The young lady working at 6pm sold me ice with minimal syrup. I asked for a sugar free strawberry snow cone and all throughout I was eating ice😏. And to top it off I paid $3.75 plus $1 tip for poor service🙄.

The best shaved ice in town, but the line takes entirely too long. They must be short-staffed or dont have anything pre-prepared. If you plan on going you had better not be in a rush because the line can take seemingly forever.

Bought two corn in the cups they were all cold and the fresas con crema was spoiled rotten- A red flag was definitely no prices on menu just awful!!

The raspas had no flavor. Service was horrible personal hygiene on one of the employees was disgusting plus he was not wearing his ppe. How hard is it to wear a mask and some gloves really? Very unprofessional and unsanitary. If you dont care about your appearance chances are you probably dont wash your hands. I threw my raspas away. What a waste of 10 bucks.

My favorite item to order is the crema de coco raspa (Coconut Cream) it is delish!!! I totally recommend this item as its extremely satisfying and sweet. If your looking for something both sweet & spicy, order a chupacabra (Strawberry, Pickle, & Tajin)..Yum!!!!

Ive been going to Tropical Sno since I was a kid. Ive tried every flavor--its their wide variety of flavors and consistently good service that brings me back. Especially when I get their raspas con nieve.

This used to be my go to snack place for their signature chupacabras and corn in a cup but on my last 3 visits the lady there took forever and it felt like she was doing me a favor. On my last visit, she had a brutal cold and I was apprehensive about purchasing my snacks after a long wait.

Great snacks for anytime of the year...the place is small so you have to keep a lookout but its not a dine in establishment, just a drive in window place your order and be on the way.Can get crowded at times so be patient.

Kind of pricey, maybe if they were a little more generous with the syrup. Overall good flavor.

Great taste. Service was iffy. Unfortunately they got my order both right and wrong. Correct two strawberries and a watermelon. But only one strawberry was supposed to have ice cream. I took the one without ice cream, but ended up having ice cream. Very minor mistake, but I absolutely hate ice cream in my raspa!

Not bad at all for a tiny place. Best thing to do is to use drive thru instead of ordering and sitting on those wood benches. The prices are not bad and the servings are good. You might have a long line of cars to deal with though, just avoid going on the weekend evenings. I recommend this place if you want affordable and good raspas.

Ordered cherry shaved ice with vanilla ice cream. This place gets busy but worth waiting in line, especially on a hot day. Too bad my sno cone melted way too fast. This heat is ridiculous!!

Very bad service everyday. Persons take too long with every vehicle & start after their conversation ends(among themselves). When charging, person takes 5 minutes to return with change. What exactly are they doing?? Unbelievable!! Why don’t employees wear gloves or hair nets??!! Bugs always inside snow-cone. Unsanitary place of business.FIX THE POTHOLES. By the time one gets out & leaves, everything you buy has fallen from driving into a pothole. Let me call CITY HEALTH DEPARTMENT.

What I love is tropical sno cones (cups) smooth shaved iced raspas any flavor you choose pow taste plus the corn in a cup another pow pow I mean they more items to choose from but for me is this two item I love most so if your in the mood something simple but yummy this is the place.

Super good a little expansive but the tropical son cones pure true flavors Yummy, corn in a cup always good its a place for any age BUT .....and becareful and aware of the bees buzzing 🐝around on both drive thru windows 🐝.
