Although the manager I spoke to named Jim was very professional and very nice enough to repair a prior issue that was repaired by service king at a different location, I did what was asked of me and drop my car off and told them the passenger side locks were not in sync with my key fob or the lock unlock feature in the car. After the service was completed, I went to picked up my car and later noticed the front door was working however the back door was not working so I called service king and told them the back door was not working with the key fob or the lock unlock device in my car. They told me I wasnt specific on which door it was and they only repair the front driver side door. I explain to the representative over the phone that I never was specific on which door it was I just simply told them the passenger side because it was both front and back passenger side had I known I had a been specific I wouldve simply said the front and the back. I ended up having to take more time out of my day to take the car back in hopes of the back door lock getting fixed. For anyone using there services, make sure when you call these folks you are specific to a T to avoid having to come back for a service you assumed would be completeUpdate: still never received a call or a follow up regarding my back lock ALSO I noticed ever sense they out on my back light panel, the entire back lights don’t light up anymore. I called them yesterday to tell them this problem on top of a follow up with the lock and I was told I’d be called back. I can honestly say folks USE YOUR INSURANCE SOMEWHERE ELSE. Or you’ll end up like me “most likely” ha I guess to pay for someone else to fix both issues. I’m so upset but I’ll just take this loss and move on and never use this company again.

The entire process was very easy. The communication via text messages updating the progress of repairs was a great touch. Customer service was excellent and Gabby was very friendly and professional. Lastly the car was finished 3 days early which was a pleasant surprise. Great job everyone!!!!
Very friendly people, they help you along the whole process, keep you informed the whole time if they will be early or late being done with your car, and when they are finished, they go over every aspect over their work they did like they are proud of what they did for you. So happy I chose them.

Truly the worst experience ever! Not only did they not complete the work but they returned the car with no oil and refused to take any responsibility for the damages.
Have a business, many cars, employees = accidents. Service King is a provider for insurance carrier. Service and communication fair. Two of 11 cars done over past seven years needed to have sections of paint redone, clear coat. Another one needed follow up to fix components not done right. They do stand behind work, but dont think I would bring my personal cars there. They are quick, and other cars absent issues have held up well..
The fellow who took care of my repair was excellent. He was very efficient and knowledgeable. I was in and out quickly when I dropped my car off and when I picked it up. He was polite and congenial. When I went to get my car it hadn’t been delivered to the Gibson garage because they had assumed that I was going to pick it up at the garage where the repairs had been done. He arranged to have it delivered within an hour. The car looks great and I am very pleased with the results. Also it was a real convenience to be able to drop off my rental without having to go to Enterprise. Thank you.
Quick repairs with lots of updates on the phone regarding the repair progress. It took a week to replace and paint the front passenger door. Very happy with the results and service! Highly recommend!

Great service, very punctual about when the car will be done. Jonathan was very professional and contacted me every Tuesday and Thursday to give me all the updates on the car. When I went to pick up the car he walked me out and did a walk through of what had to be fixed and made sure I was good to go.

I was rear ended & my insurance agent suggested this facility. When youre hit & need your car fixed, its a stressful situation already but Service King made this completely 100% stress free. From the moment I showed up, I was treated so nicely. Luis, my service coordinator kept me posted every step of the way & I appreciated the text message alerts as well. When I picked up my car, it looked brand new! The business is very clean and having enterprise rent-a-car inside made it extremely convenient for me. They really do seem to pride themselves with providing the best experience. I highly recommend this place.

Head over to Service King if you want to be charged 3X the original estimate. Service King recommended by insurance company. Received estimate for $777 for a bumper and some paint. Service King assumed insurance was covering it and bumped the invoice to 2,200. Insurance denied the claim and now I’m out of pocket 2200$. Called Johnathan today for more information and was literally told, “ I already got my money from the insurance. What do you want?” Calling this the good old bait and switch. Why let the adjuster make the decision to approve that fix when it wasn’t being covered by insurance? “More damage underneath the we couldn’t see.” If I could post the picures on here of the minor damage done you’d be shocked that anything like that could cost over 1,000$. Still never got an email from them in regards to what the charges were for even after requesting one twice.
Worth Every Star!! 3 weeks ago I was in a collision that DESTROYED the entire right passenger side of my car and a small portion on the back left drivers side. Needless to say, I was very concerned about how much could be saved.My insurance sent me to Service King on Badura where Wesley helped me from beginning to end. After a walk thru of the damage, I was kept in constant communication about what was happening and how long it would take to repair.After all the hard work was done I came in to pick up my car and I was shocked to find out they were able to salave most panels and everything looked perfectly brand new!What really impressed me was the extra steps the shop did. My car was detailed, waxed and cleaned inside and out! I know they dont have to do that, and it really left me feeling like my car was well taken care of.Wesley really did an amazing job of handling what could have been a frustrating and hard situation and made it easy for me.Thank you so much for your wonderful service!! Hopefull I wont need body work for a long time but if I ever do, I know exactly where Im going.

