I have been looking for a Hyundai palisade for a few days now. Ive called dealerships all over Texas and New Mexico. Finding out not all dealers are greedy and taking advantage of the situation. But like any BSer they blame other people. The chip shortage the pandemic the new ranch Im buying. Send a message to all these car dealers that gouge people that its not right. Its not the sales guys its the owners. YOU WILL BE JUDGED !

The salesman Bennie was very helpful and knowledgeable about the features of the vehicle. The staff were friendly and the atmosphere was very clean. Although there was little inventory as far as vehicles, the overall experience wonderful.

Vehicle has run fine, great MPG, fast and quiet, Touch screen has stopped working and caused a great deal inconvenience now and during a trip to the east coast and back. I do not like paying for a vehicle with promised functions, and having one of the functions stop working with only 5000 miles on it. The problem was diagnosed on my return home, and a part ordered. We will see if the part manages to come in (5 to 10 days) and if not, how the dealer manages to fix the problem. Hopefully this will not be an ongoing issue. Time will tell

The salesman Braden is very professional. He worked hard to get us into the right car. He was not pushy at all. He is very knowledgeable and he always answered my text messages when I had a question. If you want professional service go see Braden!

Pleasant experience. A bit pricey but the work was done right. Thats far more important that less expensive and multiple returns.

The 2021 is the 5th Hyundai Santa Fe weve owned since buying our first in 2002, in Annapolis, Maryland. We had thought to try a different make/model but came back to Hyundai and the Santa Fe because of the quality, price and styling. This is the first weve bought from Bormans but have dealt satisfactorily with their service department for our 2008.

I had a great experience with Nathan Miller (salesman), and Christina Monet (finance). Both took their time to explain everything, and have been available with any questions I have had since my purchase. I have owned several Hyundai vehicles and have encountered many salespeople, but I really felt the difference in working with Nathan and Christina that they were focused on customer service and not just a sale.

I was able to get an appointment the day after I called. The routine maintenance work I needed was completed very promptly. I trust my Hyundai dealer to keep my 2015 Santa Fe running for many years to come.

Came in for service. Was able to complete it within a reasonable amount of time. No shuttle service on weekend. Need to remember that if you dont want to sit and wait. Just on weekdays.7/3/2020While in route to Las Cruses, our engine lost some power and the check engine light started flashing. Was able to call service department once over mountain and see if open and if they could see us. They were and could. They identified a modified recall software update to the update we did last year. Performed various tests and was able to complete everything in about 5 hours. While is sucks to wait, was great to be able to get our car back same day and not need to rent a vehicle for weekend. Even better to complete it all under warranty so no charge to us other than the wait time and lunch out while waiting.

A rodent had eaten through nearly all of the electrical and liquid systems on my 2019 Hyundai Santa Fe. The rodent had set up residence in the garage and I was not aware of its presence until my car was suddenly inoperable. The Borman Hyundai service team did an amazing job of reconstructing the entire electrical and liquid systems in my car. I was kept appraised of how the service was coming and when to expect my car to be finished. I am so happy with my Borman Hyundai service team!

I went shopping for a car with no particular model in mind, I just wanted a smaller car with great gas mileage and something that fit well within my budget. Nate approached my father and I as we were looking at some of the Hyundai models and asked all of the right questions (what I was looking for, what I did and didn’t care for in for in cars, etc.). The Elantra piqued my interest and Nate carefully went over how each model was different and the perks of each vehicle. We ended up test driving the Elantra SEL and I fell in love with it! I’ve been car shopping for almost two weeks now and my experience at Borman was easily the best one in terms of customer service and models available at their dealership. Borman instead worked hard to get me a SOLID approval (by solid I mean no call a week later to demand the car be brought back). Borman is TOTALLY worth the 20 minute drive to cruces! :)
