These guys take customers cars for joy ride without customers authorization.This happens when you bring high end car.Really ghetto way to do business.You shouldnt go out for a drive with customers car. These young guys envy customers car.

They can not even balance a tire correctly. When i complained they told me to come back, but they couldnt do it again.so I took my car to tireETC and now i can safelty speed at 70mph on I-276

Lived here 18 yrs ago. Coming back I couldnt recall who we used prior. I had water pump go in the area so just went to Dae. Very nice young Korean men.They were very kind and have reasonable prices

Dae Auto Care is connected to Lukoil, the picture was misleading, so I’m adding a picture and telling the location, so that everybody can properly find it.Otherwise, after I dropped off my car, they called and told me what the problem was on the same day. They did not make it hard to understand like what Pep Boys did.

The owner Dae doesnt speak proper English, and really bad service... I think this shop is only for Asians... if I can I want a give them no star!!

Fair, honest and cost of repair is best Ive seen any where, and super fast! Had my doubts at first but theyve proven to be professional and knowledgeable. Came in to fix a flat and then for an electronics issue with my 12v outlet, and oil changes, they didnt fix my 12v sadly.

Great service and cares for the longevity of all their clients vehicles. The work and the consulting they provide here are for the best interest of their clients. I come here for all my vehicle service needs and this shop is over 20 minutes out of the way for me

Daes a nice guy. Quick to admit if he or his guys messed up or missed something. Pricing is fair.Avoid coming on Saturdays if at all possible unless youre waiting before he opens and willing to wait 2 hours for an oil change or inspection. Most other days, oil changes and inspections are done in an hour while you wait.

Update: I got my car fixed by another nice mechanic with only a few dollars. Installation issue on 1 wheel. Noise can be heard when moving the tires.------------They allow you to take your own parts. The bad thing just follow this though.I ordered new rotors/brakes for a scheduled change. After the long weekend on the first day commute, I found the steering wheel is vibrating a lot. When I called back, they argue that its not related to the rotors/brakes exchange work at all but I do see a lot chance that they are related.the guy argued that we didnt test drive your car. and asked why you are changing rotors/brakes at the same time if without an issue --- I told them its 91k miles and I think its time to change rotors and even the brakes has only 30k miles. blabla. I drove 100 miles everyday before this work and plan it since during PA inspection the other shop asks for a rotor change and suggest brake change as well even they are still good. They point is that nobody can prove that the car is in good balance before the work and theyre 100% sure they didnt do anything related to balance at all -- I really doubt it and I can find a lot cases when I started to looking at the issue.Ill have to take the car to some other shop for a wheel balance work. I cancelled my scheduled timing belt/water pulp work with this shop as well. Dont want to risk any more.

Terrible service.. very broken English with a Terrible attitude. Went to buy gasoling with a few rolls of dimes, already rolled. The cashier recognized me as I am there twice a week. He said we dont take them I explained it was English currency, and he told me to go somewhere else. His name was Alam. I highly suggest going anywhere else.

A guy name Dae Oh from Dae Auto Care (1054 E Main Street, Lansdale, PA 19446) bought an auto part from my ebay store and returned an old part removed from his customers car (I assume) for refund by claiming that the item is not working. I reached out to the guy by saying that it is not what we have sent out. The guy with imperfect English kept on yelling at me that it is from us. The guy ended up stealing our money by opening a dispute through ebay and left a horrible feedback.When you see a guy doing such sneaky thing, you know what quality of service/job you can expect.
