I can say with total honesty that my first time shopping here was the single greatest grocery shopping experience Ive EVER had. I was helped multiple times by Rozilynn who was completely incredible, knew the store like she built it, and was very friendly with a great sense of humor. My cashier was Suzie, who continued the trend of being so nice and so fast! My sibling was assisted by Rudy who, again, was so nice and so fast. The produce looked amazing and fresh, and I spent way less than I thought I was going to spend. I cant speak highly enough of this trip, and I will definitely be going back often!

As with most stores in Las Cruces, I shop here for certain items usually. They have a great vitamin/personal care section as well as health foods throughout the rest of the store. Staff is pleasant and courteous. The store is always clean and comfortable. An overall pleasant shopping experience.

Stock person was helpful in pointing out where the item I was looking for and the cashier clued me in on price check and checkout procedures were. I was more than pleased with my first visit after a few years because of the distance from home.

A lovely store...it checks all my boxes and carries many favorite items. That would get 4 stars from me except for the online dance I have to do to get the discounts they dangle. The cashier said I could get discounts if I signed up. He was not helpful as he watched me struggle to access the site and get signed on. After jumping through several hoops I finally gave up and paid full price. I tried signing on again when I got home. There is nothing easy about signing up, and navigating the deals. I might pop in the store for the occasional item, but the online presence isnt working for me. Ill go back to shopping at Sprouts and Albertsons for my everyday purchases.

I am giving one star today. My experience has been a good till I tried to get a refund on an item “Terre chips” that was on sale and I was charged full price . Our cashier, Nianque S.,was not pleasant .Usually people in customer service are trained to be pleasant and considerate towards customers, however she was stern and condescending from the get go. She demanded to see the product even though I told her I called and the woman on the phone said I did not need to bring in the product. She says gruffly, “What woman” She went out of her way to prove to me that particular flavor was not on sale. I said I had seen it in the reduced section last time I was in.The store is confusing about its sale products .The customer seems to be important to a business and she could have been considerate and more helpful.

I love the fact that this place is in such a small building because, first of all, I can pretty much find what Im looking for in a timely fashion, but also because it wont shake its Co-Opish vibe, which makes my shopping experience all the more pleasant when Im there.

I watched a younger female cashier at Nature Grocers be combative and outrageously unprofessional to an older couple while checking out their groceries. It was quite shocking to witness.

Super friendly and helpful staff. As well stocked with the best stuff as any NG (all organic produce, high quality dry goods of all sorts, prepared foods, and excellent supplements). NG has the best prices per quality I’ve found anywhere. Always my go-to in any town that has one (though I like grassroots coops and non-chain health food stores when available too!)Also, their rewards club is fantastic, and works at all the NGs in all the states. Really all you need is a phone number and an email ~ it’s eeeaaasy. Don’t be intimidated ~ the discounts are worth it!

The more I pay attention to nutrition and eating right, the more I am buying here!! Their selection of natural no sugar peanut butters and gluten-free products is superb! For the first time in months, I do not have to compromise on nutrition v availability and/or cost. Service is excellent!

I dont Shop here often because of proximity, but when I do I am very pleased by their produce, selection of kombucha, eggs, grass fed beef, and supplements. Better all around than shopping at Sprouts.

Natural Grocers is my primary grocery store ever since it opened. The staff are courteous and friendly. They are knowledgeable about the products they sell. The staff greet the regular customers by name. I like knowing all the produce I buy is organic.

Small lines and they have much better selections of healthier foods.

It offers a good but more costly choices of healthy products than some stores

I love this place. The only place I can buy Stevia sodas in the quantity and the selections I want. Also buy my frangrance free beauty products. I would highly recommend paying them a visit, if nothing else, to check out their wide selections of items you cant find anywhere else. Employees are beyond friendly! Thanks guys for a wonderful experience every time I visit your store.

A more complete store in some ways than Sprouts. Interesting finds, but overpriced staples for sure. The specialty items, while spendy, are hard to find elsewhere. A must for vegans because of the plant-based cheeses and protein powders. The store smells wonderful. Cashiers have been very nice. Good choice of incense and sage.

This Natural Grocers was awesome. The staff was so helpful and nice. I was looking for essential oils and that can be a little overwhelming but the nice cashier girl was such a big help. The produce was nice and fresh, store was clean, and a large selection of all natural living products. I will be going back. :)

Comparable to a trader Joes, but much smaller. Nice to be able to get a hold of hard to find items. They offer cooking classes. A go to for keto, organic, and vegan items.

LOVE THIS STORE!! Do they sell local products? I did see ol’ Gringo Salsa. Then I saw a slew of HATCH products from Albuquerque! A No-No! Otherwise, we shop here still has it has a nice way of drawing you in with specials and selection.

Super friendly staff. Cashier directed me to free coffee. In addition to buying nutritional yeast at Natural Grocers because its cheaper than anywhere else, I also like to buy bulk spices at the chain. At this location I also bought tarragon and organic chili powder with no salt added.

Since there is so many specialty items its pricey. You get what you pay for. Nearly everything is organic. If you want to live an extra 10 or so years start shopping here. Buy seasonal. Cruces is lucky to have a place like this.

Natural Grocers is awesome for its customer service and knowledgeable staff. I love that there is a nutritionist on site for all your diet needs. However, being a former employee here has left a bitter taste in my mouth after being wrongfully terminated when my father was on his death bed. The manager doesnt have a sympathetic bone in his body for his employees which is unfortunate. I cannot support this business.

Good variety, a bit expensive (which I sort of expected). Deducted 1 star because some of the produce was far beyond fresh. Found some really neat stuff while I was there. It was easy to get help when I needed it and they were thorough.

All produce is organic, so no need to wonder. Good bulk prices, good selection of vitamins, minerals, and body products. Workers are friendly and kind. Be aware you will either need to bring your own bad or use one of the free boxes.

Nice place with many healthy options that you wouldnt find in your average grocery store. I thought they closing hours were cool too. They close just a little past the hour so that you dont feel rushed.
