Been frequenting Marble Slabs since I was a child in DFW. Tried to take my entire family out for ice cream this evening to this location and was turned away over a stupid mask - nearly 2 years into this rona stuff. If YOU want to wear a mask, wear it. But no one has the right to mandate others to do the same. If your employees wear masks, and they work so well, why are you worried about me wearing one? They lost out on a good $60 order tonight, and the many nights we would have frequented this establishment.To top it off, they had the most petty response to my Google review, yet called me petty in the same response. Also made a petty comment about how Ive given other businesses, where Im from and lived for 27 years, 5 star reviews, but not them or the handful of businesses Ive been able to visit since moving to Laredo just a few months ago. Do better, earn the 5 stars!

Would give it 0 stars my ice cream had a hair in it :/I told the lady it had a hair in it and she was like “ok” like at least say sorry and I was like im just letting you know and she said “ ok… thanks “ so sad :(

Place sucks they want to sell icecream but make you sit outside in 100+° weather. If they are not going to allow you to sit inside they should just close there doors.

It says closed at 9:00 pm and people since 8:30 pm had being leaving mad because the employee says is closed! People make trips from their location example south laredo to come but ice cream and to hear is closed is a bad service! I had to go to another ice cream name rolly Polly which is next block from here! Sorry but has a bad service with those employees who wants to leave home earlysure I was at the jacaman site and when i post this was outside of the place in jacaman.

The ice cream is undoubtedly delicious. Unlimited mix-ins like fresh strawberries, blueberries, bananas, almonds, pecans, candy, cookie crumbs etc. makes it even better. However, more employees are needed. Be prepared to wait in line especially on Tues and Thurs which are promo days.

I needed an ice cream cake for my husbands birthday. I wasnt able to place an order online because the pickup was less than 48 hours. I called the store and they said they could have it ready next day. It was ready on time and the staff were very courteous. I would definitely come back for a cold treat or another ice cream cake.

The ice cream variety and flavors are all great, the choice of topings is also very broad and there will be something for you no matter what. Recommend:)

I came in and my two simple orders of simple ice cream were completely wrong. I gave patience with my orders given the initial impression that the employees were newly hired staff. I didnt notice my order was wrong until leaving the front entrance. I then walked back in and kindly asked for the employees to make it again for the mistake and got attitude upon my request. My experience was overall unprofessional.

Marble Slab Creamery are pretty good, but you have eat the ice cream quickly because it tends to melt pretty fast.

I like these place but the guy heard me wrong and gave me wrong icecream flavor, I had to eat it anyways, the guy didnt want to change my icecream. It wasnt my fault that he didt hear me right and not even a sorry from him

These people are so slow the ice cream turns into a milk shake before they hand it to you. There were 10 people in lie and only one person attending. The other employee, instead of taking care of customers was instead keeping herself busy with what seemed like minor tasks. Waited 20 minutes. Next time ill just go across the street to El Quinto Sol.
