I’ve been to many Targets throughout the state, and I must say that this Target can be a lot better. I wait to go to El Paso or Albuquerque to visit those targets rather than this one. Items are never in stock. It seems as if all their products are sent to all the other Targets in surrounding areas. I am always disappointed when I visit this Target.

The store was clean and well laid out, I was able to find mostly what I wanted. I am always greeted by employees and employees go out of their way to help me find products I want, or when to check back for product restocks.

I could get the order the same day, within a couple of hours. At other places you have to wait a full day. It was nice to order it and go pick it up shortly thereafter. I ordered at work and picked up on my way home!

You can always count on Target to find something fun and trendy, whether it is fashion or something for the home. Two weeks ago we were preparing for a cruise to the Caribbean and I need to find a swim suit for the trip. Even though I needed it in February I was able to find that Target had their swim suits out for early Spring!Target is also a great place to find a grocery item you need for home. I was happy to see that they have added organic items at a cheaper price than some of our other local stores.And best of all, you can grab a cup of coffee or some iced tea from Starbucks. The wait is usually not long at the Target Starbucks so sometimes I will skip the wait at our regular Starbucks and head to this one in Target!

Friendliness of team members. First time in a long time I can remember anyone being as helpful and polite at any store.

Curbside pickup is excellent! My order is always ready super fast and hardly any wait time once I arrive. Once they forgot an item, but refunded it no questions asked.

Target’s drive-up service keeps getting better during this pandemic year. If you don’t need to buy $35 worth of items or groceries, this is the place to order from. The orders are now ready within two hours no matter the size. There are some food items they don’t carry that we want, but, overall, thumbs up. We use their drive-up service a lot!

Trusted target registry for our baby shower. A family member purchased almost 1500 worth of furniture (crib, chest, dresser) ahead of our delivery in February. We assembled all the items at the end of March and the dresser broke in May. So 2 months worth of use for new born clothes. Tried calling to get a replacement and they refused saying it’s over the return period. They will not stand behind their furniture at all and leave their customers screwed. Terrible customer service, they just take your money and run.

Love the pick-up experience. They have their stuff together at this location. Love it.

This store was super clean. Employees were wiping down items that people touched. When I asked for help from three different employees they were all very kind and helpful. They were out of a few items I was looking for, but they’re doing the best with what they had. Overall a great experience.

Pick up orders are so fast! Ive been waiting on a Walmart pickup order for an in stock item for over 1 week now. I placed this target order in the meantime, and was able to receive my items in 3 hours! Target pick up >>>> Walmart pick up

Smaller store, great prices, helpful staff and had everything we need.

The employees all had face masks on, all were nice, I was able to get everything I wanted, and I liked the guy at the front wiping the handles of the carts off. Very pleasant experience. There was one employee walking around without a mask who came out of the employee area, a tall blond man. That was uncool but otherwise, everyone respected the customers by wearing masks and following procedures.

I love the selection

The cleanliness of the store was impressive. With the pandemic going on, I felt safe. They cleaned self checkout registers immediately after each use. I truly am grateful for that.

I used the pick-up service because I hurt my knee. The young man who brought me my merchandise was kind, sympathetic and shared his own experiences. I felt empowered that I can still take care of myself, despite my difficulty walking.

I loved Target. Ive been a customer for a long time ever since I was in California. Target was my favorite to go shopping. I like to buy stuff at target because they have great products especially for kids clothes and toys.

I went to Target this afternoon and was completely shocked to see NO Social Distancing,and very few masks among the customers with NO masks for the checkout Employees....I was told that there are signs posted as to Social Distancing, but nothing is beingenforced! What is Target thinking? Are they afraid of chasing away their young customers?.....I was wearing a mask and trying to stay 6’ away from others, but it was impossible todo, with no one respecting the distancing in front or behind me.Is no one in charge there? Is anyone watching the news? Younger people are dying of thisVirus every day. Does anyone in management, connected to Las Cruces Target, care?I left Target feeling that I had just put my life in Jeopardy.I expected a lot more Intelligence from the store. I won’t be back.

Pick-up service was fast and convenient with no problems or issues. Also love that the info is on my cell phone and all they have to do is scan it.

The friendliness of the staff.

