I just bought paint for new home when I met Arleen! She was of great help to us, I have been buying paint from Home Depot for a very long time and never knew that they will store your colors for you in there system. How wonderful and convenient is that. I am excited to have a new and informative paint expert in my new hometown, because I or my husband does a lot of painting. Sorry no pictures I think everyone knows what Home Depot looks like. I will say this one is very clean and helpful.

Most employees here are very helpful. Especially the lady in tool rental but dont order your doors here if you run into Kipp in that department. Gave us a snide attitude and couldnt be bothered to look up the price difference between impact and non impact door.

I was there at 9:10pm. It was a pleasure getting in and getting out! I even found an employee stocking shelves at my 1st turn. And he was able to direct me to exactly what I came in for!One thing that disappoints me ... Theyre already busy cluttering up the 1st isle that runs across the front of the store. The stocking stuffers tool deals are clogging that isle. Not the least bit ADA compliant. God help you, in your in a wheel chair!

Easy in/ easy out! Although I think we should get a discount of at least a quarter for doing self check out! Lol Trying this filter freshener. We will see how it works!!

Well, to find help is almost impossible. I was looking for kitchen countertops,got someone saying down that way. Asked another employee,they said straight back. Area was closed. I wandered around 20 mins.Finally saw some but not the ones I wanted. I was hungry,so I left. People there say over there, its not my department,why dont they take you to the friggin department?

Visiting my 81 yr old Mother this August when her refrigerator stopped working. I was leaving in less than 48 hours and really needed to help Mom get her refrigerator fixed or replaced before I left. With the help of the appliance dept at the Largo Florida store Mom had a loaner fridge delivered and set up until hers is fixed. No delivery or pick fee. Bill and Tim both gave us exceptional customer service they were kind and truly wanted to help. Thank you for your help.

I visited their garden center. What a great selection of flowers, cacti, trees, and bushes. Enjoyed shopping there even if the weather was scorching hot that afternoon. The plants I selected are all thriving on my balcony.

I can always find what Im looking for. Dont have to go to three different places. Had to buy an electric range today. I found the one I wanted, then pulled up prices. As usual, they price matched the lowest price, and Ill have it next week. What more can you want!!

The last two times Ive been here looking for something, the employees could care less if I found what I needed. They immediately say no this is all we have while heavily mouth breathing. I left both times without buying anything. I just used Amazon and Ace Hardware. But to be fair, thats a large percentage of employees these days. No matter where you go.

John in the flooring department was very helpful and friendly, showed me what I needed and gave some good advice.

This location is okay....help was quick can not say that about other locations till I visit them...Thanks

Usually, can find help here. That has improved on last few trips. Almost always find what I need. Too many self checkouts, less personable.

Pleasant experience today when a wall air conditioning representative told me H.D would return and credit my cost for a unit I bought exactly 90 days ago. They pulled up the receipt, I went and removed the old unit, reopened it without the box, but still in excellent condition, then bought a new one. Wow, a pleasant experience for a change, thank you!

I spent yesterday 700$ on Dewalt 60 volt electric tools..350$ at that same store..350$ in other store..I was real dirty from work that day..I asked for help, and a young blond lady working their was called to help me.I guess she was the one who knew that department.She passed right by me and went to other customer..I waited 15 min so she can help me and and she passed right by me like I was a nobody.An other employee told her he needs help.She says I cant got to go out front..But she knew her stuff. I was their to buy 60 volt blower and they said their was 2 their.at the end they couldnt find it. Waste of time and bad treatment of loyal customers..This morning Im going to buy my 60 volt blower at other store.They lost my business at that store and they lost business of others I promise. That one girl cost that store thousands..And I will continue to tell everyone dont shop their..

I just love this store!! The staff is amazing and if I cant find what I am looking for they are more than happy to help. Buy all my flowers for the yard here they have a great selection to choose from.

Staff is not very helpful ...I walked by them two or three times and then had to chase somebody down to get info... they are very well staffed at the checkout stands but nowhere else... where has customer service gone?

I always get good and knowledgeable service at Home Depot! Theyve been a lot of help to me as Ive been remodeling!The only complaint I have is where the checkout stations are vs. where the handicap parking and the IN door is located.

