I have used 4 wheel parts a few times over the years, usually with great service!A family member bought a front and rear bumper for my jeep. After finding out the rear bumper was back ordered we were offered the ability to swap it for one that was in stock, +1 to 4 wheel parts!After diving deep into the install I noticed half of the instructions missing and a few missing parts and some incorrect ones as well. Also, some of the welds on the bumpers were so built up and sloppy I couldn’t fit the bumper onto the frame without shaving it down. I figured this would be an easy fix so I went down to the store to figure it out. The process was quick and easy, but with no real results. I’m now on day 5 of not being able to drive my jeep. No assurance that the spare pieces have been shipped and no tracking number to even have a clue.I realize the parts are coming directly from the manufacturer, but when I went into and store and called, I was told that they were looking into tracking down the pieces and I have not gotten and email or phone call regarding it. I was finally able to track down some of the hardware locally and pick it up, though I’m still missing a bushing to finish it.Again, most of the customer service with 4 wheel parts was decent, it just feels like I keep slipping through the cracks. Poison spyder on the other hand needs to take a deep look into quality control and customer service.EDIT: got the parts in from poison spyder. Wrong thread size on the nut again… thankfully I was able to get it locally from a hardware store.

Im very particular about who works on my truck. One day I found 4 Wheel Parts! I had a super great experience Id like to share. I worked with Ryan, the Asst. Manager and tech who is very knowledgeable with the most popular mods and product lines and for all types of truck off-road needs. Ryan took the time to give me a personable one on one consultation that included a complete detailed customization package for my truck at a great price. As the work was being performed, Ryan emailed me sneak peeks on the how my truck was coming along and I was pleasantly surprised with the personable service. Ryan really understands how important a build is for his client and goes out of his way to make you feel like the whole shop is working on your truck. Ryan was in constant contact with me from the time I walked in the door until my truck was ready to be picked up and gave me a breakdown of the work performed. My package included a FULL suspension kit for my Toyota Tacoma and brand new set of Toyo MT tires laser balanced. The whole install took a day. Ryan and his staff went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect with my install and I was completely happy, and they didnt disappointed me! In fact I reached out to Ryan that I was so happy with my install I trust him to install a roof rack and front bumper with the works. Ive included some of the pics he sent me during the install and want to share them with you. Ill also update this review with more pics of the roof rack and front bumper are completed.Just to add to my 4 Wheel Parts experience, their location is huge, with all kinds of modified trucks in the parking lot for you to checkout their craftsmanship. Their showroom is super clean and awe inspiring, its stocked with the most popular brands and mods for all trucks and more. I had a chance to peek into their garage workspace, its packed with high tech equipment to work on your truck and tons of vehicles being worked on like an assembly line.I cant say enough about my experience with Ryan and 4 Wheel Parts, they are the real deal and I highly recommend them for youre truck off-road needs.

Shawn is a hero.I recently purchased a 2011 FJ Cruiser with some unique locking lug nuts (the key was not included). I went to every off-road supply, auto parts store, tire store in California, Nevada and Utah and no one was able to help me find the correct key. The frustration was real. And I almost gave up and just accepted how screwed Id be if I got a flat. But when I went in to 4 Wheel Parts, Shawn found the rare key and sent me on my way in a few minutes. Such a relief.

Great customer service! I buy all of my accessories for my 2016 Jeep Wrangler from 4WP in Las Vegas. When my Odyssey battery failed (after a few years) I called to check the warranty status. When they checked the computer, they found lots of items I had purchased but could not find the battery in the system. Without hesitation they told me to bring it down for replacement. I pulled the old battery out of my Jeep and exchanged it for a brand new one at no cost.You can be sure that I will be coming back year after year do business with 4WP! New to wheeling but fairly mechanical. The 2 dudes I spoke to were condescending know-it-alls when asking questions about some needed suspension parts. One guy told me he had to research a few things and hed get back to me. It was obvious he was trying to get off the phone and never returned my call.I needed a local shop to start getting parts from. This will definitely not be the one I use.

Mike and Shawn at 4 Wheel Parts are the reason I go back to this very busy LV store. Ive had nothing but great customer service from them! Mike has lifted my 2019 GMC 2500 and my 2014 JK Rubicon. He has put extra work in to source brands they usually do not carry for me. I will absolutely be coming back for more upgrades soon. Shawn has checked in my truck twice and has been nothing but helpful and great to deal with, he recently gave me a tax free special on an older order that came in. Saved me an additional $100 bucks! He didnt have to but he did anyhow and I couldnt be more happy with my new XD wheels! To top it off they also gave me 12 months with no interest if paid within 12 months. These two guys are awesome and I recommend asking for Mike or Shawn, they are extremely knowledgeable, give you updates, competitive with pricing, and will take good care of you! I am very picky and if I trust 4 Wheel parts with my vehicles, you should too..

