Absolutely the worse service ever! I would give them zero stars if I could! I had an accident yesterday (8/5/21) and it took these clowns 4 hours to tow me. At one time, Triple A actually cancelled my ticket because the tow truck couldnt find you on the interstate. As a premier member I expect a little more. Ive been a Triple A member since 2013, previously with Mid-Atlantic Triple A before I moved to Lansdale, they are a stark contrast to these clowns.

The girls that answer the phone are unprofessional and dont know how to answer basic questions. Kept saying I upgraded from a classic membership which is nowhere near true then hung up on me. Dont waste your time with this AAA you can probably find better service at another one near by.

Great company. They are sending me the driving plan, rest stops and places of interest in each state. Cant wait to drive across the 7 mile bridge to Key West

Been a AAA member for 20 years and I know one thing... if i need them they are there ... never had a problem!!!!

I was locked out of my car in East Norriton, at Anas Corner Store. Iphoned AAA and Bobs Auto Clinic was there in 5 minutes. Jay had my door open before i got off the phone with AAA.Jay was very pleasant and responsive. Thank you AAA !

The woman who completed our title transfer was incredibly rude. She berated me because my license still displayed my old address and huffed and sighed and treated me like I was a child wasting her time. After her weird mood swing she updated my address for me anyway, so I dont understand what her issue was when she was clearly capable of solving it herself. The whole experience left me with a dreadful taste in my mouth and I will go to literally any other AAA in the state to avoid coming to this one again.

Honestly, I lack the words to express how horrible the service here is. You ask politely about something and all you get is a long pause and “....whaaat”. I mean, seriously? The woman who was working today and answered the phone about an IDP when stuck halfway across the world and treated me like I was stupid- learn some manners and how to talk to another human being.

Horrible experience for being member for 32 years(Used the service only 3 times in all these years.) . Today my car needed battery jump as i left the lights on, I called Road side assistance and they decided to send me someone from 45 miles away in rush hour instead of sending from close by . i checked on the phone and i saw there were at least 5 AAA towing services. I am going to cancel my membership, they dont deserve my business. i had to give them 1 star as my review will not go thru.

Zero is what this location deserves, worst service I’ve ever received, they were to lazy to do a license plate for my husband and I. We walked in at noon and were greeted with “it takes to long to do that, we don’t have time” ...there was no one else in the office ... it was empty ....

Singularly unimpressed...spoke with 3 different travel agents during past 2 weeks, who were unable to answer obvious questions regarding planned trip. Trip ticket and travel insurance paperwork not ready after 3 days...not too good in my opinion.

ONLY PLACE TO GET THINGS DONE IN PA EVERY THING IS OUTSOURCED NO LOCAL DMV PA IS STRANGE OTHER STATES LOOK AT YOU LIKE YOUR NUTS WHEN YOU TELL THEM ABOUT OUR

The receptionist is rude and unhelpful. She couldnt provide much in the way of service, and preferred spending time shuffling papers and ignoring me and the other customer in the lobby. She also said she had no idea how long it would take for me to see someone, adding that if i didnt care about how long id have to wait that i could just wait until someone is available...which i found off-putting. Anyways, Im not sure Ill ever use any other aaa service except towing based on this poor service.
