Every time I prepare to spend money in here nobody greets, speaks or helps, but they will help any other race besides blacks that walk in.. weird because the workers are black SMH! I do not recommend

Small, not much variety on hair coloring but anything to do with wigs, accessories, wig care, and wigs are all over the store.

I came to this store in search of a HUMAN hair wig, they were so nice and I thought the customer service was phenomenal to say, they sold me a nice bohemian human hair wig which was curly the clerk who I believe to be the owner of the store sold me the wig when she sold me the wig she TOLD ME that the hair was 100% human hair and that I can straighten it and dye it she even helped me pick out the dye that would be suitable for the hair. Long story short I take the wig home I dye it I wore the hair for no longer then 3 days and when I say that hair was definitely not human hair it wasn’t I did everything your suppose to do being that I where wigs all the time and I dye them all the time the only wigs I wear are human hair wigs I dyed it I shampooed it and deep condition it TWICE and every time the hair sits and is dry it turns into a big poofy matted mess and on top of that when I come through the hair it sheds terribly a whole wad of hair come out like someone snatch a track out LITERALLY I called up there in which they said there are no refunds on wigs and began to ask me questions about the wig I didn’t call for the to interrogate me about the wig I called to get it resolve which they didn’t resolve a damn single thing they just let me sit on the phone in talk she didn’t offer me a free wig she didn’t offer me nothing despite the fact she sold me a dream on the wig I spent $239 on a $60 wig and then when I preached my concerns they did NOTHING! I will never come back to this store again and I’ll never ever Buy wigs from them again! They are selling people fake human hair wigs for ridiculous prices This wig won’t even last a week imma have to take it out and most of my wigs last about a month this wig only been worn for 3 day and it’s a matted mess !!!! I really wish she shouldn’t had said I can dye the hair in which it cannot be dyed terrible customer service!!!!! Don’t spend your hard earn money on this BS Store !!!!

Horrible customer service, the owner was busy racially profiling instead of asking us if we need help. I will never return! There wigs are very ugly and expensive. Don’t waste your money or time at this unprofessional establishment. Beauty Plus on Rancho is 10x better. I called myself tryna try something new never again!

Prices are pretty good for weaving and braiding hair. However, the hair care products are a bit expensive. Get them cheaper at Walmart.And I do believe theres a young lady that does hair there, too.
