Acknowledged by workers upon entering and I was asked a few times if I needed help. Prices were reasonable. Quick check out.

This was the fourth time I went here just to be able to buy weaving hair. Twice the older black lady there was so rude that I walked out. The third time they didn’t have enough people to help the customers that I walked out again after 25 minutes. The fourth time these people don’t want you to touch or open the hair and pack that your going to buy. They want you to test the hair on a dummy pack. I explained to the owner that the hair might be different in the pack that I’m actually going to buy. Well low and behold, as soon as I got home and inspected the hair. It had multi colored threads, thin hair and weird specks that look awfully weird. Welp, needless to say I’m stuck with them because they will not let you return the product. Please don’t be like me, find another supply shop. It might be worth driving somewhere else.

I have been coming to this beauty supply for years and have always received the best customer service. You are greeted promptly upon entering and there are always staff on the floor to answer any questions. Angela is always so helpful and such a sweetheart. Its a great feeling to walk into an establishment and truly feel valued as a customer. I will continue to give them my business!

Too expensive!... They dont put a price tag on 80% of their merchandise. When you take it to the register to pay a item that youve purchased at another beauty supply store for example..a hair clip you probably paid $2 for would cost you $7 in this store. Its like they scamming you at the register because theres no prices on the actual item. Ive shopped in this beauty supply several times over 2yrs. I no longer shop at this establishment because of price gauging.

I went into this place, and was followed around for twenty minutes. I eventually put down my items. I asked to speak to a manager, and complained about my experience, she just looked at me and made excuses for her employees. If your are a person of color, DONT SHOP HERE!!! You are treated as if your money dosent matter and as a second class citizen. More important your prejudged as a thief just by the color of your skin. I would suggest ordering online, or visiting another establishment. I spoke with other hairstylist in the are, and they have said the same thing. I have reported them to the better business bureau, and blasted them on Instagram.

I was just in this store a few minutes ago. I looked at a wig. Paid for the wig.I was still in the store when I decided that I did not want the wig.Hundreds of dollars later. They would not give me my money back. I am never going to use this wig, which I actually got off the mannequin. Who knows where that has been?Buyer Beware. Do not buy wigs from this store.

I have been shopping here for about 5 years now and I have to say they have come a long way with getting product in the store and keeping it organized! You have to realize they have lots of beauty supply and if you go towards the back it almost looks like a surplus because you can buy in bulk. I mostly shop nails cause Im a nail tech. The staff is super nice and greet everyone when entering the store. All are knowledgeable about most all products... just a great place to shop!

Instead of clearly communicating that they closed early on the holiday, the owner will wave you away and lock the door. Back to Amazon for me.

OWNERS and workers are rude! The last time I went in there one of the owners looked me up and down & then proceeded to ask what type of hair did I need & I wasn’t even in there for that! WONT BE SPENDING MY BLACK DOLLARS THERE! Hate that this is the only beauty supply in my area! Time for a change!

Almost every product in store is misplaced/ incorrectly labeled so in looking for products and you see a sample listed at the top when you go to look for it the same sample number it’s a completely different product, price & completely different color most likely. A staff member walked by asking if I needed help looking for something, I started to tell her I needed a certain color and by the time I turned around she was already gone and behind the desk so needless to say staff staff is also very unhelpful....overall messy and it’s totally confusing

Clean neat shelves. All items tidy & organized. Very impressed. Everything reasonably priced. 4 stars because they need more staff to assist customers. Will recommend to my friends.

Went in today for monomer, & only had 2 options a small $12 black filled bottle or a 32 oz branded one, so grabbed the smaller bottle of what was labeled “monomer” but in using found it’s only pure MMA which is illegal in using in salons... anyone with a license or business should not be going here for products.

Some prices need to go down or they wont get that many customers to come back more often. Good to know they dont let customers use them lockers anymore. I need to find more Organic leave in conditioning hair products so I wouldnt have to buy conditioners that are too much just to keep rinsing out. I buy whats more affordable for me. They got friendly staff in there

Wished they had prestretched black and gold hair extensions for kids or any other prestretched hair brands for kids.

