Absolutely wonderful experience! Of course there is never a great place for a car to break down, but I am grateful mine did only a few miles from Bob Adams Auto! They came highly recommended and were so generous to take me in even though I arrived unexpectedly via tow truck. They treated me as a valued customer and made me feel calm and confident in what was otherwise a stressful situation. They squeezed me in within a few days for my inspection when everywhere else was a few weeks out. They got it done quickly and kept me updated. Their price is the lowest I’ve ever paid for my inspection and emission. I would definitely recommend and come back!

My 2005 Xterra suddenly started behaving badly. It would run rough for less than a minute and then work fine. Then it started running rough for a longer period of time, became difficult to start, the engine would stall (and then restart a few minutes later and run fine), and finally the check engine light (as well as several others [like VDC, 4WD and Slip]) came on and stayed on. There were no appointments for two weeks but then was able to find a fit me in a week earlier. As a precaution, I had the vehicle towed in.That afternoon, I was called with the analysis and cost. I replied proceed. As no follow up call came by their 5:30 closing time, I figured the car would probably be ready the next day. I was, therefore, quite surprised to get a call at 5:45 that the repair was done! The TV news, however, was indicating that a severe thunderstorm would hit Lansdale a little after 6, so I said Id pick it up the following morning.The diagnosis was a bad crankshaft position indicator. Since the replacement, the vehicle has been trouble-free.Ive been a customer of Bob Adams for about ten years. They always do a fantastic job, have the vehicle ready on or before the promised time, and keep me appraised of when periodic and preventative maintenance is due.

The guys did another great job on my Subaru. Found & fixed a rattling heat shield that was driving (pun) me crazy. Tested everything for my 90k service fixed what needed fixing for a fair price. Attentive to my requests and good at communicating status of the work. Theyre using a cool new inspection summary report delivered by text to my phone. Happy w BAA yet again.

As usual, Bob Adams comes through! We had a trip planned when issues developed in my Outback. I had no appointment, and they had personnel on vacation. Nonetheless, they completed repairs in a timely manner, and we were able to depart on time in a well-tuned vehicle. I wish all businesses had their level of customer service!I liked the service so much, I bought them a dozen donuts - that says it all.

It is a pure pleasure to give the staff at Bob Adams a glowing review for their service and attention to detail. I also know that when my wife goes there for a problem with her car that she will be treated with courtesy and respect.

I highly recommend!! I had a screw in my tire and they plugged it and serviced the tire for $25 and I was there for less than an hour! Super friendly staff too, Ill be sure to come here for any future issues!!

I’ve never met a more honest group. They will not charge you for things you don’t need, and give an honest opinion on whether something they find can or can not wait to be fixed. My husband used to have to do all the car “stuff” for me as females are generally put in a bad spot (sad, but true) when it comes to vehicle repairs, but I feel confident taking care of all things myself with the help of the Bob Adams crew! Ive taken my vehicles to Bob Adams auto for over 15 years. They do a good, honest job at a fair price. You wont get that at the dealership!

Was satisfied with the service as usual. The folks at Bob Adams addressed the issue and fixed it promptly. However, I was miffed when I experienced a problem with my vehicle the next day. I called Bob Adams and informed them of what went wrong. Disappointed that the company didnt offer a credit toward my next repair, or even a refund of some sort. Just told me that I should get it fixed somewhere closer to my location at the time because of the issues severity. Guess I expected more out of a company that I thought values its customer service.

I had to leave work to get my car repaired as it was leaking antifreeze everywhere I was 50 miles from home so I was pretty much stranded cause I would have never made it without overheating Tim did the best he could do help me out even though I waited a couple hours for the part he finished very quickly once he had what was needed and the price was very reasonable I actually asked him about future work that I had been planning due me being very happy with there service and there professionalism and also caring about the situation I was in I would recommend anyone to Bob adams if you need work done and need someone to trust go here thanks again Tim

Their communication is excellent and I would highly recommend their services. They seem to have a lot of experience and I believe they would treat anyones property as if it were their own.

These guys actually look out for you. I have had repairs where the job ended up coming in under the price quoted and they charged me the lower amount. On another occasion, they knew that a Midas was equipped to do a muffler job at a cheaper rate, and suggested that to me to save money.
