I love this place! Always putting new items on the menu, keeping everything very refreshing!

Ordered the coconut guava tea & Oreo sheet ice cream. Both super delicious! The tea was very refreshing, not too sweet. Just perfect for hot weather. I liked the ambience the shop had, very photo ready for IG or FB. Large selection for tea and ice cream. Definitely will come back to try more!

5 out of 5, it’s by far the best ice cream I’ve ever had, in fact it’s addicting ❤️❤️ One suggestion is to please add your business to one of the delivery sites!

Really nice teas and ice-cream!

I’m a regular customer there at Snow and I love getting the double cheese berry. This particular day I was really craving the cheese foam so I asked for extra. I was willing to pay for more so I asked “do you guys charge extra?” And he said “no, we can do it” so I was like oh wow! Nice okay thanks. So fast forward, I get my drink and it looks perfect. I’m in the car drinking it and I opened the lid to drink the cheese foam and I see that there was very little cheese foam and it was just rimmed with it.....my face went from a smile to a frown. I couldn’t believe this. I’m really offended that this happened when I was willing to pay for more. That was the last time I went. THE DISRESPECT!

Great place for a delicious drink

This place has the best bubble tea in Laredo. Their classic milk tea is super comparable to those at Kung Fu Tea and Gong Cha! The service was extremely friendly and the place has such a cute atmosphere. Also, their cups are adorable and are surprisingly good, sturdy quality! Definitely going to be coming back regularly!

This place is great! It is very clean and the customer service is awesome. The employees are nice people. I bought the cookies and cream ice cream rolls. The presentation was excellent and the ice cream was creamy and not too sweet. The flavors were balanced. Also the portion was just right not too much not too little. You could probably share it with someone. If I come back to Laredo I will definitely come back here.

Only downfall is it states it opens at 11 on their door AND their website- however, they don’t open till noon. Kinda disappointing. Need to post correct times. Teas are yummy and ice cream great. Beautiful presentation.

Everything from the owners coming over to customers to make sure everythings alright, to the workers behind the glass always smiling as they make your order from scratch right in front of you! Good place for your Ice cream or bubble tea needs. Is a little on the pricey side, but if you want to indulge yourself, you might want to try something from their offerings. If you are visiting Laredo or if you are a local, give this place a try.

The drinks are always refreshing, always hits the spot with a twist.

I walked in and wasn’t even greeted. The staff wasn’t busy, so there could have been some sort of acknowledgement. Then I walk up to order and this young girl with a stone cold face was there. Needless to say, it seemed as if she wasn’t really wanting to be there, let alone work... I decided to just head out to another location.