Awesome stuff really great store as for the customer service not so much I waited and waited and waited just to ask to see one price instead I got aCold reply on how she’s with another costumer like “I’m with her right now” instead of “ thank you for your patience I will be right with you” and then after two minutes later she asked me what my question was and I told her not interested anymore because I really wasn’t let me make myself clear no matter how awesome your stuff is if you don’t talk to me in a nice way there’s no way I would wanna buy stuff from you oh and FYI I can get the stuff from wish with an even cheaper price bye!!!

In times like this where you cant just go to th beauty store and buy what you need, VBS was able to attend to individual customers and still abide to the social distancing rule. I was greatful to the lady that helped me in good time.

They have everything and good prices

Prices are way too high. Found what I wanted for half price on Amazon.Update: Ive read the response and I dont expect a business to compete with Amazon. But your prices are higher than the prices of beauty supply stores in Los Angeles for the same exact products. Which actually makes no sense because commercial rental spaces are higher in Los Angeles and they have higher sales taxes. In Los Angeles braiding hair is about 2 for $5 or 2 for $6. Ive been in Vegas for a year now and I was outraged that braiding hair with color was $6.00 a pack in this store!! Its even more expensive than the North side of Vegas. Also, last time I shopped there I brought a NYX product, the Ombre lip duo and it was expired/defective

Very friendly staff. They have a decent representation of African American hair care products. Quite often I have gone in and received a free sample or a coupon for a free service like eyebrow threading. The prices are what I would expect for a mom and pop beauty supply store.

The one star is for the very friendly and helpful staff. The staff helps as much as they can when it comes to the overpriced, subpar products. Per management, purses/handbags arent allowed in the store and theres a charge for trying on a wig.

Too expensive! But they carry a lot of good products if you dont want to wait for online shipping etc.

Seems to have an ok selection but I went in for 1 thing at 6:54pm and was literally chased and rushed out. I was immediately told as I walked before even being greeted that they closed in 6 minutes. I asked which aisle the item I needed was on and the lady told me. As I walked to the aisle another employee cut me off to lead me there then proceeded to basically stand over me and count down the minutes to closing. Needless to say I just left....updating my review because I went back in a different day and everyone was nice and very helpful. 3 different ladies were there around 4pm and everyone was hands on but not in a rushing way and friendly. They didn’t have a specific product I needed but they were all very knowledgeable and helped me find something very similar that turned out to work just as good and even suggested another place I may be able to find what I originally was looking for.

I dont see why there are so many bad reviews. I had to think twice about going after reading the reviews, but I needed hair to get my hair done this weekend and didnt want to drive all the way to the Beauty Supply Warehouse. They have great customer service, and had no problem finding what I needed. They are a bit to expensive compared to other Beauty Shops, but I did get my daughter some hair beads. I will get my hair from somewhere else, but for little things I will come back here.

Love this place!! Employees are top notch! Will answer all your questions and take time to physically show you where something is. Dont have to have a beauty license. Think of it like a Costco for beauty supplies.

This place.. I had tried out some of their hair extension brands & absolutely horrible! Ive worn extensions for over 10 years and these extensions have to be the worst! I tried them 3 different times because the hair was soft and thick at first, after only 2 weeks ( and $180 later😡Each time ) the extensions were so badly knotted and gross. Mind you the third time I purchased the extensions I talked to the lady working AND the manager and asked them if the extensions were guaranteed to last at least 6 months and they both assured me they would. I was talked into buying the special extension shampoo, protecting spray and EVEN bought a new wand! Like I said Ive had extensions forever so I know how to take care of them. After this last time of my extensions last nearly two weeks I went back in the store to show the manager and employee what they looked like freshly washed and air dried. The manager and employee had no words for the hair and blamed it on me using hot water to wash them. I would never bring back extensions to return or use hot water to wash them lol but the fact I made it a point to tell them the times before what was going on and all the manager said was Ive never seen that and theres nothing we can do. Ill find somewhere else to spend my hundreds of dollars at a month and make sure to never recommend this place to anyone I know.