I am not sure why some people say negative things about this place, because everyone Ive dealt with here is great. My sales associate, Jason, took the time when I was just thinking about lifting my truck to answer questions over the phone, which I had many, and was pleasant throughout the call. Once I arrived, it was very busy, but several people acknowledged me and said they would be right with me. After a little price matching, I was happy with the deal and made the appointment to drop it off. I was given a time it would be ready and it was ready 2 hours early. It looked amazing and all the OEM parts were packed and placed nicely in the bed of the truck. (Before and after pics posted with this review). I have a follow up to check everything soon and I will update with how that went when its complete.

Your better off installing yourself. 2 times I’ve had them do work & both times they scheduled me to come in once the parts were in, this last time they came in months later after I paid & then kept my vehicle for a while, this last time was 8 days & when they called me to say it was complete & I showed up it still wasn’t done. I will never buy from this company again...

I recently received some fenders and rocker guards as a gift and needed someone to install them. I have never had anything installed by a 4wheel parts before so I decided to give them a try. The process was very painless and I am very pleased with the end results.

The store it self was cool with lots of things to see and buy. The staff was a different story, over the phone there helpful but in person good luck getting help. I came in mid week during the day and seen a couple other people in the store but staff was hard to find, i had $4k in my pocket ready to spend on asscories for my jeep.

I have trying to get rails put on my truck so my Mother, sister and GF (all of them are under 55) for about 3 months. Mike was super helpful then and then when my ordered got cancelled, he was super helpful again when I came back to order them. Instead of the ones I was picking out, he steered me to the electric ones that are sturdy and look good. And you may think oh...upsale...but no. He credited the money from my order earlier to this one. Out of pocket was a song for installation. My GF made him cookies for being awesome and went to work picking out a list of stuff she wanted done to the truck (its going to her anyway, once its paid off) and she wants to deal exclusively with Mike.If you read this Mike, I hope you have a way to work off the goodies because thats how she says thank you. So expect more.

Sooo long and short (this adventure was anything but short)I have a unicorn of a truck apparently and could not find the right steering box/ pitman arm configuration to make my truck operate properly. Shawn at 4 wheel parts was super helpful and understanding when I returned pitman arms (a whole lot of times)finally found the right combo after working on it for 7 daysIf you need lift parts definitely go here they will do whatever they can to make sure you get back on the road

I stopped in and spoke with Shawn and got some pricing on a new step nerf bar and a full size spare tire for my truck. I brought up an issue with wheel well covers and how they kept popping out and rubbing my tires. Shawn fixed the problem for me without hesitation even thought I didnt purchase anything during my visit. I high reccomend you check out 4 Wheel Parts.

The best shop in town. They have the most parts in stock and know exactly whats needed for any vehicle. They put a 6,000 dollar lift on my New SUPERDUTY and gave me a great rate on the labor. Ive been to all the off road shops in town and they charge 30% more for everything. My family has had many trucks lifted there and like 6 jeeps done there and whatever you want they can do it . Lifts, bumpers, fender flares, compressor kits, train horns, electric steps, rims/tires, light bars, color match parts, powder coat. They do prerunner kits, rock crawling kits, any sizes. And there always busy. Everyone I know goes to them for deals and Quality work and they get you in as fast as they can.

What a waste of time. I am thoroughly disappointed with this place. I had told the people here that I didnt know anything about what I may need to get off-road tires for my Jeep Grand Cherokee. They were confident that they could do it, and after some research found the right tires and lift kit for my vehicle. They scheduled me for a Friday install and said it would be done by the end of the day. Once 5PM rolls around, the car didnt even leave the parking lot - waste of a day. At least they could have inspected it and told me that the suspension I had wouldnt fit the kit they told me to purchase. Instead they told me to come back Monday, and wasted another day attempting to install the kit and discover my suspension was not right for the kit.For a company that does off-road vehicles, you would think they would contacts with vendors that carry a variety of vehicles. Needless to say, I will not come back here - and will deter anyone who is looking.

The place to go when you need parts for your Jeep or truck also they install everything they sell but the most important part is their customer service i always see Shawn and Dan for last 5 years i give these two guys a 10 * review they simply the best.

They lack customer service.After visiting this place about 3 times with the benefit of the doubt, we have received the same customer service. No acknowledgement whatsoever.There are at least 6-8 representatives behind the counters and not even one can say hello. Customer service is something I look forward to in any business that’s big or small. Upon going in, representatives are either on their cell phones, on the computer, or just standing there doing nothing. Even with standing right in front of them for 5 minutes to ask a question and waiting for some kind of acknowledgement, they all stand there and try to act busy.Don’t waste your time going here.

