After having a poor experience dealing with a used car purchase from this dealership, I was contacted by the general manager, Mike. After speaking with him I was pleasantly surprised that he was motivated to explain their side of the situation . He didn’t need to do that considering that I had already bought the vehicle. But it did make me feel better that he was concerned about their relationship to their customers. By the way, I am very happy with the vehicle I bought there.

BLUF: I would never recommend Sisbarro Volkswagen to anyone for any of their services. Extremely disappointed with their customer service.I received a flyer in the mail for a promotion that Sisbarro Volkswagen was running. Included in the flyer was a match-to-win game where the grand prize was $5,000. See the attached picture below, but I matched the $5,000 to the grand prize. After reading the terms and conditions, it actually seemed legitimate. Therefore, I drove 2.5 hour round trip to visit the dealership. My wife and I are in the market for a new/used car after having some car problems so after winning, we wanted to support the business that gave us the opportunity. Unfortunately, Patrica at the dealership informed me that it was a scam and the promotion was just to get people through the door. When I asked the manager about it, Patrica laughed at me and said yeah, it would be nice to win $5,000. Ultimately, Sisbarro gave me a $5 gift card to Walmart for my troubles... I wish I would have had it prior to showing up so I could have bought some lube..

Awful service, truly awful. Service experience at this location ensures that not only will I never purchase a vehicle from this location, but I will never purchase from Sisbarro as a whole and I will make sure to tell everyone I know not to do so. Sales people are friendly, at least.

I would rate six stars if I could. I had rented a VW for a cross-country road trip, and the critical oil light came on around the missile site north of Las Cruces. I pulled in for gas, and fueling up right next to me just happened to be the general manager of this dealership. He gave me the number of the parts department, Andrew hooked me up with two quarts of premium motor oil at a fantastic price. Thank y’all so much for saving my trip.

This review pertains the Service department only.I took my vehicle to get it diagnosed because it is shutting off randomly and the vehicle is unsafe to drive.First. It took me almost 2 weeks to get my vehicle seen because they didn’t had any open dates to be able to check my vehicle l.Second. After waiting almost took weeks I was finally able to leave my car to get it checked. I left it for 2 weeks and they couldn’t point out the problem.So they let me drive off with my vehicle, even though is unsafe to drive, because they couldn’t replicate the fault.Right now my vehicle died on me and I almost got into an accident because I lost power steering power and couldn’t break quick.I called back again to see what they could do, the lady that answers the phone at the front desk said they could see my car by the end of the month (today is April 1st) I explained to her that my car is unsafe to drive and didn’t even care, she said I’ll have to wait until the end of the month.So at the service department they don’t care about the customer’s needs safety. They’re supposed to be the professionals, if they cant fix my car here, where am I supposed to fix it ?? Really upset and disappointed by this dealership. They don’t care about me being in danger driving an unsafe car.

Love the service I received by the amazing service team!I was in a pickle driving/moving from Texas to AZ and ran into an issue with not being able to put diesel in my car due to a safety block. The nice people in the service department stayed a little extra after they technically were closed to help me! If they would not have done that I am not sure how I would have been able to continue my drive without being able to get diesel! Thank you sooo much again! I appreciate it!

Drove 62miles to buy a vw Jetta that sisbarro had on their site as a new 2020 car. Had an appt so I drive all the way to las cruces from east El Paso. I get there and the car listed on their site as a new car is the loaner service car with 7k miles!!What a waste of time and gas money. 124 mile round trip for nothing.

I recently sold my vehicle, and I was in search of something low mileage, and fuel efficient, due to travel. I did some homework, and found a vehicle to my liking. Unfortunately, that vehicle was already sold. On the drive home, we saw a couple nice looking vehicles at the Sisbarro VW / Used dealership. Jeff Dray approached my wife and I in a very relaxed manner (Which is very fair due to the climate of COVID). Jeff answered all of my questions, and was very confident in getting something to work for my needs. We came across a Honda Accord, that did not win me over, at first. Jeff suggested a test drive, and a no obligations approach. We did the test drive, in which I was very happy with the vehicles performance, and we proceeded inside. I told Jeff that I needed to return to work within an hour, but I was interested in the car. Instead of letting me go, and following up, Jeff and his crew stepped up the showmanship! Jeff suggested that I take the car a couple days, and this is what really won me over. Due to COVID, my wife and I are extremely busy with work and kids. Taking the car a couple days allowed me to process how valuable having a fuel efficient vehicle really is! I can go on, but my point is, this crew is full of problem solvers. And this crew will do whatever is in their power to make sure you are happy. I have never experienced such excellent customer service, from a car dealership. So my son bought his first car here Kia Optima 2015 had it for three Months and the Engine Blew. Now this could have went one of two ways the Guys could have told me its no longer under warranty and you chose not to get the extended warranty so nothing that we could do. However my salesman Kevin and the Manager Mike got together and really helped my son through this hard time. When buying a car you knever know what’s going to happen it could last for several years or a couple months that has nothing to do with the dealership. However when things do happen it’s nice to know these guys had his back. Will be buying all my cars in the future from here

Bought a 2020 Tiguan on 5/29/2020. Ron who helped with the purchase of the car was great. Yesterday got in the car and the console on the roof was just hanging by the wires. Went to the service dept to have them look at it and the person at the counter couldnt have cared less. All he was worried about was if we had made an appt. Very poor customer service. We will see how we are treated when we go back on Wed. Even though we did not have an appt, which we understood the wouldnt be able to do anything that day. When someone purchases a vehicle from you at least have the common courtesy to care about the problems we are having. In case Sisbarro doesnt realize CUSTOMER SERVICE is a big part of your business success. We have purchased 5 VW,s from you and if this is how your service dept treats people once they have purchased a car then it will be the last car we purchase from Sisbarro. As I said we will see how we are treated on Wed when we go in for our appt. Went back in on Wed for appt and received an apology from Mike and were treated very professionally. This was my first time buying through a dealership. Zack was awesome even though he was new he took the time to make the experience enjoyable. He even looked things up randomly that me and my son were talking about. Came out of it with a new car!

Very disappointing. The service manager at Sisbarro told us a bold-faced lie about the condition of our vehicle when we brought our Rialta back for service when it was leaking transmission fluid. I know this because I brought it to a trusted mechanic in my hometown and they showed me that the transmission pan, the part Sisbarro said needed to be replaced, was perfectly fine and undamaged. Why would they do this? So that they did not have to take responsibility for poor workmanship in the first place. I do not trust this business and if you value your pocketbook, go elsewhere.

I had Purchased a 2013 vw gti 4 door, and i was greeted and was helped with great service and found the car with a great price. i had noticed that there was scratches and a couple of dents and we worked something out. also the car came with different set of wheels that came from a regular golf i had asked if i could get the stock oem wheels and tires for that year of car and was told of course that they would order them and i could come in any day and they would swap them out i knew it would affect the price but i was ok with that. i took the car for a drive and perfect. once it was time to take the car home with me i noticed the check engine light after the REP took the car to fill it up. and he/she said he/she made a note and i can come in and get that looked at. I didnt have time much due to work when i finally had time i was told that i cant bring it in i would need a AVO form filled. And i never got my wheels that were ordered i ended up spending less time and money fixing the issue myself than what Sisbarro Autoworld wanted to charge me. I just want people to know my experience and to think it thru before coming here!!!!!