Usually a good place to shop but recently bought several OTC medicines and they were all expired....... from August. Wife went in again a few days later and accidentally bought more of the expired medicines. What bugs is I had called the first time just as a friendly heads up so they could check their stock, but obviously that didnt happen.

Fast accurate service

The past experiences placing orders with drive up and pick up have not been smoothly. The first drive up order they failed to provide to items. They did accomodate me by providing a gift card for the trouble.(thanks) I was at the store tonight and unable to use my gift cards through checkout. It was a system issue! However, the pick up option was able to process the gift card, that seems peculiar. Please @Target can we get the latest technology. We are not beta users in New Mexico. Can we get upgraded?

From beginning to end the process was easy and simple.

Good location. Great concessions- popcorn always seems fresh which is important for my kids. Dollar section is ok, could be bigger. Customer service is actually really good so far. Willing to listen to issue and fix any issues. The store has a decent grocery section compared to similar size stores in other towns.

Great place, the staff are always friendly, the Starbucks manager is always willing to help, He seems to have real motivating skills for his whole team, they are always so happy to make any kind of drink you are seeking, the pumpkin chai tea latte iced is an amazing drink. I definitely will be back, I do wish there was seating to socialize with other customers over coffee

I had been shopping at Wallys. But they are so very rude and disrespectful. They argued over an incorrect price and implied that I was stupid. Theres a lot more to that story. End of relationship.I had shopped at the Target on Lohman a few times. They had great prices on eggs, cheese, and milk; competitive on other things. It comes down to the way Target treats me vs Wally. Target employees smile when they talk to me. I feel appreciated. They escort me to products Im looking for. The shelves are stocked. The store has a refreshing, clean feel to it. There is an overall feeling of quality and attentive Management; customer oriented.I dont mind spending an extra penny on a can of cat food when I am well treated and respected. Target has EARNED my loyalty.1/30/19: Price creep - Cat food up .11/can, now $0.59. Wallys still $0.48. Other items regularly purchased also up staggering amounts. Theres a big Wallys a mile away and thats where my shopping is happening.

Ordered an item online and the stores in El Paso did not have it, had to get from Las Cruces. When I got to the pick up counter an associate helped me right away and brought out my item. Customer service was excellent.

Target has everything. At great prices. I always make it a priority to stop in when Im in a city that has one. And their customer is really fantastic. The best I think out of the large box stores of its type.

Having to wait for the pick-up and not being able to have it brought out to me makes this service not so good. You have returns and customer service with the pick-up so I always have to wait longer than reasonable for my items when I have used this service. I want to use it to save time, not increase my time waiting. It is very inefficient.

Staff are always eager to help! I could not find a price on an item and I had someone help me find what I needed under 2 minutes! The store is always well kept and taken care of.

It was easy, the 2 gentlemen that loaded my granddaughters new crib, mattress, & dresser in my truck were very helpful & polite!

I love shopping at Target. They have great products and you dont have to worry about the items you buy breaking. Id rather shop at Target than go to the other store (Walmart).

I love target; and think any target is great, so ours is no exceptions. Its clean and and everyone is very nice and helpful. Plus things get clearanced a lot which is wonderful; however, I know unfortunately the employees arent taken super well care of and are constantly made to be treated like their expendable instead of inspired and lifted which is fair for no one. Something to think about managers. Special shoutout to Melody for really taking care of me, and Jeff for always being so pleasant. A few of my other favorite employees arent there any longer so please keep searching to find good people!

One of the smaller Targets I have been to but still has a decent selection. Staff is very helpful. Cartwheel and Red Card kill it!

Cant complain. The shelves are almost always stocked, great variety, good deals sometimes but prices still vary on a lot of things when compared to other places in town. Its clean and glad they finally added self checkout.

I received the slowest service ever at this target. Granted the computers being slow couldn’t be helped by the sales associate, however he was in no hurry to find the correct item I need nor did he understand that similar items come in different colors across the shelf.on top of that to even find assistance I had to run across to store to find any sales associate.

I love target and its the only one in town. Clearance is pretty picked over and the prices are usually just 30% off, you rarely find 50% or more off. But target has great products so I still shop here a lot! I have had some bad experiences with the woman manager who doesnt seem to know how to price match, etc.

Ive been to Targets from Michigan, to Alabama, to California. This Target is among the best of the best, both in selection and quality of the merchandise.Also, the prices are good and the staff excellent.
