Ive been going to this store for over 15+ yrs. Great prices. Excellent customer service. And the clothes are fashionable with great prices!

Theres always boxes in the aisles. Their cheap with bags. They say Hi when they feel like it. Theres always carts missing.

Family Dollar has been purchased by Dollar Tree.I was shocked the see the price increases on the products I usually buy !!! Not too happy about it !!!

The staff is always very friendly the one thing that I dont like about that store is every time you purchase something theyre pushing sales for a contest that theyre having against the other stores its quite annoying happens all the time we once in awhile is okay but all the time the corporate needs to back off

Ive been a customer of this store ever since it first opened. For me it was a little out of my way but usually worth it. For the most part I once found it to be clean, neat, well organized, well stocked, friendly, as well as w/o safety concerns or inaccurate transactions. I Never had any problem until yesterday. Between the improperly stocked shelves & clutter on the floor I was shocked at how much disarray there was posing safety concerns. What if someone tripped & fell? Would there be any kind of Liability coverage? I would hope so considering what I saw yesterday. Shopping was difficult, very disorganized & very time consuming; Nothing was put away or organized. At closing time the manager was more worried about locking the door (Id understand that) but what I dont understand is as I was loading & securing my folding shopping cart & trying to find my personal safety items (heavy duty flashlight, pepper spray)(stalker concerns) before stepping outside the manager started yelling at me Very loudly in front of the employees present. When she stopped you could hear a pin drop. I do not believe Anyone should be subjected to that type of behavior; customer or employee. Then to add more insult to injury, when I got home I found I was double charged for a $5.00 item. I will not be going back to Family Dollar. There is a Dollar General much closer to get my phone charged; & where I wont be subjected to that kind of bad behavior.

Wiped out of Christmas stuff and store was busy but staff kept everyone moving. By the time we left there was a line outside.

The Manager Lou loves his customers and treats them like friends... he welcomes you with a warm smile and walks you to the door as you exit. I always shop there when Im in Las Cruces

The staff is very friendly and if you live close by and you are a regular they practically start treating you like family.

The store was clean and the staff was friendly. However, they had a lot of clearance stuff and none of it had a price on it. Thats very frustrating. I hate that.

Horrible i stoped to get milk and it leaks in my trunk try to call the store called 4 times before anyone pickup when I finally got a manager on the phone she was rude I asked for an even exchange she could only do it tonight I explained to her I live 20 minutes away if ot was possible to go in the morning she didnt care she acted like I had damage the gallon of milk myself or that I stoled it really!!!
