This place is amazing the bakery has variety of cakes to choose my favorite 3 leches cakes.They also sell sushi the first super Market that I see that sells sushi made in the store. The food they sell there looked good. The restrooms were a little dirty but other than its a really nice place to go grocery shopping.our son trying to move the pumpkin LOL.

Went to get Great Northern beans and they were out, which is odd, they usually have them by several companies.

10/18/21 - Im only posting 2 star today. I came to grab sushi and was viewing what is in the cooler. Nothing was what I wanted but I still took a good long look to see if I could just deal with what was there before asking to make a few rolls. The man making the sushi asked if I wanted any of them and I said no. I told him what I was looking for and he stood quiet. I asked if he could make them (shrimp rolls are easy and quick) and he said no. I then pointed out the large vinyl banner thats about 3ftx4ft that says pick your fillings and then choose your toppings for custom made and he said nothing. So I asked if the make your own sushi sign was real and he said yes. I asked if he would make me sushi and he said no. Why have a sign for it if your employees refuse to make it? He seemed perfectly fine just watching me walk away. This is really bad guys. I eat not hostile, angry, mean or demanding. I simply asked him to do his job and he flat out refused. I love albertsons but you guys need to do something to not have this happen to others.

I appreciate being able to order using the Albertsons app. They make picking up the groceries easy too. Theyve been polite and mindful each time and I appreciate them!

Good Albertsons store. Friendly staff and great selection. Prices are a bit higher so I dont do most shopping here but when I want a better quality it some bakery products, this is my goto shopping spot. Shopping center has a Home Depot and Target store also.

This is a really nice union operated Albertsons store. It has a few fruits that the other Albertsons stores dont have and for years Ive looked for Double Blister cheese in the stores I would shop in from time to time to no avail, until I looked at this Albertsons store.

Albertsons is a great place good prices and they have weekly specials you can alw as ys find what you need there

It’s one of the more convenient locations considering it’s right next to target, and target doesn’t have many food options, so when you’re done you can just walk on over to grocery shop, BUT it’s frustrating that they don’t have the option to pay with EBT yet for curbside orders, I find it really frustrating because Walmart does it, and Sam’s club so I know it’s an option, especially with COVID, I like having the option to not take my kids down and into the stores if I don’t have to. They really need to be all inclusive.

Finally found a coin machine that was working. And teller running self checkout was very friendly and helpful

Albertsons has great sales but if something isnt on sale their price is usually higher than Walmart. Their meat is much better than Walmart.

This is a smaller Albertsons than Im use to. But the selection is still pretty good. Nice produce and fruit selection

Meat department and management is great. Larger variety of items on the shelf. Management and people working there know the store very well and are always ready to help.

They actually are having more things to sell like deli, sushi, soups, among few other things. Of course some things are more expensive than Walmart but sometimes its worth it to not deal with Walmart.

Sadly today I had a bad experience. I had made my groceries to pick up before and no problem. Today in the morning I made one hoping to get it after work. At 8:33 I get a message that my order made to be picked up from 5-8pm is confirmed. At 1:00 pm I get a message saying that soon my order would be processed. Then at 4:55pm when I’m already at the parking I receive a message saying apologies your order is running behind schedule. So I called and they say my order is not ready and I would have to wait like an hour. So I told them that if I could get it myself, and they left me on hold saying they were getting the manager. I decided to enter the store and get it myself. They told me the manager had left and had left my order without finishing it. So I told them it’s ok I’ll get it myself I already paid for it. And I proceeded to go and get my merchandise. They were saying that I would have to have a refund and make a new order but had to wait like a week for my refund. It was crazy. But after all I have to say there was this guy named Michael that was super nice to help me in the whole process so I didn’t have to pay again. Thanks Michael you should be the manager, you demonstrated good managerial skills taking care of everything!

Normal Albertsons. Good selection of alcohol and meat. The meat counter is especially helpful. I was looking for 1 pound of chicken and they repackaged some of their prepackaged chicken to meet my needs. Good stuff. Very busy Friday and Saturday.

This place is stellar even though its an older Albertson because the management and the staff really care. Whoever hires there should be commended because theyre all attractive knowledgeable and friendly. Kudos to the produce department

The check out cashiers are not too friendly and sometimes the pricing configurations on the items displayed at the shelves is confusing to the customers.

