1 star because couldnt give zero.Didnt like the place, at the beginning they make you feel they are going to solve your issue, they said it was a box supposedly loose that didnt hold the battery right, they guess that because If they would have done a real diagnostic they wouldve fine the real problem and wouldnt have to waist a week would a car, well they didnt have the part of what they claim what the problem was, they order it and said it would take 2 or 3 days to get there but they reassured me my car would work at least for 1 or 2 days without a problem (I had trouble starting my car), the moment I got home and turn it off, guess what, didnt start at all, so I called to see if they can tow it there and give me a discount because all the inconvenience because my car was worse after their supposedly temporary fix. Well, the guy in charge said no and to look for a tow, by that time I figured what the problem was. I towed it there to see what they find out. They did, but I decided I was not going to waist more money there. Horrible and disappointed, paid for something I didnt need($170 I didnt need to spend). Never going back.

While I was driving, suddenly, the engine light appeared on my dashboard. I immediately took my car to United Auto Care to check it out. They found out that mass dirt built up inside the Electric Throttle Control Actuator after inspection. And that is what caused the engine light to appear. They recommended inexpensive ways to resolve the issue. They suggested cleaning the part rather than installing a new one . This saved me $300. I appreciated their honesty. They are good people and their mechanics are experienced in what they do. I highly recommend this place. Thank you, guys, for your help.

Called to shop around for price, price was very reasonable and fair.. scheduled work on a Friday.I dropped off the car Thursday night. They called me at approx 1pm said it was complete. They replaced both Cv axels and exhaust manifold!!More than satisfied!!!

These guys were great. After expecting the worst, United Auto fixed my car and didnt charge me a penny. This gave me the option of purchasing a new part or not. I tried to pay them something for their time and they still wouldnt take it. This will definitely be my go to place for my car.

They tried to sell us a Dodge Caliber be saying it had no mechanical issues. However it sounded like the motor mount was loose. When we inquired about it they acknowledged the issue and we were told the work is minimal, Im just trying to get there money i put into it. I would never go here again, especially that they failed to specify that it was a mechanic speacial.

An actual honest mechanic that isnt over priced

The cholito mechanic was driving my car messing around with it and all of a sudden he cause something for the car to leak water & I hear whining noise....before this, none of this was not happening.

I had my van towed there on Saturday, 05/16, something was going on with the transmission. So I take it there and they say they’ll call me on Monday to let me know what happened to it. They call and let me know they need to replace a hose and all kinds of other things, it’ll cost $1100. So I tell them I need to talk it over with my husband. I called them again to see if I wanted to scrap the van, it’s an older van with high miles, how much would they give me for it. They say $300. So my husband calls after that to see what’s exactly wrong and if it’s something he could fix himself. So between me and my husband that’s THREE calls to them. Alright, so today (05/19) me and my husband decide we’re gonna tow it to our regular mechanics that we know and have worked on the van before. So I drive to United and have the tow truck on the way too. They tell me that they had to FIX it in order to DIAGNOSE it and I need to pay $510!!! THEY NEEDED TO FIX A PART TO DIAGNOSE WHAT WAS WRONG AND I NEEDED TO PAY $510 TO TAKE IT!!!! The rips offs. Not ONCE did they call to ask if I would be able to pay $510 for them to figure out what the issue was or tell us the THREE times we called them. Just scammers. They saw a women with a major car issue and decided to rip her off. I paid the money and took my van. They also said they will not guarantee or warranty the work they did! RIP OFFS! Run and don’t go here! Go anywhere else but here! I figure they thought I was going to just get the $300 from them and be done with it. I didn’t call before heading there and they had to come up with something quickly to tell me as to why the van was now running and able to drive. They would’ve ripped me off if I called and said fix it for $1100, cause it was already running after they did the $500 job. Rude rude rude! Rip offs.

Needed a new engine, they towed my car to the shop for free and it was the best price I could find to get my car back on the road. Got my Honda fixed up and working better than when I got it. Great service, and mechanics you can trust. Coming back for free oil change and will continue to bring my car here for work. Also, this was all done within a week or less. Thanks guys!

Any business that photo copies your credit card is a rip-off. I immediately called for new card with new numbers. Nice try scammers.I noticed this fine business has some positive reviews. I wonder how much these scammers paid for them.These are the type of people who give honest mechanics a bad name. I mean, run to anywhere else.Be careful, you go in for an oil change your going to need new valve covers because of a drop of oil.Then you will need to replace your oil pan, because your plug was stripped. $900 should cover your oil change.They tried to get me for, $2700 first. Then another angle for $900. Ended up costing me $400 to fill the transmission with $25 with of fluid. My guess is that they used some old fluid that they took out of another car and put it in mine.Oh, and I forgot to mention he photo copied my credit card. And never gave it back, he ran a little distraction game on me. I had to go back to get it.