After using their website to order a couple of items and waiting for almost 2 months with no response or update I received the wrong part. I then took it to the Las Vegas store and returned it and they assured me I would have that part and the others within two weeks. I received an email that everything was in, drove over an hour and a half to the store, parts were not in. When I asked the person behind the counter why this had happened he simply advised me that he was only the middle man there was nothing he could do. Errors occur and mistakes can be made, but the attitude of this company is what really is a massive failure in my opinion. They are so large in this industry and in this area that it is clear they do believe the can loose customers without any problem for there are other in line. It is their indifference combined with their arrogance that make them a very poor choice if you want to get help or to be interacted with like they value your business. I simply had them refund my credit card and cancel my order for waiting three months and then driving as I did for as long as I did in response to their communications was not something that I am going to accept and then pay for their indifference. I suggest you put in the extra time to find someone else to assist you with 4X4 parts.

Been here twice. Both times it seems like being a customer is a bother to the staff. On both occasions the staff working seemed annoyed that I had to ask questions and that I wasnt a pro at upgrading my vehicle already.

I needed to order some Bilstein 5100 shocks. online (amazon) they go for about 420$ for all 4. At this location it was about 520$. they were able to get them the next day which I appreciated, but if youre not in a rush you can get parts muchhhhh cheaper online.

Im writing this review because I received an email asking for one. As of today, November 19th, 2020, we still have not received our order. My husband and I ordered a new hard top for our Jeep on October 1st, 2020. The order was placed online and we got an email a week later stating the shipping would take 4 to 5 weeks to our home in Pahrump. That should have been November 5th at 5 weeks. That time frame came and left with no word, no email, no update, nothing.My husband called customer support 6 weeks in to see where our part is, and was told they had no information. Yesterday we received an email from Melissa stating it would be another 3 to 4 weeks before its even ready to ship.This company seems very lackadaisical when it comes to customer service and communication, but certainly had no qualms over taking our $3000. Were never using this company again.***update***Finally spoke with Melissa yesterday and requested a refund over the phone. She called back within the hour and stated that our part was at that moment ready and waiting to load on the truck to ship... 2 business days after we were told it would be another 3 to 4 weeks for shipping. Were proceeding with the refund after seeing all the other bad reviews about poor quality and even worse customer service.I will say that Melissa was very courteous and professional over the phone. Its too bad this didnt work out. We were looking forward to a new hard top but at this point it isnt worth the trouble.

I called and got a quote a couple of weeks ago. I had a long conversation the rep about how all of my shocks were bad and I needed them ALL to be replaced. I told him what I had, and asked for a quote for the same thing. He explained how sometimes that brand has problems and also quoted me a different, more expensive brand. I did not ask for a quote to be emailed to me, and that was my mistake.I called back on Wednesday and asked if the reps made commissions. I was told I was talking to the manager and the sales rep that helped me would be getting credit (apparently he was busy at the time) so the manager looked up the quote, and ordered the original brand shocks I asked for, and told me to bring the truck in on Friday.I will start by saying they are super friendly over the phone but when you walk in to their store, not so much.That could be due to the virus right now...who knows but I expected to at least be greeted in a somewhat friendly manner but what I got was looks from the staff as if they were too busy on their computers to help me. Someone from the back came out and asked me if I was dropping off my vehicle so he checked it in for me and took the keys. I left, and came back to pick it up when it was done... only to find out that they did not replace the rear shocks. When I walked back in (to the same grouchy guy that took my payment) and asked about the rears he looked at his computer and pointed me to someone else, who turned out to be the original person that helped me over the phone. He said he only quoted the front, and since we had such a lengthy conversation about all of this I didn’t even consider this would be a possible miscommunication. (I have also never heard of anyone only buying only two shocks at a time unless they’re changing the stance of their vehicle, etc. but again, when we talked over the phone it was extensively about how all four of my shocks were blown/leaking. He even went into a story about his Jeep shocks and his home owners association...)Then he told me “We talked a while ago and then the next thing I know, you’re coming in.” I didn’t realize that would be a problem either because of how the manager treated the situation a couple days prior. I told him “Well I guess that’s why other shops were quoting me ($)” He told me no, it shouldn’t cost THAT much and tells me they should only be around ($) more. No hint of an apology for the misunderstanding at all. The only thing he said is “maybe I can have them here Monday.” (This is after I hear from a different employee that their warehouse has shut down and they won’t be able to get parts...)I have been putting off getting new shocks for entirely too long and this has been in our plans for the last couple of months. With everything going on in the world right now, and the governor shutting down our state I just wanted to hurry and get my truck taken care of for the safety of my kids because who knows when our town will open back up. My husband just got laid off on Tuesday, so for us to find out we have to spend even more money than we planned was upsetting to say the least.I’m sure they do good work, but their customer service leaves A LOT to be desired. If you call to have anything quoted, request that they send it to you in an email so you don’t have any surprises like I did. Thank God I didn’t go with the more expensive brand he suggested because then who knows how much more money we would have to spend to make it right.

