I met with Chris who was extremely polite and very knowledgeable. These guys are extremely creative and know what they’re doing. Although I’ve never thought about wrapping my car i would definitely use their service if i ever needed to. 10/10 recommend ! He also designs super neat business cards

I came here with my girlfriend to get a partial hood wrap on her 2021 Subaru Crosstrek Limited. From the start everyone was great, very professional and nice. We got the wrap done and started seeing a few issues here and there. We called and they set up an appointment to bring it in and have it replaced. We dropped off the vehicle again, but when we came back there were more issues. We pointed them out and they immediately took action, they apologized profusely and said that they would handle everything, from creating a custom template for a computer to digitally cut, to buying a type of wrap they didnt even keep in stock. The newest wrap came out perfectly, they impressed both me and my girlfriend and I would highly recommend going to them for anything in their scope of work. Mistakes happen, but the fact that they took care of us so well after the fact is something a truly appreciate.

I wanted to share what an exceptional experience I had with Chris and team doing a chrome delete and some interior vinyl on my model 3. Because I was from southern Utah, Chris pulled some strings and made sure to get all of the work done in one day, which was really helpful for me. The quality of the installation looks amazing and they even went the extra mile to adjust a few minor details to make me feel 100% satisfied. The original cutouts for the Tesla side cameras had the T missing so the chrome was exposed, but I wanted it completely hidden so no chrome was visible. This was no sweat for them and they made the modification and the end result looks amazing. Though my job was relatively straightforward, it is obvious that they have some amazing customizations and are true artists. If I am ever feeling bold enough down the road to try a fully vehicle wrap, this is where I will go!

Chris and his team were awesome. They went over the whole vehicle and made sure everything was right. Out of the four vehicles we have had PPF done from different installers, this is the probably best job we have had.

I’m not going to lie. I’m NOT a shy person, but it was intimidating trying to find the right vendor to help make my concept a reality. There are so many options in the market - but from the first phone call, I felt like I was in the hands of the very best and most professional team in Vegas. After discussing my ideas, they quickly designed a digital mockup of my concept - on photos they shot of my car. Scheduling was timely (~2 weeks, which is great, considering it was during the holidays). The installation process was super simple - and was completed in a full shop day. Here’s the kicker: when I got to the shop, I asked about implementing a small detail to my design - expecting to coordinate a later meeting and a big up charge. Instead, Joe jumped right on the task and completed it all as the final wipe down was happening. I couldn’t be more impressed. I’m happy to be a customer and that I get to show off their work! Cant say enough about Chris & how the process exceeded Our expectations of a true transformation. I have many photos if anyone is interested in the before and after.We have a classic 1964 Ford Custom & a vintage trailer and the wrap truly makes the Car look amazing.. Attention to detail, fast turn around, great price & super nice crew..We have also had our other classic car wrapped a few years back & just had our vintage trailer clear ceramic coated with them plus they have made us banners for our business!Only question is ..Why isnt your car getting wrapped now!!!??

Incognito Wraps just helped me fix my wrap when I was in a pinch. I as amazed how down to earth they were. Not once did I feel like I was talking with a sales man .I have previously had 3 wraps with a different company. All 3 were sub par. Mostly the customer service was bad. Incognito was so so so much better! I will return time and time again. I even had them do my window tinting.

Absolutely outstanding wrap shop! Ive had all of my vehicles and my kids vehicles tinted and wrapped here. Chris spends an incredible amount of time making sure each design I want is perfect for each vehicle. Even with covid 19 this shop strives to make sure each customer feels appreciated and takes extra precautions to make sure both customer and shop employees stay safe. Ive also had countless stickers, banners and flyers made by incognito wraps and each time is professional, courteous and always looks amazing! Sure there are cheaper shops out there but nothing compares to doing business with folks that make you feel like family and take care of your needs like you are family. Couple weeks ago I tinted my new Ford Explorer and I was suggested to use ceramic tint I was sceptic about it (didn’t believe it would work) but anyway I agreed! So now I can assure you that this ceramic tint works! I can feel the difference

I have been using incognito wraps for years now. They have wrapped numerous full vehicles for me and I will continue to do business with them. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and very good at what they do. Joe is an upstanding guy who I can trust with any of my vehicles. They have worked on everything from a Jeep to a Lamborghini for me and I know they can do anything and everything in between. Without a doubt, these guys know how to wrap a car, the RIGHT way.

Took Eve to get her some new looking windows and am very thrilled regarding the love she received. I had been shopping tint for a while before putting my trust in Incognitos hands. While waiting for my ride to pick me up, I noticed how great the office staff treated the customers and even their mail carrier. ZERO STARTS IF POSSIBLE! My vehicle was stolen from Incognito and the company is taking zero responsibility for it! Not only are they unwilling to take responsibility they are also trying to turn it around, call me a liar, and make up fake evidence to imply I stole my own vehicle! Not only are they irresponsible and unreliable, the customer service is terrible. The company does not answer phone calls or return messages regarding the status of the vehicle. A job that was supposed to take a week per the company ended up taking more than 2 weeks and never got done because the vehicle was stolen off their property. Not only was it stolen off their property, but the company never called to notify me the truck had been stolen, until after the police called me, cowards if you ask me. So not only was my truck out of commission for two weeks costing me business while not operating that truck, the people who stole the truck damaged my truck and I now have a $4,700 mechanic bill to fix and has now been out of commission for an extra month costing me $10k in sales. So, in total I’ve lost $15,000 due to this company. Couldn’t happened at a worst time either! Probably not an insured or bonded business with this type of actions on their part. As a father of 6 and owner of a new business, this is major setback for our family. So, if this is the kind of business your looking for, you’re in the right place. Lawsuit will be coming for sure. Such a disappointment, I will be taking my 3 work trucks to a business more professional, customer oriented and reliable. I hope everyone else does as well and takes my advice and AVOIDS THIS PLACE AT ALL COST!

