agitated tone. Almost cheery but super heavy on the passive aggression. I just placed an order online and called the store to see if I could pick up my items sooner. I was very rudely dismissed by an employee when I asked about the timeline. She calls back a minute later to tell me that most of my items are not in stock & I should cancel my order. I asked if she could assist in doing so and she basically told me that was my problem & to call customer service. The cancelled the $200 order but can not tell me when the money was back on my card. There is an even closer sallys store with these items I need and I would have purchased from there immediately but now my money is tied up. Ashlee was incredibly unpleasant, disrespectful and this interaction is the reason I will no longer shop at sally beauty.Their employees do not case about customer service.

If your employee is going to point out a product and state its buy one get one 1/2 off then you should honor it at the register and not try to tell the customer its not for the permanent color its for the semi permanent color. When I stated their employee told me the color I was looking at was buy one get one 1/2 off the employee who had pointed out the sale stepped up, cut me off from what I was trying to say, and said yeah, my names Celia baby in a very rude tone like she had already told me her name. Celia is condesending and I dont like that she called me baby. Honor the sale your employee offer and explain to them about proper tone when handling a mistake they made that way customer dont leave feeling talked down to.

I get off work and race down to sally’s so i can get bleach to do my roots (i have a very important meeting in the morning that i just found out about today so i really needed my roots to be done by the morning) . I get there at 8:56, run up to the door and it’s locked. There are two female employees standing behind the counter and there is still a customer inside. They shake there head and say no we are closed . I told them i just needed to grab bleach, i already know exactly which one and exactly where it is and they still say no. Then i hold up my watch (which is an apple watch so i know it is the right time ) and it reads 8:58 ans i show them and they shrug there shoulders and motion me to leave. They are awful.

SO I DECLINED HER HELP SECOND ATTEMPT OF HELP BECAUSE I HAD TO WAIT ANOTHER 20 MINS FOR HER TO ASSIST EVERYONE ELSE WHEN I WAS PATIENTLY WAITING, THEN SHE CALLED SECURITY ON ME BECAUSE I TOLD HER HOW DO YOU WORK FOR SALLYS AND DONT KNOW ABOUT THEIR PRODUCTS?? SO I FOUND IT MYSELF SMH, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS ABSOLUTELY ATROCIOUS HERE AND JUST RUDE AND PURE CLASSIC RACISM, ANOTHER BLACK LADY WALKED OUT BECAUSE SHE DIDNT GET HELP EITHER, SO I BOUGHT THE SULFATE AND UPON LEAVING THE STORE I WAS LAUGHED AT BY YOUR CASHIER ??? VERY DISRESPECTFUL AND DISSATISFIED SERVICES FROM HERE . I WISH I CAN GET HER NAME SO I CAN REPORT HER TO HER MANAGER ASAP. Horrible service very unprofessional .save yourself some time and do not go here. ive been coming here for two years to this location . total of 15 years shopping at sallys all together . never going back to this location. I had two coupons which I could not use. I left not using either of the coupons because they said the code was not working. I also work in retail and have to problem solve. I had my id with the coupon has the same name on it.. I hope this place goes out of business.

It was great. The lady that help us at the register was very nice and helpful.

I was greeted with We close in 5 minutes. and then the blonde woman went back and turned off the lights. I got what I came for. There wasnt time to look for anything else. I was not impressed with the customer service unfortunately. My receipt say 6:00 pm exactly, so the lights were turned out before they were officially closed.

The kid they had working there has no clue and there was no one there to ask for help...

They are usually well stocked and have what I need which may be because they arent as busy as other locations. Other locations Ive been to always have a few patrons and employees inside. Not the same here. Ive run into some sort of issue on all 4 occasions that Ive used this shop. It took about 15-20 minutes to exchange a product that was the same price. The cashier couldnt figure out what was owed even though I kept telling her it should be even since there was no difference in price. This took so much time I forgot to exchange the other product I needed to which is partially my fault. I even went to the charleston location after one of my visits here and was so happy with the staff I had to gift them some cookies.

I went in 10 minutes before close. I had what I needed in my hands at the register a minute later. There was NO ONE by the register so I walk over to the nail polish. There was a woman kneeling over and I was not aware she worked there until she looked at me and said We close in five minutes so you better take your stuff to the register, hun. She said it with an attitude and its not professional to call customers hun. Then, another employee proceeded to check me out. She asks if I have a Sallys card and I tell her I dont have it with me. She proceeds to look it up on her computer but can not find me in the system even though Ive had my card for a month, Ive used it before, and I got it at this location. I have been disappointed with my visits at this location. I miss the older women who used to work at this location.
