I have a 2013 Toyota Tacoma that recently had some bumper damage due to another driver backing up into me. SW Auto Body was so accommodating with my work schedule, allowing me to reschedule multiple times. My truck was in pristine shape upon pick up. SW Auto Body truly went above and beyond. While my truck is a little older, it holds tremendous sentimental value and I am so glad they took such good care of it. Highly recommend.

Southwest Auto Body just completed a large auto body repair that we suffered from a hit and run a few weeks ago. The stress of the wreck was tough and our insurance company called and Southwest got us right in while other shops had a 2 month wait time.The staff was so friendly and helpful through the whole process. We live about 17 miles from the shop and they provided an Uber home for us.They stood by all of their promise for having the job done in two weeks. It was a big repair and the best part was they didnt allow for after market parts to be used in our repair. Many of the other shops we spoke too said they couldnt guarantee not using after market parts. We have a rare truck and that was just not an option for us.Patrick was the best!!! He followed through and made sure we were completely satisfied with the repair. The truck looked brand new!!! I think they replaced close to 60 parts and pieces. They sent an Uber to pick us up and take us back to the shop.Top Notch Service!!! They offered a lifetime warranty on the repair as long as we own the vehicle. They just completely won us over on their quality, service and customer care. Not one part of the repair was stressful once we arrived. In todays world, its rare to find this type of service.Thank you!!!!

I am very impressed with the service I received here everyone was so friendly. I got my truck fixed in 3 days without any hassle the process was easy and smooth and the rental was also nice. I had some work recently done on my Forester after I had been in an accident. 2 tires, 3 rims, 2 control arms, 2 wheel bearings, and an alignment later, and SW auto body had me back up and running.They were originally recommended by Progressive, and I had a few qualms at first. I originally wanted to go to a different location, but after taking a look online I decided to give them a try. Boy am I glad I did! After going in, and speaking with them, I immediately felt at ease. From the moment I walked in, to getting my rental from enterprise, and then finally getting my vehicle back a week later, SW auto body made everything a breeze.Even after getting my vehicle back from them, and having to get something additionally done, they make you feel like your time is valued, and you have known them for years. The way they call you for updates, and get the work done the right way, and promptly, completely put me at ease. I am not a very trusting person when it comes to auto mechanics or body work, but I have 0 reservations when it comes to SW auto body.I’m now back on the road, with the peace of mind, knowing that if I ever need some major body work done(hopefully not) that there is a reliable and reputable shop that I can go to locally. I will go back at a later point to get some minor scratches fixed on my good ol’ trusty Subi, purely because of my experience with them.Thank you SW auto body! I’d give you 10 stars if I could!

Someone backed into my car while parked in a parking lot. I brought my car to Southwest for repair on April 25,2020. I was promised the repairs would be completed by May 11. My car was actually completed far ahead of that on May 5! The workmanship is excellent on the vehicle. The paint blending is perfect. My husband is a custom painter (cars, boats etc...) so he knows what he’s looking at. Every single employee I had contact with was phenomenal!!! At this point I would give 10 stars if I could. They accommodated me with a rental (paid for by insurance) at their shop instead of me having to go to a rental car place. They made EVERYTHING extremely convenient. I can’t say enough good things about this body shop!! Thank you so much Southwest!!!! Fantastic work and wonderful, professional employees!!!

Theyre really good at doing body work. My car was hit on the passenger side so hard flew into another car and damage the driver side as well. They were able to get all the body work repaired and it looks like it never happened.

The body work was fine and they washed my car too but I am disappointed to see that my very nice glass hand sanitizer pump spray bottle that I paid 20 dollars for was taken out of my middle console and replaced with a dirty nasty hand sanitizer that looks like it came out of the bathroom. Very gross and nasty.

It was so nice and considerate of them to just leave me hanging for over 48 hours since the original visit to get an estimate sheet - so very nice. I cannot understand how an auto body shop could handle an extremely simple and relatively quick estimate printout request so horribly. If the shop couldnt provide me with one, they should have just told me upfront, instead of making me wait 2 days for absolutely nothing but annoyance and high blood pressure.I went to this auto body shop on a Tuesday afternoon for a free estimate, along with a printout of the aforementioned estimate. I was told there were two cars ahead of me, so I would need to wait 45-60 minutes. Since I didnt want to wait that long for a piece of paper, I asked if it could be emailed to me after the two cars were tended to. Gladly, they agreed.Wednesday afternoon, I still had not received my estimate; I called Southwest Auto Body, and the employee who answered the phone said he would remind the person, who handles all the estimates, throughout the day to email me.I patiently waited until Thursday morning, and I still had not received an email or any type of communication from Southwest Auto Body. When I called, they informed me they had internet problems, but I should receive the estimate by 10:30am. I wait an extra 7 hours after the promised time before I called again to tell them I did not receive my estimate. Apparently, their estimate sheet making system crashed - are you kidding me? You didnt think to contact me when you found out? The employee told me I should probably go to another shop.

This place is truly professional and I say truly because its true. I had a accident in my 2005 dodge magnum I brought it to southwest auto body and they fixed it like brand new they did a excellent job hands down. I highly recommend southwest auto body.

These guys are the real deal. They went above and beyond to restore my Subaru Legacy to tip top shape after a piece of freeway debris cracked my bumper and put a nasty ding in my hood. Car was done in less than a week, like new, and they even fixed a small unrelated paint ding for free! So happy I chose them and I would highly recommend them to friends, family, or colleagues. Best auto shop in vegas

Progressive sent my vehicle to this shop for a minor repair. The car was sent back to me with glass still in the interior and scratches on the door that should have been waxed out. There was still some of the marking progressive put on my vehicle to mark the damaged area on the side of my vehicle. The work order stated they removed the rear seat to clean up glass from under it. I found a large amount of glass under the seat and it had never been removed even though they billed for removing it. I expected more from a shop that Progressive choose.
