First time going there and I tried the strawberry banana. So good! One of my friends tried the cookies and cream smoothie and my other friend tried the Gansito and they said it was good too. I will definitely be going back to try some more of their menu items.

First time ever trying rolled ice cream and we agree this is the best ice cream weve ever had. The ladies working there are really nice and knew what they were doing. Will definitely return.

I got the bubble wrapped with banana and Nutella with no peanuts ($8.12) The ice cream itself was 10/10, BUT it did take super long I’m talking about an hour and 20 minutes!!!!! They need more staff ! Poor girl was doing everything by herself and there was a line behind me as well.Management really needs to at least have 2 employees.

First time tryin out this place. Pretty good variety of flavors, but i would recommend the Ferrero Rocher. Its so good!!!

The personnel professional and attentive. The place is cleaned and well lit. The selection is not as extensive as the competition throughout Texas, but for Laredo is quite good. This is a different and unique addition. If you are visiting Laredo, or just passing by, you would want to visit this establishment and try their rolled Ice Cream. 4 stars from an experienced and well established reviewer.

Amazing place for something different! Palates were pleased with these great hand made desserts! Great for this hot weather. Have to wait a little to get your order but well worth the time.

I am glad I decided to come here on a whim for a little dessert after dinner! Its a small Ice Cream shop, compact but very clean and has a nice little atmosphere! The one person working there was very sweet and knew what she was doing! The Ice Cream itself was really good and neat to watch being made, got a custom order and it was delicious on all ends! I dont really got any complaints, try this place out, its a great place!

Delicious rolled ice cream a new experience in town. Friendly staff and good service I wish they had more ice cream flavors or plain ice cream flavors also it was a lil bit pricey but we went during the BOGO 1$ (Buy One Get One) so it was alright super recommended and delicious. Definitely going again!

Excellent choice in Laredo for summer days!Chop chop has great rolled ice cream, the service is nicely the only detail is that you have to be patience, the rolled ice cream take time, for me a little less sweet would be perfect also we miss the matcha flavor!

Its a good experience to see your ice cream made in front of you. It is nicely made and topped. Its fresh and has good flavors. Yes there is limited options of flavors and yes it is about 6-7 bucks a cup, but this isnt a place Id visit daily or too often because I consider it a treat I can indulge in every once in a while. If I want an ice cream fix thats cheap I can easily go to sonic or mcd.

Got a Passion fruit tea and Mango tea with boba with our rolled ice cream! They are a must when you go to Chopchop!

Honestly I was jumping around like a child out of pure joy because Ive always wanted to come watch someone make rolled ice cream. it was on my bucket list. 😍😍 Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Overall this is one of the coolest places❤❤ Definitely going to come back and try the Lucky Charms ice cream

The ice cream is really really good, I highly recommend it! The staff is also really nice and helpful, and the atmosphere is really bright and cheery too. Ive always wanted to see someone make rolled ice cream in person so this was an amazing experience.

Whenever I go to chop chop I would ask for a bubble waffle but when ever I go they always say the same thing “ the machine is broken” you sure it’s not just your employees being lazy to clean it and it’s every single time I go! Seriously! It’s getting me mad that it’s the same response!

Great ice cream flavors and beautiful work done by the staff they have. I got the cookie monster flavor 😁 A+! They have another great one with roasted marshmallows that they roast in front of you! Aweosme place to take kids or a cute date.

Staff is friendly and always keeping it clean.Was given a mango tea last night thatll keep me coming back often.

The ice cream was amazing but the only horrible thing is that the employees NEED to wear hairnets. It’s a Must when handling food. Had an incident there. Hopefully they learn and do so.

Chop chop is small rolled ice cream shop with good service and ok ice cream. My problem with this place is the price and the selection of ice cream. First the price, 6.50 for 16 oz. of ice cream but once you break up the rolls its more like 10 oz.. My second problem is the selection, they only have 7 ice cream creations to pick from and the topping are already decided for you. Places like this outside of Laredo let pick your ice cream and toppings which they have a huge selection. Bottom line this place is overpriced and no variety.

I expected more from chop chop. I thought it was like panda express. but rolled ice cream. Stevies had rolled ice cream but nah. I like marble slab better. Also, i thought it would be like Los pinguinos were they sell also snacks besides rolled ice cream. $6.50 for rolled ice cream. Ill stick to marble slab. they need to lower there price to $4.50 like other places with rolled ice cream outside laredo.
