Beautiful showroom. The only problem is the Sales representatives did not greet, nor did they ask if I needed assistance. I could assume, and I have multiple scenarios as to why I wasnt assisted, and I digress. I will say this. YOU MISSED A SALE! Im hopeful it wasnt because of your assumptions! Bless you heart!

Will change this rating to 5 stars when the situation is handled. I purchased a Miele washer and dryer from Patrick. Installers came out a week and a half later and the installers who came accidentally spilled liquid all over the garage when removing the old washer and it happened to stain an item that I purchased which was brand new. Tried to call/text the cell number of the installer and I am being ignored. I was told it is an outside company that is hired from Appliance Gallery and I have asked for their info to make it right but I have still not received a response from Patrick yet. Please let me know and once handled Ill change the review.
Brandon went above and beyond helping me resolve a warranty issue with a cooktop that I purchased. I was very impressed that he was able to help me get the issue resolved when I was getting nowhere with the manufacturer. Lynn was also incredibly helpful in resolving a hood issue I had when remodeling my kitchen. I am so thankful that I purchased my appliances from the Appliance Gallery so that I could utilize Brandon and Lynn’s expertise when I had issues.

Great experience with Appliance Gallery. Lynn and her team are extremely knowledgeable, and helpful. We were recommended to them when we were remodeling our kitchen and were great to work with. They even helped solve a few repair issues several months later when the manufacturers were hard to get a hold of. I will only use them going forward for our appliance needs.
You are a best friend when you buy. If you have any type of issue with any appliance...they forget who you are. Dont shop here. You will never receive customer support.
Super high end appliances. Bring a dolly, and load up for free! The gal at the desk seems to think everyone is invisible! No hello, no nothing. I will say that we did get great service after 20 mins by a gentleman that was in the back. He was happy to answer questions

Lynn Kislin, the owner of the Appliance Gallery helped me select just the right replacement dishwasher and somehow worked her magic to have it installed the very next day! I was in emergency mode with company in for the holidays and found out that the drain pump was going fast on my old unit leaving puddles on my kitchen floor each time I used it. Just love my new Dacor Distinctive Dishwasher! My dishes have never been so clean.Prior to this, Brandon was right on target with his assessment of which washer and dryer would best fit my small laundry room after he came to my house to look at the space. Talk about customer service! Just love the compact Miele units I purchased a few months ago. Another appliance emergency resolved just in the nick of time. Planning ahead now for a new refrigerator just in case.
Im not sure how to put this but Ill be as polite as possible Lynn the owner of Appliance Gallery is one of those people that I like to refer to as - If she doesnt need you she doesnt know you. Ive done a lot of business with Lynn in the past, but Ill be taking my business to another dealer from now own. Lynn did not return calls, is put off when you ask questions. Her receptionist is very rude. Gives one price and then changes it. I encourage everyone not to get involved with this company or do business with Lynn at all. Absolutely the worst experience.
We have used this company for kitchen redo. Using high end products.There were some issues along the way, they were always there fighting for uswith the name brand companies. I would say nothing but good about their products and service.
Excellent selection of appliances in the store. They are a high end appliances and the customer service was excellent. Lynn was very accommodating allowing us to select our appliances, in advance, hold them with a deposit and kept them in storage until ready for installation during our kitchen remodel. Can you buy some of these appliances on line at a cheaper price. Yes, but then if there is a problem, you have to deal with some faceless employee in customer non-service. Also, Appliance Gallery provided the installation at no charge. Would buy from them them again and would highly recommend them.

For my wife and me, we had two separate, wonderful experiences with Brandon at Appliance Gallery. Brandon was friendly, patient, and knowledgeable--without pushing the sale. He knew the variety of high end kitchen appliances well, and was easily able to tell us the pros and cons of each. His service was exemplary, and we love (and now own) their BlueStar product line.I wouldnt hesitate to recommend Appliance Gallery, especially if youre looking at BlueStar. Its a terrific, near-commercial style of stoves rather than a beefed up version of a home stove like Wolf or the others. We had a terrible experience with the other BlueStar dealer, Ferguson, but will recommend Appliance Gallery without reservation or hesitation!! Again, our customer service and experience was first rate! Were going back to Appliance Gallery in the future for more BlueStar accessories. Thanks, Brandon!!Paul

My contractor Bill Koeffler purchased several appliances on my behalf for a complete kitchen remodel; floor to ceiling. The ovens and venting hood were delivered yesterday. We realized that the hood would not work in our kitchen. Mr. Koeffler immediately called and spoke to Brandon about EXCHANGING the hood for a different hood; (for a more expensive hood), and was told that the owner would have to approve this. Apparently, the owner, Lynn, called Mr. Koeffler and said that she would take the vent back and with an additional $600 give me a floor model hood. Or, if that did not make me happy, we could just sell the hood on Ebay!!!!! This company was going to get further purchases from me and servicing of my products along with more business from Mr. Koeffler, but THAT WILL NOT HAPPEN NOW. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
Worst experience ever! Purchased a liquid propane stove and was given a natural gas stove in an LP box. Lynn the owner finally gave had an installer come pick it up but he would not install the replacement cooktop we bought. Bought directly from the manufacturer and saved $100l over the Appliance Gallery price..
This business has the worst customer service we have ever experienced. We purchased over 20k of appliances here and they would not follow up with any requests for a refund on a rusted Fabor Hood. We received a Fabor Hood that came out of the box rusted and inoperable. They and the manufacturer only wanted to blame the installer which did nothing wrong except show us they rusted appliance. They would not issue a refund but they did take back the hood rust and all. Now we are out $1500 with a hole in our kitchen and no hood. Please take your business anywhere else.
