Yukon overheated coming into city streets. We are 500 miles from home.Shop manager listened when I explained the issue. Never heard the cooling fans running when I opened the hood to check.Worked us in to their busy shop. 36 hours later and the repairs were complete. New cooling fans, thermostat, and cooling system flush and new coolant. Drove it around town for 2 days intentionally in stop and go and operating temp held steady.Great job done by the D and I team. Thank you for your courteous help

This people are liars. They will charge you more from what the original estimate is. Be very very careful and do not even stop to that place. Estimate after the Original Estimate sounds like a trap, isnt? Bottom line $17,500 repair and the generator does not run. It will run only if I pay another Just $2000

Consumers beware. took my truck in because check engine light was on. it was also smoking t1hey diagnosed it and gave me a quote to fix my truck. $4300 later they returned my truck to me. within an hour of getting the truck back check engine light was back on. Paul said it was normal that it would go away. i explained it was going on and off and he said drive it a bit and see if it goes away. i drove the truck and it wasnt going away. They wanted me to pay more money to fix it. Beware dont wate your money here. i currently have a lawsuit against them. owner clas i put 2000 miles on my truck well hes in fir a surprise be ause ive only put 840 on it not 2000 turned that proof in to the court. goes to show how much they kniw the trucks they work on. They claim my check engine light is on because of bad egr well light was on within 1 hour of getting the truck back. They also claim that they test drove my car for 30 miles before returning it to me qell that is a total lie and i will preaent evidence tot he court. they partially fixed the problems i originally took my truck in for.

Took 2003 van in due to bad brakes and electrical problem. Assumed the electrical problem was serious because gauges were spinning and vehicle was very hard to start. Turns out there was a short across one of the battery wires. Needed a new battery and brake job. I assumed it was going to be front and back brakes but they said the back brakes only needed cleaning - not repair. Price of brake repair was competitive and total bill was much less than I was expecting. Price quoted was the price charged and the work was completed when promised - only three hours. Highly recommend this repair shop.

Friendly staff. Had my truck towed there to replace the starter. $350 for the starter plus labor and taxes came out to >$600. I declined the work, had it towed to autozone and fixed it myself for $200. Still had to pay the shop $100 to diagnose the bad starter. Seemed trustworthy, just expensive.

I went to DI Auto & Truck this week to have my truck worked on. I was amazed at the level of service I received and the time they took to explain to me what the problem was, why it happened, how to repair it and other common concerns that can happen with with my Dodge. I am thankful my buddy referred me and can understand now why he takes his entire business fleet to them. If you want a knowledgeable, professional team that really cares you will try this shop when you need your diesel truck repaired. Two thumbs up!!!!

Fast and Proficient Driving out of Vegas our motor home started bellowing black smoke and running poorly. We called and spoke with Jack. He told us to bring it rite in it was Saturday morning so I was fairly sure that we going to have to get a room and wait till Monday to get anything done. But this was not the case. Jack and his crew got rite on it and had us back on the road by 3pm that day. They saved our vacation. If you need a great repair shop this is it!!

If could leave zero stars I would. came into town in need of service on my diesel pusher coach. The service was good until I left 2 days later with 7k worth of body damage to my coach. someone backed it into something while being worked on and did not say a word. when I let the service manager know (Paul) I was told without a doubt they would take care of it. very apologetic HOWEVER after a month on calling and calling with no call back I finally had to file a claim with my insurance and let them deal with it. Long story short. Horrible establishment and experience. Absolute headache to deal with. I will never go there again and I recommend you go anywhere else!Being Google does not let me respond to your response di.. my response to yours is the coach was picked to at 10am and I called you not even an hour later reporting this to you. i now will make it a habit to walk around after my experience with your company. I have proof of my call not even an hour later and witnesses.. Certainly not 24 hours later! so first off that is a lie and Im insulted honestly at your dishonesty, super professional. I review as I see it and your company had plenty of opportunity to handle this correctly. I even warned I would be reviewing accordingly and I did not want to do that. again assured it would be handled, no phone call for weeks at that point. Lastly, I repeatedly called you almost daily regarding this to be told that it was being handled but to this day have not heard from an insurance company on your end. so that is seemingly a lie as well. never a mention of having survalence the entire month. at this point deal with my insurance company as I deem your establishment untrustworthy.

