First things firstTHIS IS NOT A BEAUTY SUPPLY( Primarily Hair care, sprinkles of nail and make up products. A beauty supply store is usually all 3 )THIS A NAIL SUPPLY.Lucky for me I am a nail tech, however today I was looking for hair supply not nails or make up.Employees at this location were nice however the girl at the front was not knowledgeable enough to be at the front desk of a nail supply location. This is just my opinion. The owner was at the location and she grabbed him and he was very smart and knowledgeable I was very happy about that. He told me he owns another store in la with more products. They have a HUGE CRYSTAL SELECTION SO I WILL BE BACK! They offer crystal boxes filled with crystals ( 600 PCs ) and a wax pen which I like. Although I think their crystal section is a bit pricey if I didn’t have time to order online this would be an amazing second choice!Nice Place, decent location, nice people.

My first time shopping here and the two men were kind and helped me pick a brush for beginner, I was in the store for about 25 minutes they didn’t follow me around of even move from the front desk. They also gave me three free items. The prices are really good and they have everything you could think of. I will be coming back thank you for your wonderful customer service. - Khandi

Wow! Don’t come here unless you want the store manager or employees to follow you around while you shop! Literally watch you as if you’re stealing something whenever I come to these oriental stores they stare my brown self down. When I come in with my white mom tho I’m treated like a queen. Go figure.

Says they close at 7pm . I got there at 6:50 pm and doors were locked also there are not hours listed outside ! So annoying . Such a waste of time

Customer service is horrible here. They look at you and don’t say anything when u come in. Aren’t helpful and the only time they talk is when they said this store is for nail supply’s, not hair.🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️ This didn’t personally happen to me but I wouldn’t shop here knowing that this is how they treat their customers.

The employees at this place seem racially biased and should be retrained to not look at black customers as if they are lost and shouldnt be in the store. Just deplorable!
