I first used them for new tires, they had a great price on a full set of coopers. As the years have gone by I continued to use Mr. Tire in Lansdale and Virginia. Quick, friendly and good prices.

I was trying to get my title transferred and my aunt wanted her old license plate because it is one that represents her college and the place we were at couldnt get it off. So I went to a different place and they were closed. So we went to Mr. Tire and they were amazing. They were able to get it off and greased up the bolts so they wouldnt get stuck again and charged me nothing for it. A+

Terrible. I set up an online appointment and received a confirmation but when I arrived I was told it never came across his desk so he cannot do it at the time reserved. He was upset with me because I wanted it to be done at the time confirmed. He told me that I should have called and inferred its my fault.

I came in with my flat tire in my back seat, and these guys did an awesome job patching it. Also, my cars battery has been randomly dieing on me, but when I came in to pick up my car, I was informed the battery died while it was there, so they charged it up for awhile, completely free of charge. Since then it has been running much better. Even though I just stopped in to get my tire patched, I feel like they went above and beyond and Ill definitely be returning for any of my vehicles future tire needs!

Professional and first class service. Got a good set of tires at a good price, and the service level of the Lansdale location is exceedingly high. Friendly, explained everything and the car was in and out quickly. If you need tires in Lansdale you cant go wrong with Mr. Tire and the crew there.

Went in to get 2 tires changed along with replacement of tire pressure sensors, and the staff was all very friendly and even helped me with another issue I was having with my truck that they noticed. Overall great experience and would highly recommend.

I choose 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option but this place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone especially a female, when I initially went in there just to see the price of an oil change the guy told me it’s a 3 hour wait for an oil change with only one client waiting I said okay, I came back to get my oil change done waited 15 mins for him to tell me take my car back to where it was done before because my car was in an accident and some Bs story but in reality they just didn’t want to do it because it was 430pm and they close at 5 . I ended up taking it to Firestone and they were a lot quicker and cheaper and respectful I would never ever go back to this dump of a place with the lack of courtesy and respect and also workers .

This is our experience - we dropped off the car because front driver side tire was flat. we were told that the pressure sensor has gone bad and will cost $70 to replace..okay. After just few miles of driving the dashboard showed the sensor warning again. We took the car back and we were told that the sensor they installed was faulty and they will replace it for no charge..okay. AGAIN after some miles the dashboard warning showed up. We took the car again, and then we get a call saying some other tire sensor has gone bad and it will cost $99. Also at this time we were told initially they changed the sensor for front passenger side. the cost and tire location seem to have changed between two phone calls. we were also told that tire pressure can change from 35 to 44! because the air pressure they said initially they filled and what we found last time completely different( within a span of week when temperature has been relatively steady) Worse thing is both the times the staff member and the manager seem completely complacent about their work and basically had the attitude of take the keys and leave. I am sure they dont care about loosing their business to me and my friends but i will also be letting Mr. Tires corporate office know.

Kyle and Tony at Lansdale are phenomenal!!! I can’t praise them enough. I know there are some people who have had bad experiences in the past decade at this facility. No longer since Kyle took over. They are very respectful and extremely helpful to whatever needs your vehicle needs. The team is a whole new team compared to last year with a. New fantastic manager. I’m telling you everyone... these guys are the REAL DEAL!! Get your car taken care of there. I plan on going back for all of my needs.

Excellent service in a nice timely manner! Came in for an oil change and before I knew it I was leaving. They also topped off my windshield fluid and let me know a few more things I need to get serviced later on. They younger guy at the counter was very nice too! Highly recommend!

The reviews were definitely spot on about this place! I called Kyle up about putting upgraded tires on my 2019 Ford Ranger. It has a leveling kit and wheel spacers. He not only took me in right away but him and Mike were extremely helpful as per the alignment. I was originally going to just go somewhere else if they could not do the alignment since I was already lied to when I went to Pep Boys. But Mr Tire was honest and informed me they could not do the alignment but did call numerous places for me I believe 7 to be exact and helped me get a place to due the alignment. I had them install the 4 Goodyear trail runner tires and they got me in and out in an hour with enough time to get over to 4x4 solutions to do my specialized alignment. Thank you so much Kyle! Your efforts were greatly appreciated.

Ive come here for service and tires a few times. Always have an excellent experience. Most recently, I brought my car in on Christmas Eve to get the coolant and heater systems checked. Everyone was helpful, especially Kyle who took the time to explain how these systems work and what I should look for to see if the problem persists. They were a great help and I appreciate the level of service!

Took my car in for an oil change, got it back within the hour, everything seemed great. Two weeks later found out the bolt wasnt tight enough and ended up losing half the oil, which was collecting in the under cover of the car. Got lucky that my dad noticed, overwise the engine couldve been ruined. Would not recommend.

I had a flat tire and rolled into their shop.My situation made more sense for me to use AAA sevice to get a tow.The manager on duty was SO HELPFUL in getting me all the information needed for AAA.He even called several other tire shops to help me book an appointment.I was incredibly thankful for his knowledge and generosity with his time.It is reassuring to know that great customer service exists at this place even if you are not a customer.

Even given the poor circumstances today with what appears to be construction on the roof the two guys up front Kyle and Mike were extremely helpful. Even though they could not take me in right away they set me up with an appointment for 2. and were true to their word. They got me in and are working on getting me out. I went in knowing I needed to replace my two front tires. Price was competitive but what I really liked was the low key knowledgeable approach of the gentleman who helped me. He seemed to know his business and was not pressuring me at all. He gave me what I needed and tried his best to get me in under my budget. I was concerned by reviews of the tires I chose but he assured me that I was fine and I am very happy with them after two weeks of driving. None of the issues mentioned are a problem and I am thrilled with the performance of my new tires.