My car is so sexy now! I did a partial wrap with Matte Panther and Pink pinstripes. Smoked out taillights and window tint. This is my second wrap with Chris and Joe, and they are very detail oriented and creative wonders! I always catch people while stopped in traffic checking out my car and I can literally see the fun and excitement that they experience when they see my wrap!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Incognito is without a doubt the best shop in Las Vegas BY FAR. Chris and joe ALWAYS go above and beyond to make sure their customers are happy NO MATTER WHAT. I know several people that have gotten work from this shop and they all have nothing but good things to say about the quality of work and their overall experience!My year old plus wrap looks just as good as the day it was done!

I have been dealing with Incognito since they started, and not only are they one of the most upstanding companies in Vegas, the owner and his staff are great people outside of work.I know for a fact that they make every effort to keep their customers happy with great service, outstanding wraps, and by treating every vehicle worked on as if they owned it.I dont know why this company doesnt have a perfect 5.0 rating, but if a 6 were possible, Id leave them a 10.

I requested a quote from Joe months before I actually took the car in to get it wrapped and they not only honored the quote, but shaved off the price for the chrome delete as well. Got chrome delete and for some reason they did door handles which are not chrome. Was also being charged for mirrors that are not chrome but not wrapped, until I inquired about price. Never got/seen an itemized bill so I dont know what else I was charged for that is occasionally chrome but is not on my particular vehicle.05-14-2019 (Update) First off let me say the quality of work that was done I never had an issue with.After speaking with Chris, one of the owners he took the time to explain and correct any issues I had and sent me a itemized invoice, alleviating any doubt I had about being charged for things I shouldnt have been.

For those of you guys that actually read these, let me start by catching your eye with saying the guy that just left a 1 star review sounds like a competitor playing dirty, or just a miserable being who is never happy about anything because Incognito Car Wraps is AMAZING at what they do!! Their turn around time is beyond fantastic; their work is impeccable; and let me tell you how amazing Chris is to work with! As soon as we purchased our Tesla, we wanted to make sure the paint job was protected from rock chips. It is a beautiful color called Titanium and lets face it, this is not a cheap car that we will probably have for a few years. Since we wanted to protect our investment, we chose to take our Tesla to Incognito Wraps for a clear vinyl Nano Fusion wrap over the entire front of the car. They did an amazing job. Virtually seamless. Joe and Chris are such nice people to work with and very personable. So glad we found them and so pleased with the work they did for us.We also had them tint the car windows since it is still scorching hot here in Vegas. Again, great job! I would highly recommend this company if you want to protect your paint job with a wrap. By the way, they have wraps in many different colors just in case you want to pretend you have a new car. Change the color with out repainting.

They did some signage on our work vehicles. Staff is awesome, friendly, patient, helpful and knowledge. They did the work at a very reasonable price. It was done by the agreed upon time. You really cant ask for more.

This shop exceeds all expectations and is best of Las Vegas by far. Anyone who disagrees is lying through their teeth. Any wrap you want done theyre the guys to complete it 100% perfectly no issues.

There are cheaper and better shops around. Once they ask the car type the prices jump just bc they think they can charge more. Google and call around. I save $600 just by calling somewhere else and they came to the house and did it.

They did a amazing job on our company vehicle! The job is perfect! From the logo, to the print and the wrap. They went up and beyond. I will only be going to them.

If I could give lower than one star, I certainly would. I originally drop my car off to get a full paint protection film wrap of the entire vehicle. I also wanted to have my windows tinted. When I went to go pick up my vehicle it was around 11 at night so I did not have an opportunity to inspect it.After getting home I noticed only the front clip had been done, The edges weren’t wrapped as agreed, the lines were cut jagged, and worst of all they left razor knife cuts in my paint. The whole reason you spend Several thousand dollars to have this done is to ensure your paint does not get damaged over the years, I was severely disappointed to find out the very shop that was supposed to protect my paint, ended up Freddy Kruegering the hood and cut jagged lines as well.After speaking with them about the issues they did accept fault and offered to remove all of the film and repair the paint that was damaged, in exchange for a full refund my money. I obliged to it as I did not trust them to remedy the work they bitched by rewraping.Upon returning to me after the repair They left a residue from the film All over my car and never detailed it, put a razor Mark scratch on my drivers rear door, and scratched the painted surface off the heater lines in my rear window fromRemoving the tint that looked like it was trimmed by Edward Scissor hands.I definitely would not entrust them ever again, especially if I had a high end car. He’ll i wouldn’t not let them wrap a 10 year old work truck. Overpriced and very poor quality.