Calvin was Amazing to work with. He and I both had the worst time working with the Insurance company of the person who hit me. Lyft/ York Insurance companies customer service is terrible. They would not return any of our calls or emails. But Calvin’s customer service was outstanding! He kept in touch with me daily, if not a few times a day via phone call or messages. Letting me know the status of my vehicle. I will definitely recommend Service King, and if needed in the future would use them again.

Place was clean but staff was not very curteous. I was told my service tech would call me within 24-48 hours with my cars diagnosis. I called after 72 hours only to be put on hold then disconnected. I called back again put on hold for more than 5 more minutes FINALLY to reach my tech who said i dont know why they tell people that i wont be able to even look at your vehicle until Monday (7 FULL DAYS after vehicle arrived at locatuon) i expected so much more from a company that SAYS it cares about my satisfaction.
The guys were genuinely nice to me (which is a big deal to a young woman), I got a great deal, and the work is flawless. Today I hit something on the highway and damaged my front bumper and Im not wasting time getting quotes. Ill be calling Collision Authority first thing in the morning.

Swirl marks and orange peal all over my car. They gave it back to me with the steering wheel sideways. They fixed that now I think I have a bent rim? Wobbles at about 60mph. Geico said my car would be well looked after through service king, I told the guy I used to work at a paint shop and I dont want orange peal. If he didnt tell me that there wouldnt be then I wouldnt be writing this. There is literally dripping paint on my car. My shop I worked at was horrible and we wouldnt let this happen to anyones car. I would definitely not suggest this place to anyone.They also replaced the drivers side door, which had the VIN number with a bar code which smog shops scan. Now its very difficult for me to get a smog, most guys wont do it. This place is a joke......
I wish I could give them negative stars! I avoid this body shop like the plague and their shifty business practices. This shop had my car for over a month and I was without my car and had to pay the rental expenses out of my own pocket. When it came time to pick up my car and collect the paper work. They fudged the dates they had on the receipt to correlate to the dates they estimated for actual labor which was 19 days instead for the 30 they had my vehicle! I have tried for over a month and half to get them to correct this and have even had my case worker at my attorneys office get involved. And all they do (Joe specifically) is dodge our phone calls and give us the run around. I literally had to go into the shop sit down at Joes desk and ask him to write a letting indicating the proper dates. And even then he was trying to doctor the letter in such a way to shift blame. To this day I still no not have the correct dates and I am out of pocket for rental car expenses that I now have to pay because this shop had shady business practices and shifted dates to correlate to the original estimate they gave the adjuster at the 3rd party insurance company that is responsible for repairing my vehicle. DO NOT GO HERE! THE HEADACHES ARE NOT WORTH IT!

My vehicle was in a accident on the 12th of November. They said my car was in the shop on the 14th however, I called the tow truck yard and was told my vehicle was still at the tow yard till the 17th. I noticed they would print out the summary of repairs before the car even was in the shop. After repairs to the vehicle, I found that they moved parts in my engine and did not install them correctly back on. I discovered scratches on my hood and my door handle looked buffed. I was told they did not mess with my engine however, I found to many inconsistencies in their summary of repairs. After talking to the manager a Marie Prewitt, she accused me of having an attitude. She left me shortly after and was directed to talk to a person in charge of my car repairs. After asking about my damage on my door panel because it said dropped and loosed, I was yelled at by this mechanic who said LIKE WHAT! Very dissatisfied about this service. Every owner has the right to ask about the repairs to the vehicle but after getting yelled at for being concerned, following being told I had the attitude by the way. Ive had enough. I will never ask my car to be repaired at service king again. Your employees were very disrespectful!

Stay away from this service king if you can because of various issues such as after market parts, used parts, time it will take them to fix your car, extending time after time up to 30 days . Be very careful because they will give excuse after excuse . This is my very honest service experience with them .
