They have really great products. I love all the products Ive purchased over the past 32 years. The only drawback is that they are so greedy, they charge you $.15 per bag. Just take your own bag. Dont give them the $.15 theyre asking for. If 100 people purchase a bag at $.15 that makes $15.00. Im not sure how much the bags cost but probably not more than $.03 per bag. They are the only store I know of that charge for a bag.

The staff is nice and helpful, and the prices are fair for the quality

They are always so friendly and the store is very clean and safe. I like how the store is set up and it is always easy to find what im looking for. They dont use plastic bags and its not too much to pay the extra fifteen cents to get a nice paper bag for my purchases. The associates always know exactly what i am looking for and are quick to offer assistance if needed.

This sally beauty is ridiculous! I saw a couple of people without their face masks on which appalled me. I am high risk... This Sally’s needs to start enforcing their face mask rule!

Sally Beauty is the only place Ive been able to find that sells Nail Magic. I have thin, brittle nails and its the only product on the market that actually does what it says itll do! I have nice nails because I use this product!

Such a wonderful experience here compared to other stores. My new favorite location, even if I have to drive a little further. Shirley is the sweetest person ever. I love how she patiently and thoroughly explained things to us about products and treatments. Shes very knowledgeable. Helped with transactions and coupons. Any question we had, she found an answer and/or suggestion. I wish more Sally employees would be like her. In other stores, some employees couldnt care less about our questions or visit. Im happy I stopped by this location.

Sallys store s all rock, this one particularly! Customer service quick & not pushy. Products easy to find. Prices low with wiggle room to go even lower. Well-stocked & clean.

I have been visiting the store for about 5 years recently I got my keys locked in my car and the staff was so pleasant assisting me with security and the lady help me get my keys out of the car she didnt have to do that but she did I love this Sallys they all have a heart thank you

Excellent customer service! I was looking to make a custom wig for the first time and Carla helped me pick out all the right stuff. I always come in to Sallys and everyone is always welling to help! Great location. Keep up the good work.

I go to the one on S. Nellis Blvd and Ive never really liked the store but neither have really hated the store either. The employees are very disconnected from the store. Ive gone in many times and no one is in the front or stocking. Usually they are in the back gossiping about who they are dating or such.No one greets or is pleasant at the registers either. Ive asked for help before and was asked to wait and 10 minutes I waited for them but they never came back. But I love the store and the products though!

Well first off, I walked and there was a young lady with bottom teeth braces that made eye contact the with me, but does not greet me, me being kind I gave her smile & she smiled back. Some else comes in a few minutes after and she had greeted them. Then I asked her if all the nail polishes that are in display all they have since the one I wanted was out of stock and she tells me yes, but we get in a shipment tomorrow.. Okay so I come in today and it was still out of stock, so now Im frustrated that I drove down here and wasted my time. I asked a different older lady that was there today the same question & what I was told by the young lady and she tells me that they do receive shipment on Wednesday but dont stock their shelves till Thursday. So I asked if she can go in the back and check for me and in response she tells me the boxes are in the back unmarked so she cant check for me - We have to sort through them to stock them tomorrow just wow.

I have an issue everytime I go in there. Be it with not getting the price reduced on beauty deals, not being informed of professional pricing without being treated like an idiot. Or having one of the cashiers laugh when my card was declined (I just got a new card and used my old one on accident). These ladies are lucky Im classy and refuse to go off over simple transactions but boy did I get tested here. Do yourself a favor and drive a few extra miles so you dont have to deal with idiots.

Any of my visit to Sally thats here in Las Vegas Nevada is really unbelievable you know how the employees dont want to help you they dont know anything about the product one lady even told me she only makes $9 an hour at the register so she doesnt worry about knowing the product how sad for her and unfortunately Sallys as a as a franchise really should make sure that theres a passion Order educated on their products

This store is supposed to close Sunday at 5 in the afternoon and I go at 4 in the afternoon and it is already closed!!

Horrible customer service. My wife had gone in to buy products for herself thinking she was gonna have a great experiance but they had the nerve to be rude and acuse her of stealing 2 different times in less then a 10 minute window.. The manager on duty today will get a hlf star rating. (Btw people actually have money and no reason to steal).

Terrible service. The old white-haired woman that works there yelled histerically when my daughter and niece grabbed a comb. They combed their hair, and instead of dealing with situation in a professional manner she went straight up to my toddler and yanked the brush out of her hand. Then she walked away exclaiming that they probably have lice. As if that wasnt enough, she came back and removed the brushes they grabbed right in front of us. For someone who probably has a lot of experience, she was very rude.

The girls I run into are always really sweet and helpful.

Store is crowded, so you can barely make your way through an aisle to get anything. The employees are unsociable and unfriendly. I could have received more help and customer service from the brick wall!