06-09-21 Brownie Cookies under baked and stuck together and they fall apart when I preyed them apart. I suggest Albertson send their bakers back to baking school. Every batch of the Chocolate Chip are fine. So it is only the Brownie Cookies. I bought these cookies in Bend OR for 10 years and NEVER had a problem like here in Las Cruces.Albertsons Brownie Cookies are all stuck together this has been a for the past 3 years. Even the store manager is not capable of fixing this problem as I have sent emails to him. I have never had this problem until I moved to Las Cruces since the bakers here do not know how to cool the brownie cookies before putting them in the bags. 😕

This review is for the bakery dept. We placed an order over the phone for a special cake which was to be picked up one week later. My husband drove an hour into the city to get this cake and had to drive an hour to get back to our home. When the cake arrived at home I was a little disappointed. The cake was not centered on the cardboard. And when I looked at the cover the cake was smashed up against the cover because the cake was not centered properly on the cardboard. This type of shift could not have happened in transport. And to top it off they put a plastic leaf ring on the top. Very tacky for this type of cake. I have ordered this special cake in the past and it was beautiful and delicious. With that being said, the cake was absolutely delicious! Nice flavor, not overly sweet, could have had a little more filling, cake had nice texture.

I have always liked shopping at Albertsons. The store is clean and organized. Things are easy to find. And generally everything is in stock. There have been some shortages ad of recent. But it is because of our current situation in America. The employees are mostly energetic and happy. Very polite and helpful. There had been very few occasions of a poor interactions with employees. Overall it is a great store to shop at with quality products and fair prices.

April in the meat department was great! Love getting their crab legs and the only albertsons whos steamer is always working. I swear the rest of the Albertsons in town always say their steamers are down but not this one!

Store 295, cashiers name is Esperanza. As per the signs posted at each entryway of the checkout stations, my party and I waited until the customers in front of us had received their receipt so we could then load our groceries. The woman behind me was never six feet away and was instructed to load her groceries on the conveyer belt right behind me. She was close enough to brush up against my back.We are in the middle of a global pandemic. Regardless if Esperanza has had her shots or not, she had no knowledge of my own conditions and had no right to allow a complete stranger as close to me as she did. That woman should have waited, like we chose to. For not only our own safety, but also keeping the safety of others in mind. I have severe PTSD and will react violently when my space is invaded. Especially when going through what we are going through now.Store guidelines are clearly posted, and should be followed especially by the staff.

Amazing Im using an EBT card maxed out what was available on it still owed $6 and some change I had a bank card but had no idea what was left on it before I could get my bank card out both the cashier and the bag boy had their wallets out ready to cover what was left. I almost cried. My bank card worked but what an amazing group of people!

Great store and well stocked but need to work on some of the staff “customer service”. I was there last week and checked out by Renae G. Sign said to allow cashier to disinfect before placing items to be scanned, I watched her spray the entire roller and then went back to checking out the customer in front of me. I waited him to leave and placed my items on the roller to be scanned and she immediately glared at me for several seconds, looked at the sign, looked back at me, and started shaking her head and rolling her eyes at the customer in front of me. Felt that was very disrespectful and rude, guy behind me was so close was almost kicking the back of my shoes and started to load his items before I had even been checked out. So the staff aren’t enforcing social distancing either. This is a tough economy, a lot of people would be happy to have your job. Have a bit of respect, don’t be rude, smiling and a little education go a long way.

The store is always clean and well stocked. All employees wear masks. The store is clearly marked for safe distancing, and they clean the conveyor belt between each customer. They have employees out front keeping count and making sure customers are following health guidelines.

Its a good place to shop. Most of everything that we need is easily available. We still cant find Lysol disinfectant spray or wipes. But a lot of things have come back (e.g toilet paper, paper towels, a lot of other paper products and Clorox bleach). And thank God you guys always have had more than enough food for everybody. And that includes a lot of good and tasty fresh food. Like your produce has always been amazing.

I fail to understand why such a large corporation has an app that doesnt address any cities south of Los Lunas, New Mexico including Las Cruces which is the second largest city in New Mexico! Time to hire or contract with some decent IT people!!

Tried searching online frozen turkey breasts and was no help. Found some whole Turkeys and turkey breast roasts, sorry but Walmarts online offered a better selection. Was at the one on El Paso and couldnt find a really good selection in the frozen meat section.

Bought the best tasting birthday cake there.

It would be very nice if this store offered contactless curbside pickup. We rarely shop here anymore.Edited later: delivery is offered now if you want to pay more than in the store on instacart, but I still feel this store has always overcharged, and their food choices seem, to me, to be from the 80’s. Not good for people on special diets.Good for a few things but we still rarely shop here.