Last evening 7/03/21, I dropped/lost my Debit card. Of course on a holiday weekend and an expectant hurricane Elsa. I drove back to Home Depot where now they were closed. Walked the parking lot with a flash light with no luck. I called the store to k eave a message and a security woman answered the phone. I explained my situation, she asked my name and told me to get back to my car and Meet her over by the underhand enclosure. I pulled up she asked my name again, she handed me my card!!! Im so sorry I didnt get your name but you ROCK!!

I met one of the most helpful worker at the Window and Door Dept. Lulu was very kind, knowledgeable, and handling multiple customers at once. She was one phenomenal. I wrote a review regarding her but put it on the Seminole Store. She works at the Ulmerton & Seminole Blvd store. I will seek her out whenever I need help.

Had a female employee actually yell at me because I politely asked for help at Self Checkout as I was unaware you needed to be of age to buy spray paint. I had my 9 month old daughter with me. I was extremely disgusted and considering Lowes is 1 block up... I will no longer go here. Horrible.

Rental Guy was super rude. Hung up when I first called. Had to call back twice. Was super short, sarcastic, and generally unfriendly. Get this guy back in a stockroom away from customers. Took my business to another rental shop. Sorry.

Simple question I needed a price on a open item. After trying to find someone found 4 people and each one could not help me.So 20 min later found someone and said they can take $50 off but if I wanted more to ask the manager I said ok wont hurt to ask so another 15 min she came and said no to any discounts well why did that employee say she could do $50 off them . Think if your told one thing then not live up to that is wrong guess I interrupted the managers coffee break!

I am Furnishing a brand new condo that I just purchased so I needed to things like a stainless steel trash bin towel bars towel Rings toilet paper holders Nails screws and things for hanging artwork. Home Depot did have all these products but because they routinely do not have enough clerks to help it takes forever to find the things you are looking for. A trip to Home Depot ends up being a long production where you waste a lot of time looking for the things you need.

As far as the tool rental the staff there is very uncaring & unknowledgeable i rented a 75 foot half a day i tried it and it turns out i needed a 100 foot (its the same price but they dont tell you that up front) i tried to swap it out for the one i needed with 3 hours left on my rental .no dice. Now i kniw you might as well get the big one., oh and they said the dont give out safety gloves anymore.

Years ago when home depot first open works where very helpful. Now not so much when they see you they walk away from you. The only reason I go to the home depot is for the price. If Lowes prices were better I would shop there . Employees at Lowes are always willing to help you.

I just wish there were more workers to help answer questions! Not for myself but for other customers.

Garbage selection on home bulbs nobody ever around that knows anything . Lowes had it no prob

Felix gave stellar customer service. Helped me find sand for a pool filter then helped me load my toilets and vanity into my SUV. He is fix it Felix! If you see him tell him hes the man.

In and out self checkout fast easy

The customer service is great. A lady at the inside door directs you to the department you want. The paint dept. Is very efficient and they have plenty of help. BUT I dont understand why they put the check out on other side of the store. Why not move a couple self check out rows closer to customer service?

I was in this store 12/26 and 12/27 of 2020 around 2pm. First I want to say that the woman who greeted us was the most pleasant, cheerful, knowledgeable, and helpful employee I have ever met at Home Depot or anywhere else for that matter. I wish I had gotten her name, but she was stationed near the return counter. She made a dull and bothersome home repair task so much nicer and almost fun. More companies need to hire people like her. She even made the remark that if she was in better health, she wished that she could work even more hours because she loves her job. That speaks volumes about her character and Home Depot as an employer. She deserves some type of recognition. During the rest of my visit, I also came across more helpful employees in the plumbing section who were knowledgeable and quick to point me right where I needed to be. I saved myself $200 by doing the repairs myself and couldnt be happier with the entire experience. Thank you to that unnamed greeter and to this location for helping me take a plumbing disaster and turning it into a WIN!

Lost my item and basically said there is nothing they can do. Their online rep said if I buy another he would discount it called the store and they fought with me over the discount didn’t even want to deliver to my house free of charge since it was over a week late. Not very good customer service.

The staff was very rude. Waited 30 minutes to get a piece of plywood cut in 4 pieces. A young lady that was working on her birthday, stopped and helped me, while the men just walked on by like I wasnt there.