No nonsense shop with fair prices and reasonable hours. They never try to up-sell me. Location is great for me, living in town I can drop off and walk home. I recently brought in my minivan because my brakes were squealing. They took it for a test drive, looked at the brakes and didnt find anything wrong, probably just lack of lubricant from the last shop that did my brakes. They didnt even charge me for the diagnostic! Whenever I drop off a vehicle it is usually done same day.

I highly recommend this place. They were courteous and efficient, and they helped make sure my super old car was safe to take on a bit of a road trip. I’ve had experiences where shops attempt to convince younger people, especially women, to pay for parts/work that they don’t really need, and this place showed me that not everywhere will do that. These guys are great, and I’ll definitely be coming back.

Been here the past couple times I needed something done or just had a question. The service desk guys are great, very patient and knowledgeable and just all around stand up people. Believe the two techs that have worked on my vehicle I believe were Tony and I think Max? Those two are honest and have done a great job with fast and trustworthy service. Definitely would recommend to anyone in the area looking for a trustworthy and very reasonable place to take their car.

Unexpected things happened as do with car repair and not getting into the specifics, Jerry showed me the kind of business he wants to run, and I am pleased to say he has earned a loyal customer today.

Had such a wonderful experience with Kyle the other day. Not only was he able to help get me in and out in a reasonable time I also left knowing alot more than when I came in. I came in for a flat repair and he explained to me as to why it cant be repaired. Apparatnyl their is a difference between a plug and a patch. Mr tire does not do any tire plugs(due to how unsafe they can be) a nail went through my sidewall and wound up having to get a new tire. Kyle was so helpful and could not have been any nicer. 10/10 will be going back their again!

I came to Mr. Tire to compare tire prices and walked out with 4 tires and an alignment. They had me in and out, in an hour. Yes the sales person has an acquired personality but very knowledgeable. The service tech was great and quick, which is a good combo. Definitely coming back and will recommend to friends.

Had such a wonderful experience at Mr Tire today. Went in to get a tire installed. They performed a free alignment check for me, and made the suggestion I get an alignment. I have been a customer for almost 20 years. Service is always excellent. Always accommodating. Friendly professional and honest. New manager Jerry is incredibly helpful and dedicated. Stayed late to fix an unexpected problem. I overheard him tell another customer on the phone when they had to arrive late to an appointment that he would stay to make sure the car would be fixed that day.

My family and I were towed to this location after getting a flat tire on the turnpike. The tow truck driver drove us to another local location first, but the manager there refused to help us unless we bought 4 new tires ( I wish i was making this up). I was so upset at the attempted highway robbery that I asked the tow truck driver to drive us somewhere better, and I am glad I did. The service we received here was more than fair and the staff was extremely helpful. We are so appreciative to this fine establishment. Thank you!

Traveling from MD to PA and our tire went from a slow leak to a full on situation! Most places we called couldn’t help us or were closed. Jerry, from Mr Tire, was SO helpful and quick to help us! With our two year old, running crazy in the store, Jerry looked at our tires and looked up to see what he had in stock. They were out of stock, but Jerry started calling around to find us somewhere that could help us! He sent us to a place down the street (a competitor!) after he had confirmed that they had the tire we needed, explained our situation, including our rambunctious 2 yr old, and our desperate need for a quick fix. Jerry was awesome! I called early morning explained my issue and had my car repaired the same. They worked with my schedule. Extreemly knowledgeable of their products. I recommend them to everyone.

Took car in for jumping issue and paid 2700 for new converter and 3 02 sensors. Told it was fixed. Left lot and engine light came back on in less than ten mins. Was told it was a defective sensor and replaced again. On the way home car jumped more. Wad told it was probably something else. Though that is the initial reasons for taking the car in. Called corp office in New York and was told I could get the car checked elsewhere and that if the next place finds it was not the converter or sensors that they will review it and MIGHT give me some money back. NEVER AGAIN!

Jerry from the Lansdale location was very friendly and helpful when I brought my car in to get the power steering pressure line on it fixed. And I was actually able to get my car back that same day. They did a great job and my car runs great now.

Terrible place, will never go back. The worst experience Ive ever had at a tire shop.Terrible terrible service! I went here to get a front tire changed on my car and they somehow managed to break and scratch the right front side of my bumper. Then lied and said they wrote this entire report about the damage on my car before even moving or touching it. I guess it was there way of trying to cover their asses. When you come in to have a tire changed, no-one writes a full report of a car. Yes I am sueing them and I called the cops. I will never go there again.

I had a great 1st time experiance! I will be coming here again. I was looking for a place that could do a walk in oil change without an appointment. Thankful they were able to do it. I also asked them to check on a few other concerns i had. They gave me priceing upfront so I wasnt worried about any surprise fees, or hidden costs.While I waited the mechanic brought out my air filter. It was filthy and covered in mouse nesting materials. I decided to get it replaced. Unlike other auto places ive used, I didnt feel pressured to buy new parts. Staff/John answered all my questions honestly, and in detail. He was able to find me a good price and the ordered parts were delived fast!The waiting area is nice and there is coffee and a tv for entertainment while you wait. All of the staff are very friendly and i felt like i was really taken care of. Thankyou for making my visit such a pleasent one!