This place never stocks the shelves. When a product has sold out, it shouldnt remain empty for months, who knows maybe even years, thats because Ill never go back, its a waste of my time.The customer service really sucks. There was an employee inches away when I asked for help. She had her back towards me. I asked for help. She didnt even turn to see me, she just mumble something, I couldnt even understand her. I Thought maybe she said, Ill be right with you, but no, she never helped me. She was just standing there like a zombie. Its a strange place. It seems they are only alive when you buy something, yeah thats the only time they seem alive, just show them the money. For anything else, dont bother them with questions, they are clueless zombies.

WARNING!!! CHECK YOUR POLISH POTS THEY ARE SALEING OPEN ONES! I had to unfortunately cancel an appointment and drive 35 minutes to get an exchange. I have been a customer of here for years. They were very rude and unprofessional. It is very inconvenient. Product could have been contaminated. Owner was extremely rude.

I had a traumatic hair incident, the girls here were extremely patient and helpful when trying to figure out how to fix the problem. This store was the only store that I could find the permanent hair color I needed without having to order it off line! I did not have much luck with hair dresser in the hair salon inside the store. It was recommended that I give him a call. He seemed to be annoyed with my questions! But I guess we all have bad days! 💜💜

It sells everything from Nail, facial to hair and make up products. If you are working in the industry, the price is a little steep compared to other beauty supplies in town. I found the store is a little unorganized and it does take time to find what you are looking for. If you are looking for a particular or specialized products, make sure you call to check first before making the trip.

The worst! Never restock products! Have to lock your purse in their locker, and they have a Are you gonna buy? Type of customer service. Have the nerves to be overpriced for the products they have left on the shelf! Ugh👎👎👎

I am unsatisfied with the pink kiss and starbright silver hair color by sparks that was sold to me. The results look nothing like the samples. I asked to speak to the owner she refused to get on the phone. Horrible customer service she didnt have the decency to address a customer complaint. I wont be shopping there anymore. STAY AWAY***DO NOT SHOP HERE***There is a HUGE sign, once you enter, that says only 2 customers at a time. Any purse larger than a wallet must be put in their locker.You have to wait at the front of the store for an employee to open a locker. Your purse is put in the locker and you are given a key. All of this must be done before shopping.This change had happened since I last visited the store in January. Because the shop owners have English as their second language, their conversation can be perceived as very rude, antagonistic, and insulting

I walked in and was followed to inform me they have a no purse/bag policy. I was told to put my purse in a locker near the door. I asked how do I know they (employees) dont have access to my belongings, no reply. I wont be coming back. Not everyone is here to steal and be criminals.

I used to love coming here. I was excited that there was a beauty supply in my area of town. I have spent a decent amount of money in this store since they opened. Today, I called and asked what time did they close I was told. I then asked the price of a product. I am doing someones hair and wanted to give them the price of the product I will need. Apparently, they do not quote prices over the phone. I came in and was chased down the aisle and informed purses are not allowed in the store. The girl that works there is very nice, but, it is very offensive running down aisles telling people to lock up thier bags. I understand people steal. This is not proper customers service. I will not be back. I have no problem driving 15 more mins and not being insulted.

Overall... ehhh. I went In with my two kids one Im carrying because shes 15 months. Im holding her and diaper bag. Im told at the door no bags... so to make my already tiring trip more tiring I had to walk out put my diaper bag in the car and hand carry my wallet. Strike one. Treating everyone like criminals and making it hard for a parent to shop... second issue. Im black I have biracial kids... I went in for beads, and other child hair supplies. The owner felt the need to say to me that she sells them at cost because people were complaining her price used to be too high and said you people always buy alot of the packs what a racist remark to say. Ive never been asked to put my purse up even when they helped me try on wigs. Customer service is always good. People over exaggerate its always someone who messes it up for everyone. Precautions to prevent theft if they followed everyone around yall would complaining still.

This place is horrible. They didnt have anything like what they post on their website. If your looking for barrettes Dont go here. They have like two kinds and they are old and cheap looking like from 1980. I was not the only person in there unsatisfied. Never again.