This location always has friendly knowledgeable employees and is well stocked. My only complaint is that they dont carry affordable smart bulbs. Expensive options only. So it was a hard pass and Ill purchase them elsewhere.

Bob, the only guy at this location could not be located to rekey a 50 dollar door handle set. Result-no sale. More employees need to know how to service customers.

The wife and I just did our spring gardening shopping at Home Depot today. Very friendly people and lots of selection. Better deals at lowes usually but you can find some good clearance sales

After a few phone attempts, a nice employee advised me that there were at least half a dozen - and it had taken awhile to locate them, as they were in the wrong place. My response: Great! I appreciate your checking. Im on my way!I arrive. No 24 black plastic planter window boxes (with trays) to be found. None. Recalling that they were in the wrong place, I continued up and down EVERY AISLE in the Garden Department, searching for about ten minutes. Nothing.I SEE JEAN A. I offer details and ask for his help. Without hesitation, he strides off to where they SHOULD be. Empty shelf slot. We scour the entire area of pots - nope. I suggest questioning the man I spoke with on the phone - Jean advises that he is on break.Jean pulls out his Home Depot inventory device and keys in data. I remain silent - hoping that this courteous young man is somehow going to conjure up my non-existent window boxes. He locates a ladder, climbs UP to the 4th or 5th tier - and starts opening boxes. SUCCESS!! Jean brings the huge box down, restocking the shelf after quietly handing me my two window boxes - I decide to buy four JUST BECAUSE Jean has been so helpful.THANK YOU TO JEAN A. HE WENT THE EXTRA MILE. A quiet young man, sincere, hard working - and courteous to old ladies like me. I HOPE HOME DEPOT REALIZES what a GEM he is!

I was looking for baseboards and could not find the size I had previously seen at Lowe’s. I saw a “helper” and asked him if you carry 1/4” x 5” baseboards? He asked me, Did you look?” I told him of course I looked but I was hoping you might help me find it. He was so rude... I will never go back to that Home Depot. He started yelling back at me! I shouted back that I do NOT want your assistance. He asked me if I was deaf. In a competitive industry such as home fix it, I don’t see how you can afford to employ rude people. He needs to be fired.

Was all excited about my 1st new home appliance purchase ever until it stopped working 2 months later. I have been going back and forth between the Home Depot Largo store management and Samsung appliance exchange department for about 6 weeks now to no avail. They keep pointing the finger at each other as the responsible party and Im stuck in the middle unable to do laundry since the end of February! I strongly dont recommend buying large home appliances from Home Depot.

Close and convenient the store is always clean the staff is always helpful and friendly my favorite place to shop .

Replacing the old thermostat with a good quality non nonsense, no fluff regular thermostat. Home depot had nice display and made it easy to get in and out.

Great deals and had everything we were looking for! Home delivery was on time and prompt! Side note to ordering online around this time of year. Some days you can get same day delivery but most times it takes 3 to 4 days to get you merchandise, wood and construction materials etc.

Well they give me a choice,no interest on card or 10% off,well im a disabled vet,but you technically cant use it,whats the sense of service connected, disability, a ruse,so I used my disability and paid on another card.

Had a good shopping experience for most of the times that I visited this place. Staff is generally very helpful in assisting me in getting what I need. One time I walked out after purchasing and an associate asked for my receipt cross checking each item to make sure I didnt shoplift. There were no issues but I just thought it was amusing because it never happened to me anywhere else.

This store is a total disaster. Especially the roofing area. Isles are full of stuff cant get through. And closed off for ever for the fork lift and nobody knows where anything is.

Most comfortable I have been in a Homers in years! I am female & have been going to this location for over 20 years. Usually I have to chase down one of the guys if I have a question...and they avoid women, especially if she has a question. Today Helped by nail WOMAN ...knew exactly what my brother had told me to buy to fix my fence. AND checked out by a very cheerful & friendly lady.

Paint department was quite busy but got 3 colors mixed in a rather quick time frame. Everyone was friendly.The only thing that was a little concerning was that with 3 gallons of one color,. They only opened one and did not show us the color of the other two, just they saying they did it. They used the paint from can one to put a dab on cans 2 & 3.

I Like Home Depot however they are a little more expensive on some things than Lowes for instance I bought a fabric spray paint and it was $2 more for the same thing then it was in Lowes.
