First time visitor and I LOVED it! They have a.wide variety of items from nail care, make up, all different type of hair products and supplies. I love that they had lots of different hair.colors and they were actually available. Great price on these gloves.

Let me start by saying, this store is very very very convenient. Literally has everything you need, all at one stop. I can’t deny you guys that. BUT you guys seriously need to know and understand that NOT every BLACK person that comes into your store is trying to STEAL. Not every YOUNG BLACK person is trying to steal. Shopping here is very convenient, but very uncomfortable...If you’re black. At least don’t make it so obvious. Don’t drop everything that you’re doing to sit down and watch the cameras when you see a black woman enter your store. Don’t ask me if I want a basket 15 times after I said no the first 14. I walked up to the cash register to PAY for my items, the guy watching the cameras didn’t notice me waiting to pay for my items because he was too busy trying to find me on the camera. He said something to the cashier (assumingly about me) because the cashier said “she’s right here” and pointed at me. Now I’m really feeling uncomfortable and like less than a regular paying customer. On top of all of this, I get to the car and notice I was double charged for an item. Which normally for me, it’s no big deal. Mistakes happen. But it’s just funny because y’all thought I was the thief. 🤦🏾‍♀️

I purchased a wig and THEY gave me the wrong wig instead of the one I asked for so once I got home and noticed the store was closed! I went back the next morning the owner would not exchange the hair when it was THEIR mistake. I go to this hair store all the time but I wont give them any more of my money for the simple fact that I did not open the wig and it was his employee mistake and he exchanged a lady braiding hair before me. WILL BE TAKING MY BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

I got kicked out of this store because my 3 year old wouldnt keep her mask on! Even though any other store I go to no one has ever said anything to me about her pulling down her mask. I understand if she was older and understood the concept but shes a god damn kid. Not a adult.Bad service, awful staff and I highly suggest never going into this store.

Horrible I always go to the one on Maryland but I stopped here since I’ve never been here before and employees seeing you like you’re stealing, I mean I don’t feel comfortable. When I was ready to pay they got other people that got there after me ! Just a horrible experience worst part is the owner was there and didn’t say nothing plus there is a pandemic no social distancing in here !! They don’t even deserve a one star !!!! I’m for sure never coming here ! I work in costumer service so I know better how to treat people ! Y’all need some training seriously ! But manners is something you should know by now !

With this place I am 100% disappointed...At the door the security told me I had 15 minutes in the store and they werent closing...I had to get some hand sanitizer which is fine.Before I could walk in.At this store, everyone seemed depressed including the lady who helped me.Young African American girl more interested in giving hugs and having a conversation with everyone except helping me.This was done while she was supposed to be helping me!While Im saying what kind of hair and what colors Im looking for, shes busy telling someone shes not happy wants to go home and thats why she looks angry.So here I am having to repeat what I said when she was supposed to be helping me.While trying to get a selection of different hairs, she found ONE put it down, continued talking and walked away and continued her conversation with someone else as she looked for hair dye that I also asked for, AFTER I find the hair looking for.It was a mess!I looked at all of the packs of hair they are was behind the counter.They had prices on all of them and the one she showed me was the most expensive pack.Every thing she did showed poor customer service and and that to me was my cue to leave the store. AND NOT BUY ANYTHING!IM NEVER EVER GOING TO REWARD POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.AND SINCE I WAS ALREADY AT 15 MINUTES. I had been going to this store for years and always had a good experience until the manager hired his new staff. They are not interested in customer service, they promise to call you but never do. Lately I felt like I was bothering them just by my presence in the store. I have ordered some products about 3 months ago and have not heard from them at all. I stop by the store about month and half after I originally ordered it and sales representative assured me she is going to call me when it arrived but it appeared to me she was just ordering it then. As I was walking out of the shop, she yelled at me to give her my phone number ( after she re-assured me several times prior to that she is going to call me). I have tried to call and talked to the owner of the store, left a message for him but never got a call back. I would discourage anyone from doing business with this store. Please go on internet, you can find whatever you need and you will not have to deal with the poor customer service.

