Honest and affordable automotive repair and body shop with good customer service. Ive had many bad experiences with unscrupulous mechanics and dealerships and it’s a relief to have found a capable and honest shop in the neighborhood. They take time to explain what’s wrong and provide affordable options.They have recently expanded their shop and they now do auto body work. And that was timely since I needed some body work last week and they did an excellent job fixing the ding and painting with clear coat.

I had my 2016 Honda Odyssey fixed by Paaji and Jitesh at JN Automotive. The van was making a humming noise from the front. They detected the issue properly and replaced the front axle bearing. A week ago, I took my van to JL Freed Honda dealership and they quoted my twice more than what I paid here to get my Honda Odyssey fixed.Both gentlemen are professional, courteous and responsive. It was a great customer service experience overall. I’m pleased with their car repair service.Thank you Paaji and Jitesh for a job well done!

Great honest mechanics here. I love these guys.

Basically this shop is just some untrained guys that know nothing about respecting other people’s cars. I witnessed a very poorly dressed man smoke a cigarette in my car during an inspection. The inspection that I paid $61.76 for was not completed correctly. They did not inspect my tires, brakes, exhaust, or wipers as the state mandates. Please avoid this shop at all costs.

Not only does jn automotive offer professional service at a great price but the range of services available is amazing. I had my bumper painted after a fender bender and I had my car back less then a week from the time I dropped it off. The technitions/ staff at jn are all professional and friendly. This is the first place Ive taken my car and not been overwhelmed with technical jargon and forced into purchasing services I dont need. Mr. Singh is an honest man and runs a great business. I strongly recommend for anyone looking to try something new!

Highly suggest “No ONE” use JN Automotive.. A couple weeks ago I decided to check out a new automotive mechanic for better convenients because they were in the neighborhood. Very unprofessional, when I arrived there, I waited there for more then 30 minutes or so for them to help me just to begin with. They took my key and said my cars service will be done in the morning, turned out not to be done for 2 days after the morning they said it would be done and was only suppose to be a quick oil change and replacing the front head light. When I finally showed back up to pick my car up after 3 days later. The gentleman pulling my car out of the shop smelled highly of marijuana and a strong smell of alcohol came off his breath!! Very upset as I went to start my car and to head home from the shop, I had empty beer bottle Capps in my cup from them. That is highly unprofessional and uneceptable for this .!

The owner is very prejudiced. I will not be coming back to this place. Id suggest no one go there, totally unprofessional. The owner and some employees smelled of marijuana and alcohol whos to say they dont drive our vehicles under the influence!

1:45 for an oil change that was told would not take long. The guy at the front counter keep telling me almost done. I watched my car sit for an hour, with no one touching. Beware
