My review is long overdue. Had my car there in February for a banging under the hood. Turned out it was just stoned but Rob used some clamps so it would happen again. He didn’t even charge me for the clamps or extra work he did! Rob is very honest and doesn’t charge the customers for unnecessary expenses.

Went in for oil change got great service. They found mouse nest removed it cleaned area checked wire. Very thorough. Rob is kind and honest. Thank you

Called many mechanics in the area, I went with Small Town Auto because they were very friendly from the start. Theyre always patient with me, and they give me the best price for my car maintenance!

My car was not starting so i called a tow truck and towed it here(good thing is that i did not have to go with my car, i just called Small town auto and they took care of that), my car got problems with A/C compressor and some more other fixes...I got a new compressor and some more other parts and all done with a great quality of work and great prices.I would definitely recommend to friends.

Were new to PA and lucky to have found a great mechanic. Rob is courteous, takes time to explain everything, and is honest with his prices. He has always let us bring our cars in at the last minute and made time to take care of us. Its a nice little shop, too - beautifully renovated waiting room with TV and coffee.

I followed Rob, the owner, from his last place of employment and unless I move out of the area I will go to him forever for my car care. My entire family goes here as do friends I have referred. Rob is diligent, honest, caring, and so detailed oriented that he puts other car care specialists to shame. He will not let you drive your car off his lot until it is repaired correctly and safely. I inadvertently called Robs shop not realizing that he recently took over the second location of my current mechanic. He was very friendly, accommodating, and professional. Most of all, he listened to the problem and once we realized my mistake he remained accommodating and was not pushy or defensive. Its difficult finding an auto repair shop that not only is good at what they do but also fair and honest. You will find that perfect compliment here at STA. Not only are Rob and Jason great at what they do, but they also care about your wallet. I have been through plenty of mechanics in the past. These guys give a damn and if you care to know, will explain exactly what is going on and what they fixed. They will suggest work instead of just doing it and then charging you. Seriously consider leaving whoever you are with right now and giving these guys your business, you wont regret it.

This is a great garage. They are very fair and will tell you exactly what you need and dont need to service your vehicle. Ive been taking my truck here for years and they really are the best in the area.

Moved to the Lansdale area recently and needed a good local mechanic. based on other reviews, i decided to try them out. i was not disappointed. service was excellent, very friendly and trustworthy. explains very clearly what the issues are (if any) and what needs to be done to fix. i would definitely recommend trying them out. pricing is very fair.

Rob & Jason are awesome! So friendly & informational. And they use an Enterprise service so you have a brand new car To drive while your car is being fixed! Never a bad experience here for 3+ years.
