Usually this Sheetz is fine, but tonight I made a mobile order to pay for at the store, and when I got there I paid and waited for my order to be either put on the mobile order stand or called out and neither happened. After a while I went to the register to make sure everything went through and was told they were very sorry but the store was busy.I waited ten more minutes before going to the pickup counter and asking someone there about my order and theyd just had it there the whole time. I absolutely understand how overwhelming food service work can be on a busy night. But I was waiting more than thirty minutes for food that was already done, even after going and asking about it. Im giving staff the benefit of the doubt that they were overwhelmed but I was just so incredibly frustrated that this happened.

Stopped for food this morning. Usually its really good and tastes fresh...... But everything in the bag tasted like it was sitting on the pick up shelf for a real long time even though I picked the bag up as soon as they placed it there. Not sure if Ill get food from this store again.

Specific to this Sheetz, there are times I come in and the store is destroyed but then I look behind the counter and around the store and I see chaos. People ordering food, people complaining about something to an associate, associates rushing to fill orders, a single associate being called every which way to help where its needed. This is a busy store but the cleanliness is important. TODAY! There was a great kid named Taylon going around and cleaning the areas. Machine washed the floors, wiped coffee bar, cleaned dining tables and took care of these needs. My food always comes out quickly Id say but usually there is always 1-2 errors. Some I choose to correct and others I let go, but consistency is key. Today the shredded cheese was left off my bfast platter, but I didnt mind because the nacho cheese was there. The staff is generally friendly but I can tell when theyre unhappy to be at work. A work in progress always.

Stopped in to get late food. Borrito turned into a grease pouch. No cheese on my wifes Borrito pouch. The store was discussing the bathroom was dirty and trash everywhere. The staff seemed mad that they had people order after 2am. Dont go here if you want good service. Because you will be let down. Sheetz you once cared about how your food was made and looked what happened?

I come here a lot. The past few days Ive been shocked at how dirty the store is. Inside and out. The refrigerators have been quite empty or the bottles are too far back to reach. The slushy counter is dirty and the floors are horrible. The outside of the store is a hot mess too. Someone needs to empty the trash cans which are overfilled and trash is flying around everywhere. Not even the turkey hill in the ghetto looks this bad.

I am very upset with the situation that I saw happen at sheets at 9:30 this morning. The Female manager was extremely rude and loud and embarrassed me and several others in front of the customers. I would like to speak to somebody about this because it was an Encounter I will not forget.

This sheetz is always on point. Unfortunately I live near the one on Columbia Ave and have to drive all the way here because the one by my house is by for the worst Sheetz I have ever been to.

Order was Made Twice and both wrong. Big misunderstanding and manager refused to refund me. Will never buy from them again. If I can give 0 stars I would!!!

This Sheetz has always had slow service but tonight I was wrongfully denied a purchase of a single can of beer. I was with a person who bought a 12 pack with their card and I was not allowed to buy a single can on my own because I was “associated” with the person buying the 12 pack.

A newer Sheetz conveniently located near Park City mall. This Sheetz provides a variety of Flex Fuels as well as gasoline. Very spacious parking lot, which makes it easy to navigate. Brightly lit and well signed, and very new and clean pumps.

Always have a good experience at Sheetz. Even if a problem accures, they quickly resolved it

Sheetz as a whole needs to up their food order performance. Compared to Wawa, theyre S.L.O.W. Ordered a hoagie for 5:50. The guys didnt even start making it until 6:03. When I lived in York -- same deal. 20 minutes for food or longer. Unacceptable in my opinion. I like their food; they just need to improve, stop messing around, or maybe hire more people?

I am a in nursing and I got off work to get a strawberry lemonade but o had to wait 45?mins for a drink so I went to get a refund but the guy totally did not know what he was doing! Nobody there knew what they was doing! It was f@cling ridiculous!! FOUND HAIR IN MY DRINKS!! DO NO NOT GO THERE!!! I give no stars it’s absolutely terrible!!!!!!!!!