Im very disappointed in the services I recieved.. they would not let my disabled son who has cerebral palsy in because he didnt have a mask. The guy at the door was very rude and wasnt trying to assist with the problem. I felt so uncomfortable giving them my money. I asked for the corporate number and they wouldn give it to me smh. SHAME ON YOU GUYS FOR HOW YOU TREAT DISABLED PEOPLE.

Its an okay place. They have a good selection of products. The security guard in there was very nice and helpful. They let me do an exchange just as long as its been a few days and with a receipt. I think the Asian lady may run the place. She should smile when working with customers though. It would feel that were somewhat welcome in the store. Im thankful she let me do the exchange though.

Normally I have a pretty decent experience at this store however today was unbelievable. I took my twin daughters and my sister with me to the store. We all had masks on. The sign on the door says no kids. Except infants. So I said the last time I was here there was a child inside with her parents so what exactly what age defined kid for them. The security guard said no one under 10. Ok cool. So we tried to go in and he blocked us saying no kids. I explained to him my twins were both 10. Gave him their birth date and what grade they were in. He didnt believe me. And kept dismissing me saying he wasnt going to argue with me that my girls were not 10! I asked to speak with a manager. She comes out and I explained the situation. She quizzed my kids. They told her what year they were born, what grade everything but because they are short they didnt believe me. Or them. So I ask what proof does he need? A birth certificate? He says he will allow them inside the store if I bring proof of their age. But it had to be picture proof. A birth certificate wouldnt count. I tell him I am willing to waste gas just to prove him wrong and once it was proven that he was wrong I wanted an apology. He said he would pay for my items and give me an apology if I was right. So I drove home angry as hell just to get my 5th graders picture id card and medical insurance card just to prove to this idiot that I actually know how old my kids are. I felt so humiliated and I felt bad for my girls. Here is this man basically calling us liars and judging them based on their looks. (Height. Like you can tell how old someone is by their height!) When I showed him all my evidence he gave us hand sanitizer and reached into his wallet and gave me $15. Dont know what his name was but I wont be going there anymore because of him. Oh and when I was all checked out I found the manager and passively aggressively sarcastically asked her if she needed to see my evidence. She told me no it was fine since he let me in. And basically asked me not to start trouble because he was (insert common sign language for crazy) on my way out he tossed me a sorry again 🤨Buyer beware.🤬

I come here often and when I tried to return a faulty brand new item the owner was rude and said no exchange so I went to the one on Nellis/ DI. Found the same item but much better quality and its still lasting almost a year later Ha!

Like L.A pro girl, kiss and more. Only four stars because is crammed with wall-to-wall merchandise making it hard to maneuver around the store without knocking something over.

They carry a great deal of products that pertain to the care of human hair. I also get Infusium shampoo and conditioner here. Once you are through the door, you may find yourself in here for hours. So, budget in some time

I went there to look around end up buying some hair none of their hair have a price on it then the lady rang my hair on a different computer so I couldn’t see how much my hair was and she said all sales are final so I couldn’t say hold up that wasn’t what I want I end up getting three different pack of hair they had them together they was different size and color I explain what happened she said sale is final and she didn’t say sorry

DO NOT purchase their BOGO 50% off bundles!! This is NOT virgin hair more like synthetic and burns when flat ironed. It sheds immediately and lasted me only 3 weeks before it started looking like old doll hair. Definitely disappointed in my purchase! Would have gave only 1 star. The 3 stars is for the amazing customer service. They have one of the worst rules ever when it comes to trying on wigs. After you pay 1 dollar.. Which is OK... You can only try on 3 wigs per visit. Being Im a paying customer and cosmetologist to boot. I still find it hard to make the right decision on hair. The only way to make the right one is to try them on. Especially sense their is a no return or exchange policy. Well I took my buisness elsewhere and purchased 5 new wigs.

Its a shame that people steal from here all the time...so when I go in with a bandana and a backwards baseball cap, I expect to be followed around and not asked if I need help. Store is crowded. Few items have prices. They charged my debit card twice and I had to call the bank to reverse the extra charge.The staff were rude and unhelpful about the entire ordeal.
