She took her time to hear me out on things I wanted I was shopping for someone else who so very particular about things she wanted so Cat took her time to explain the difference between the materials and was very thoughtful of prices. It’s hard to find employees who actually care about the things you’re looking for and she was super kind super helpful, she need a raise! Everyone in the store was helpful even Dawn when I checked out It was pouring rain outside and another employee came to help me load everything in the car you guys are all awesome thank you for such a nice experience in the store

I called to see if they have induction pots and pans and they connected me to Cody (I believe that was his name). Im originally from up North so I always use gas stove tops and I had no clue about induction stove tops. Cody could have just told me they had them in stock and end the phone call. But he went above and beyond and answered all my questions about induction stove tops with the pots and pans (I called GE and the guy there didnt answer my questions. He just told me what I had to buy). Thank you for answering all my questions!

Great time shopping n finding things on clearence! LOTS.of selections for the home. They even had dog items. Easy parking, located in outdoor mall. Friendly n helpful staff.

Very neat and clean store compared to the one we go to in NC. Walked in, asked for help, found what I wanted, out the door!

I think that this store is clean and orderly, like most BBB. I was there for a return, which went smoothly. The supervisor (I am assuming) was rather brutal with the employee that was helping me. He was doing a fine job, but the supervisor was hovering and pressing buttons for him as if he were slow. Other than that awkward interaction, it was a typical visit to BBB.

Store was not crowded when we visited it was well stocked and several associates offered to help.

Went to pick an online order up and then I got good service

They have the coolest items you cant find anywhere else.

The location in the Largo mall was clean and fully stocked with lots of sale items. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

We have not shopped much because of the virus. We had to venture out to obtain many items for a new home. We could have been more pleased with the service we received from Kirsten (recently from Ohio). She was always willing to drop what she was doing to help us shop. Then at check out she was there again getting us enrolled in a savings program. So nice to be around someone upbeat and positive. We need that now more than ever.

Prices of the knife sets that we looked at were very comparable to online pricing. Staff was friendly answered all questions and showed us where the items we were looking for were in the store. No wait at the cash register social distance sing was maintained and hand sanitizer was readily available at the end of the isles

If you have the time you can find really good deals

Make absolutely certain that your useless submission signalling device, otherwise known as a face mask(which right on the box it comes in states not for use for protection from communicable disease), is fully covering your nose. Doesnt matter if its actually completely usesles, at all.. Also, be sure to engage in socialism distancing or you will be asked to leave. At some point, maybe they will demand you put a baby diaper on your face, so as to protect fellow shoppers from you regurgitating completely unscientific fear mongering nonsense designed to strip your rights in preparation for the upcoming financial implosion.. I will never shop at bed bath and beyond again...

I went there to buy a water pik. They keep them in a locked cabinet. When I ask to get one the lady at the cash register called for help. The woman that came treated me like a thief. Instead of handing it to me she told me it would be at customer service when I was ready. I said that I was ready now. Then she repeated that again and walked off. I guess she thought I was going to steal it right in front of her. I was 15 feet from the register. That is a very rude way to treat a customer. I have spent several thousand dollars in that store over the last few years and will not be going back.

With some exploration I found what I needed, they need more customer service. But all was good.

Friendly helpful staff, standard product choices for the franchise. Prices are inflated to make up for the 20% discount they offer members or coupon users. Not much in terms of bargains except in the clearance section but you wont be able to use that 20% off if you do by a clearance. Still, its a good place to find that bed, bath or kitchen item you need.

Merchandise is organized throughout. After you sign up with your e-mail, they send you 20% coupons which helps lower the prices. I shopped today for drapes only to find out they cant be ordered. They should take the sample drapes down.

Shopped here on Black Friday, and the store was very, very busy. The exact item I wanted was a specific type and size of mattress topper, but it was not in stock. A store associate by the name of Sabrina took the time and helped me order the item online to include all the applicable discounts. BB&B has a nice selection. Quality products - some of which are unique to the store. Many products list at a premium. Recommend shopping the sales or checking Walmart or Amazon before any purchase!

Bed bath and beyond is a market researchers dream. They do such a good job of product placement and everytime I go in, I leave with more than I planned and I always leave wanting more than I can afford. This time I left with a list of things I want but wont buy at their prices. Lol. Anyway, the experience was great. There were plenty of staff but nobody bothering you. When it came time to checkout, there was a line 8 customers deep. The staff noticed and within 3 minutes, I was walking out the door. I havent ever seen a response to a checkout backup like that before. I was impressed. It was also Saturday at noon. Im sure you wont get that response on a Tuesday night half an hour before closing. I highly recommend this store, but bring money. You will find stuff you never knew you needed.

Great parking ample and well-lit. The staff prompt, and courteous to answer all your questions. The bathrooms his/hers are spotless.The store has many items in clearance and some of them have an extra percentage-- based on the color of the tag. The variety of products is excellent. They even sale the manual eyelash machine. I was impressed for I have not found those in many stores. The ck-out wait is very little.

This is one of the smaller BBB stores that I have ever been in not its a nice, clean store. Just much less selection than the larger footprint stores.

Every sales person I came in contact with was so friendly. I was shopping from a bridal gift registry and if I could not find some things I was looking for, they looked on the computer to see if another store had them. A great shopping experience overall