I got a sub there and I dont even want to eat it. The bread is so soggy I cant even pick up the sub to eat it. Last time I go the sheetz for a sub. Should have gone out of my way to get something better.

Over 15 minutes still waiting for my food (cheesesteak n mac). This place is very impolite and no care for customer service especially the employee named Kenn. Not only did he just give me a plastic knife instead of a fork or spoon he also smash my food into bag breaking open the mac n cheese. This guy should not be working in a field where he has to be interacting with the general public.

My Aunt and I were discriminated against, they refused to let my Aunt but alcohol even though she had her ID and she goes to sheetz everyday. I will not be returning.

I’ve never really had an issue until lately. The guy at the register, Scott, has poor customer service skills. I would understand (a little) if it were busy whenever I go, but it isn’t. Today he told me there was a limit on the amount of cartons of cigarettes I could buy at once, which hasn’t been an issue in the past. My mother and I frequently come to this specific store to buy cigarettes. Last time I came, I bought 6 and today, the limit was only 5. Fine. But the way he responds is passive aggressive and I do not appreciate it. At the end of my transaction he also “forgot” to give me my receipt. When I went back into the store, he immediately knew it was for the receipt and printed it out for me. I will be buying from another Sheetz from now on.

Sheetz is a good destination as a convenience store, however, their prices can be a little pricey. They do not have the best price on gas in the area but they are very convenient friendly and the food there is unique and interesting. Ive heard lots of people say that their food choices there are their favorites.

As with most Sheetz, you get a great price on gas... and good tasting food at ridiculously low prices. That is not to say that the food is healthy, but in a pinch it tastes good and is fast. I particularly like all the freebies they send when you sign up for a Sheetz card.

Took there time making my food then let it sit and walked away by the time I got my food it was cold. Never coming here again

The customer service needs some work. A lot of work, at least for the girl who was standing at the register not ringing anyone up or acknowledging anyone for that matter. Im smart enough that I noticed after awhile that she was wearing gloves and was probably looking something up on the register for the prepared foods area. But it was unacceptable that I asked if she was open, and she didnt respond, didnt look up, and didnt acknowledge me. I then walked up to the register, and still, no acknowledgement of any kind. If you dont want to deal with customers go work in a warehouse. All it wouldve took was for her to even acknowledge me for me to not write this bad review. I hope management has a talk with her and tells her how to interact with people. Im not a picky person, I literally dont care if the employees look bored or like theyre having a bad day. But considering the line and the fact that the prepared foods section also already had two people over there, someone shouldve been helping the cashier out.

A small turkey sub for $2.12?? & it is absolutely delicious! All their food is excellent! The fries are the best in town! Quick & polite service! This place RULES!

They should clean the floor in front of where you pick up your made to order food.

I find that they only tend to fill up my MTO drinks only 75%, if I order a hot coffee, latte, etc. They also constantly forget to add the requested whipped cream to hot drinks. So, I always have to check under the lid before I leave. Otherwise, the self-service sections are fine. The self-service coffee options are usually always available and milk and cream is usually full enough.

Food is ok for a quick bite not always hot though. Gas prices are decent. Good coffee

I stop for a quick bite on they way to work each night. Consistently good food, but they have screwed it up a couple times (biscuit instead of muffin one time) so double check. Quick service.

I was here in the early morning, I had ordered 3 snack wraps, I received my order and left. Went to eat and ended up having a completely different order, and no the bag was labeled as 3 wraps. This is not the first time either, it happened to my husband as well.

New store, very clean. A lot of fuel pumps and a good car wash (one of the cheapest Ive seen). Mens room is a little on the small side (not cool rubbing elbows if you know what I mean). Perhaps I caught staff on a bad day but everyone I met was clearly unhappy, not rude, but certainly not friendly. I greeted two employees and neither said anything in return. I will definitely stop here in the future and continue to be nice to everyone. Maybe someone will return a hearty good morning or good evening.

A good place to fuel up. Quick in and out for fuel or food. Appreciate the three cents per gallon discount card.

Parking lot is left to be desired. That is the only downfall of this sheetz! Service was great! Friendly staff that answered question on the spot without any hesitation and uncertainty. Wonderful!

