These guys will work their best to put you in a car of your choice despite any potential lost they may face. They are definitely family and people oriented. I was in a loaner from them while they worked on my car (drove 2 hrs for my dream car Subaru Legacy). Got rear ended with the Lexus and became a loss unfortunately but they didn’t ask me about the car when I told them they asked about ME. You don’t get hospitality like that from any dealership you may go to. Few weeks later I got another car but do plan on doing business with them again. These are one of the best guys here and don’t want ANYONE leaving unsatisfied. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I was in search for a new car and a friend recommended Supreme Auto Sales. As a woman I was a bit apprehensive going without a male by my side; there are so many stories of car salesmen taking advantage of people, especially women. Immediately upon arriving I was warmly greeted by Louis, who made me feel at ease. Louis was so patient, and honest with me. He answered all of my questions, and gave me the best deal for my 2019 BMW X5. Rest assured If you ever wanted to know if an honest salesman exist, they do. Their customer service was decent could have been better if the man that we spoke with just let the lady sell us the car. He was making the experience uncomfortable for everyone. I think he needs to work on his people skills.

Absolutely the worst. Do NOT go here. I went to buy a car and they couldnt find the title i ended up looking up the vehicle on car fax turns out vehicle had FAKE inspection stickers and hasnt been inspected since 2016 cause shortly after the car was inspected it was in and accident and DEEMED TOTALED. They tried to sell me a car that they LEGALLY CAN NOT sell. As well as the car actually has almost 20,000 more miles on it then advertised and they change the miles on the odometer in the car and they photo shopped the damage on the vehicle that are posted online. Completely unprofessional and rediculious. Do NOT buy a car from these people !!!

I am revising my review after visiting the shop again today. After posting my original review, Chief reached out to me to apologize and explain the situation. He asked me to come in today so he could take care of the issues I was having, which he did. I do have to take one star off, just because I did have to come by a second time for my inspection, and because the inspection did take a lot longer than I was told it would. But I am very happy that my problems were resolved. Chief is a great guy and does the best he can for his customers.

This has got to be the worst dealership ever and we have been to a few. Called them because my wife was not getting the answers she needed and they said call you back at 4pm that day. It is now day 6 and I still have not gotten a call back...

Very impressed. Purchased a Groupon for $22 to get an oil change and tire rotation and got more than I expected. James, at the service counter was very helpful. In addition to the service I expected they also checked all fluids, brakes and tires. Topped off the washer fluid at no extra charge. The guys in the shop washed my car and did a quick interior detail, even romoving floor mats so thay could vacuum underneath. I wanted to tip them and they gratefully said no thank you because they dont accept tips. I am a first time customer but will certainly go back. Highly recommended.

I gave them a call to schedule an appointment for my inspection and dropped off my car that night. They gave me a call the next morning and said I needed new brakes, but everything else looked good. I already knew about the brakes, so I am confident they were honest.Both the mechanic that called me and the owner who I picked my car up from were very professional and pleasant. The price was fair. I have no complaints.

They pulled the classic bait and switch on my daughter and me today. I had found a car through Carguru yesterday that was a good deal and sent a contact submission to them. They said the car was available. Today, I emailed to say I would be there around 1, got no reply, showed up, and was told that the car I was interested in was not there anymore, there was a problem with the title, heres a car we have available... the car they showed us was a beat up piece of junk which we did drive around the block simply because we were already there. I will not be returning to this establishment.

Got my PA annual inspection. Took about 45 min and everything was straight forward. Came in, got car inspected, paid, and got out. Really simple and good staff. Definitely taking my wifes car here next time I need a mechanic.

He is a LIAR!!! HE PUT FAKE INSPECTION STICKERS ON SAYING THE CAR WAS IN GOOD SHAPE. TOOK IT BACK, HE CHANGED 1 MOTOR MOUNT AND GAVE ME ROTORS. THEN......HAD TO REPLACE THE AXLE, 5 MOUNTS TOTAL, 4 TIRES, CARBON FILTER, AND BLOWER RESISTOR MOTOR... WHICH ALL COST ME 1300 DOLLARS. SMHDONT TRUST HIM!

I am not a person who enjoys car shopping.A used car salesperson can be misleading and tend to nudge you in the direction they want to go. I called a few local dealers on the phone for an assessment. I contacted P.G. Auto Center because it is a owner operator business and you deal directly with the principal sales representative. I spoke with Peter (the owner), and found him to be polite.,responsive. and trustful. i asked that he .select a good car in the lot for me . i planned to meet w/ him the very next morning. I showed up to check out a 2012 Chysler in excellent condition inside and out . i complimented him on his exceptional selection. We quickly reached an agreement for the total cost and Peter completed all necessary paperwork so that i was able to drive away happily with a great purchase at a fair price.i would like to commend peter for his efforts to assist in purchasinga good used car .he was a big help,i could not have made the decision without his expert services .i am very pleased with my experience at P. Caveat Emptor (Buyer Beware). I am a fool. I admit it. Bought a VW Jetta from them 4 weeks ago. While test driving we didnt notice stickers on the panel HIDING the warning lights already on. 2 new lights came on yesterday. We took it to the mechanic to fix. The list of problems is too much to recover. I paid 800 for the fan belt, oil change, filters. Beside being sick to my stomach, the fact that this company can stay in business and even sleep at night is disgusting. Dont be a fool like I was. Poor excuse of a business.

It SUCKED!!!!! They rip you off. Have purchased 2 cars from them in the last 2 months and have them back for repair to the tune of $1300..AND STILL NOT RUNINNING PROPERLY...They shrug their shoulders and give another quote for a ridiculous amount of money. My poor daughter who was saving for a car for years just purchased for $3,400 in November....We are now up to $4,500 (with the repairs) and the car is still not drivable. She is a new driver of 2 months....AND they knew that when they sold the car.....Not safe....DONT TURST THEM!!!!!!

Five star service!

They were supposed to be open til 2:00. Hung out from just before 1:00 until after 1, but no one was around. No sign at the door or anything. You might want to call and confirm that theyll be there before stopping by.

Unresponsive to phone calls and texts. Had to drive 1.5 hours to get the answers for myself and the car was ready to rust away from the bottom. Dealership tried passing this off as surface rust when the whole frame was coming apart in flakes. Wouldnt trust any vehicles from here.