Great reviews dont lie! My family and I bought a Jeep in Colorado and had driven for hours before we needed a/c. NO COLD A/C and were nearing Vegas! I called D.I. and Paul answered. Bring it right in and well take a look, he says. We thought wed just need to recharge it. Paul got us right in a gave us the news 30 minutes later that the compressor was locked up. NOT the news we wanted as we were on the road with deadline to get to Southern California. We cant believe they spent that time with us and didnt charge us a dime! Our only regret is that we didnt get to stay in Las Vegas and let D.I. take care of the rest. Luckily, the dealership we bought it from is covering the repair. Maybe we should hit them up with gas money back to Vegas for that and revisit D.I. after our time in Cali. THANKS D.I. ! and a great thank you to Paul! It was nice meeting such honest folks.

I give DI auto and diesel repair an A+ rating the whole timely truck has been in their shop they have stayed in touch with me and notified me of any and all changes of status as well as consulted with me when there was changes in price. I cant say enough good things about these people.I just bought my first diesel and brought it in for a buyers inspection before my return-the-truck deadline is up. He pointed out all the things that should be fixed, explained all the features to me (I am a complete noob!), and took the time to make sure I felt comfortable and had all the info and schedules for future upkeep. Paul was extremely helpful, he definitely went above and beyond. He seemed genuinely interested in making sure I left with knowledge, realistic expectations, and confidence about my used truck purchase. And, being a guy that knows nothing about diesels, I appreciate the fact that he didnt make me feel like an idiot and I never felt like he was talking down to me.I would highly recommend checking them out! I usually don’t write reviews but I feel that it is very important to acknowledge the experience my family and I had with this company. Almost five months ago my family took our vehicle to D.I due to the check engine light in our vehicle. We had gone to places like auto-zone to get a rough idea behind the reason for the light and it was due to a gas leak or loose gas cap. Anyways, we took our vehicle after doing research and seeing pretty good reviews about the company with hopes of a efficient and positive outcome. The employee was friendly at first assured that the vehicle would be ready in not time. Fast forward to the car being “fixed” after, I kid you not less than two weeks the light came back on and we call D.I the employee told us to bring the vehicle back that there wouldn’t be any additional charge. This was the beginning to what I could honestly say was a terrible experience ever. Not only did they lack communication, they also lacked efficiency. I would find myself continuously calling them and when I would get an answer, I would be rushed off the phone and told they would call me back. I was given this run around for almost a month until I was a bit more firm then they finally “fixed it” Long story short I’ve taken my vehicle back three times since given the same run around, left it there for three weeks at a time. I personally feel that they weren’t making my vehicle a priority. It was their mistake they should’ve handled it more seriously. The only thing I asked after such an experience was a refund and they refused. It’s getting to a point where it’s beyond frustrating. My vehicle is in the same condition that I brought it, in the beginning.Took vehicle three times, within two weeks the check engine light came back on.When I would take it back they would keep it for three weeks at a time. I would get no check up on what they were doing with our vehicle. I would have to be the one to call first.

I recently took my f350 dually 4x4 to these guys to analyze a problem i was noticing. i was greeted and shown a lot of attention and respect. These professionals not only solved my problem with the EGR system and showed me that i also had some injector issues. these were solved with ease and the following day my truck was back in my hands and running great!! since this truck is far from stock, i was surprised to see the mileage increased to 20.2 around Vegas, and as of yet unknown on the highway. this was real conditions and not any light footed starts or grand pa driving. thanks to the whole team!!!

They answered my first one. I was left outside of the gate for the entire day. They called me at 3pm to move the 5th wheel into a spot no way could I get into. I had rented a hotel room for the night. I left them because they lied to me from the beginning. If Google wants to back up these liars I will be done with them too.

Great group of guys. Got my 81 year old father in laws truck going after he drove brown from Montana for the WFR here in Vegas. He drives a ford with a power stroke and it just stopped on the 15 hwy just before Vegas. DI Auto came out and towed his truck in and had him going the very next day. They were very professional and informative during the whole ordeal. I would recommend to any one

Super customer service. I had my RV brake down on me just outside of Vegas. They helped me find a tow truck that could haul my beast into there shop, Helped me find a hotel room for the three days it took to repair my RV and gave me a ride to and from my hotel. I cant thank them enough for the great service they gave.Thank You