Great fast service

The last 2 times I came to this store to get food. It took around 30 minutes to get food. One time I placed an order through the app with an asap time. Got there and still had to wait 30 minutes. There is no motivation to work faster. Yes it can get crowded sometimes, but theres no get up and go with staff making the food. They have one speed and they dont seem to care about going faster. Both times I went were around 9pm.

Went out to a movie and since the tickets were a 2 hour wait we went to sheetz for smoothie and ice cream and chai... an ok place to sit and pass the time. Abou the only place open on Christmas day.

Well the online MTO is great if the employees pay attention. I stood at the counter 10 minutes after my scheduled pick up time. Then noticed a lonely bag just hangin out. I wonder how long it would have taken if I wasnt bold and walked up and asked if that was my lunch.

Pretty good place, great access from the major highways, and is reasonably priced. The staff is friendly and they always open more registers if there is a line of 3 or more. Food is good, but their hoagie bread isnt very good. Both Sub-way and Wawa outclass them in bread.

Good gas prices. Food all tastes the same. Air pump is frequently out of service.

Every morning we stop before work we use to order mto but that took to long even with ordering and paying online. So we switched to just coffee and all the coffee is always blinking! Id go to a different one but on my way in theres only 2 sheetz this on and my joy which is closed at the moment.

It’s a sheetz... what do you want me to say? They have MTO? That’s a given. They also have gas, bet you didn’t know that!If you need air in your tires.. it’s free! However, there is ALWAYS a line! How do so many people know it’s free?? Start going somewhere else and pay the 4 quarters for air so it’s not taken when I pull in 😉Beside that... munchies.... get munchies made to order and take home after a night of drinking.Or on your way to work. Not as good as after buzzed up but you still need food. If only they sold beer to wash it down with I would stop daily. Until then.... I’ll see you next time I get gas.UNLESS gas buddy tells me again that turkey hill is the same price or lower plus my 3 cents off, I’ll go there. Luv Sheetz but miss the six or tell fountain sodas get one free but it is what it is. They make you buy a million things to get a soda, or a snack size bag of chips. I think sometimes I would rather spend the dollar to get them rather than what seems like a lot of bs pts like for a bag of snack size chips for 350pts

Typical sheetz with a lot of selection and made to order foods. Relatively clean and the bathrooms are relatively clean. Gas prices are typical. Not low and not high but where everyone elses prices are.

They have great cappuccino, Take out orders, and I use points there for shopping at Weis markets.

I only get gas here, but my daughter gets lattes here and says theu are wonderful.

That’s it I have had enough with this location. Every time I order ahead I wait and wait. My food is always cold and I know it’s been sitting. I am done.

It was a quick stop but I was greeted by many busy employees. CHRISTINA Street helped me get my food order out of the trash when I accidentally threw it away before I paid for it.

Ordered 2 hot dogs on pretzel rolls with cheese and I thought the rolls would have been soft pretzels... closer to crunchy and the hot dog was about room temperature, technically not a hot dog. More like a stale pretzel roll with a room temperature dog with unmelted cheese protecting the hot dog from the angry pretzel roll. Thats more accurate. The highlight of the visit was I happened to see my brother there and we talked for the 25 minutes that it took to cook my room temperature dog. That alone gave this review an extra star. I am normally a 5 star only reviewer, but alas the lofty expectations I had for a wondrous, delicious meat byproduct wrapped in wholesome pretzel goodness were not met. I am not saying that you should not attempt to aquire the nirvana brought on by a minit market culinary delight but that perhaps you should set your expectations a little lower and then you wont be disappointed. I will undoubtedly return to this Sheetz and again tempt the hot dog gods to see if they can elicit a 5 star review.In all honesty- I shouldnt complain. I bought a hot dog from a gas station.... 🤔

We always go to sheetz late when we dont feel like making dinner and nothung else it open but the cashier on evening shift, Dakota is always pleasent and takes good care of us. Even brings our online orders to us since we usually order our food from the sheetz app.