Went here to buy set of tires for my talon. I wanted 30x9.5x15 bfg ko3 mt not the utv style. The counter guy was rude and told me “Don’t come crying to me when you keep burning up belts” just fyi Honda talons are shaft driven not belt. Also he could even come close to the price I got online and when I showed it to him the online price he said he couldn’t match it for some reason. So i walked out and bought a set online for somewhere else.

2 july 2020I brought a black f150 because the truck was lifted and looked real nice. i have limited knowledge of lifted trucks. once driving the truck i realized it had a BACKYARD 6 inch lift kit on it and the ride was beyond bearable like driving a dump truck.after extensive research i was referred to Dan @4WPafter talking to him i was informed i had a incorrect lift double stacked with cheese lol not good after installing camburg upper control arms to ease ride comfort no change. still have dump truck effect time to dig into wallet. made appt with 4WP talked to Dan for options to correct problem. James @ counter ordered my parts. took my truck in and left to be repaired, it was suppose to be a half day jobthey ended up keeping my truck for three days at which time i became skeptical. they kept saying they were having issues installing parts. after in depth research on their part kudos they found out the whole initial set up was wrong when i purchased truck.so they reordered correct parts installed and aligned truck. I gave them 3 because I think the service routine needs work . I have no complaints about the actual work that was done on my truck.I made an appointment for 9am for a 2.5 hour job and didnt leave until 4pm that afternoon.I was there all day long waiting because they were almost done,, over and over.If I had known sooner I would have made arrangements with a friend to pick me up and drop me off later instead of just sitting in the waiting room vegetating my day away.Again I say that the work that was done on my truck was good with no complaints about it.

I give them 2 starts because I believe in giving credit where credit is due. I purchased a new (used) jeep and it needed tires. They gave me a good price and completed the installation with alignment in a timely fashion. Thats the end of that part of this review.Now that was just 3.5 months ago. and just 2 days after the purchase of the car. 2 days ago I had the car in the shop for some front end issues. It was discovered that who ever did the lift on the car (IT WAS NOT THIS SHOP) put the front shocks on backwards which caused the CV boots on both axles to tear because they were pressed against the shock mount. along with other issues totaling up to over $3000.00 in repairs. So here is my issue with 4 Wheel Parts. This is a shop that specializes in lifts and suspension on vehicles. They changed all 4 tires and gave my car an alignment. However, they at no time alerted me of the issues that were going on. Control arm bushings blown out, axle shafts, strut mounts etc. etc.. They practically had to touch these parts on the car to do their job! Had they advised me of these things, I was within a period of time that I could have held the dealership where I purchased the car responsible. Of course now I have an up hill battle on my hands.Now some will think maybe these problems did not exist when they had the car. I can only say the car has been inspected and it is clear that these issues existed upon purchase. And the shocks!? they were on backwards! LOLSo, in conclusion, 4 wheel parts either just doesnt care about the customer and wants to cattle people through or they are not the specialist they claim to be. At the absolute very least, they did not even give themselves the opportunity to do $3K plus in work.They will never see my car again.

Ordered my part Thursday, went to pick it up an hour and a half from my home. They argued about my purchase, then said it was only Ordered by them today. All this time wasted, just to head home and wait more

Brought my jeep in for a quote on wheels, tires, & lift and the simple fact that Im a female I was quoted double the amount then when my husband came in by himself. 👎👎

The showroom is really nice. Good luck getting any help though. I waited almost ten minutes before even being noticed by one of the three people behind the counter. They did help me load an online order I was picking up though, so kudos for that.

I had a lift kit installed. The job was poorly done. They fail to tighten the tie rods resulting in me paying for repairs that caused damage to my vehicle. Dont patronize this business they do not value all customers. Shameful that this still goes on 2019..

They had horrible in stock conditions. Then they wanted a deposit for an item that they where out of, that they normally carry anyway!? Prices did not match the price they had online... Shelf tags where old or missing. As an old retail manager I know what to read on them. Guy that helped me was nice. Manager was closing store (early) and had a ride manner behind the counter with my sales guy. Wanting to close out register. I spent over $100 cash. Will never be back.
