It’s a nice Starbucks, in a great location.Seating inside wasn’t the nicest because it was very dark inside. Other than that we had a great time and got our free refills :)

Closed at 9:45. Made me go through the drive thru when I had just got out of the drive thru because I realized I had 15 min. Btw. I was picking up for Uber eats. 👎😕

Normally Im very impressed with starbucks. I go all the time and my coffees are always excellent. I went to this Starbucks on Lancaster boulevard yesterday. Ordered me and my friend each a coffee. Sucked. I couldnt even taste the coffee in my cold brew drink. My friend also got a cold brew drink and I tasted hers and it tasted like just milkwater. Didnt get a receipt from them so we can go back and get new coffees made. Im never going to that Starbucks again. Theres others in the antelope valley that are perfect

I have never had any complaints about Starbucks but I have to admit that the starbuck on Lancaster Blvd has to revisit some of their work stations.A couple of times my drinks have tasted so horrible that I end up tossing it and I tell myself not to go back to that location but I continue to give them a second and third chance, the customer service through the drive-through needs major improvement ...I dont understand why the girl calls everyone a senorita...very unprofessional.

Love this location! They RARELY run out of pastry products and their drinks always are made consistently good.The only draw back is the drive thru line. The city needs to come up with a plan for better traffic flow during peak times.

Another day at the shelter. Terrible B.O., people camping out with all their bags, no cushioned seats available for paying customers (I wanted to come in and study, and drink my Venti Green Tea), but the Ice water customers are camping out, all day, so....The Staff is exceptional, they give great service and I am sorry that they have to deal with with this issue..There is a guest code of conduct, the Staff just has to be empowered (given authority) to uphold those standards in this, a licensed place for Food and Beverage.

I went through the Drive thru and it was quick even though there were a ton of people there. Fast service.

Was in and out even though there was a line. Very nice staff!

This location is wonderful. The staff is warm and always has my order correct. It stays busy, but they move you right along. My bakery items are always stocked as well, even in the afternoon.

The closest Srarbucks to where I live and I drive by it several times a day yet, this was the first time I have been to this location since they first opened up.... And they did not disappoint.Their deive-thru gets busy in the morning so I pre-ordered using the app, My latte was ready when I arrived and it was made exactly as ordered.

When I ordered a regular cup of coffee, it wasnt quite ready since the machine wasnt working right, or because not many customers order a regular coffee. But, the employees went over and beyond to make it right. They upgraded the size for free and gave me a card for $4 off the next order.

Store is block from my apartment and nice walk, they were giving a free coffee if you buy one, everyone that works there is friendly and fast

Well to start the water is great, the food on the other hand, seems too processed to me but tastes good nonetheless, awesome customer service though! The banana I had though was too ripe and was squishy, the BBQ chips also tasted too processed as well. After all that Id still recommend it though!

The Starbucks location on Valley Central Way is amazing. Alexis, the manager is very polite and goes the extra step to help. A huge plus for customer service and satisfaction.

They let homeless stay warm and charge phones. They dont judge and the homeless treat them the same. So if u cant appreciate that than u are the reason hate is going on. An you should learn from this. Thanks for being a stepping stone in right direction.

Matthew, the tall one who wears the beanie, is the best. Excellent service provided by him every time we go and he’s working drive-thru. Lauren, on the other hand, is unprofessional. She lied about not having lids for the frappes that come with whipped cream. She’s lazy and rude.

The staff is very welcoming and more than happy to give me and my friends some waters to drink for when were walking or its hot outside.

Starbucks coffee has rolled over to the sustainable side of selling coffee. I was pleased to know that their efforts to be sustainable have to do with selling USDA Certified coffee.

Your average Starbucks. Delivers the drinks you asked for, has free WiFi inside, and people who are just trying to get out of the cold. The seating is nice, and the atmosphere is warm. Theres even an outdoor seating area if you dont want to stay inside.The drinks however are no different than almost any other Starbucks Ive been to in the past - which is good because you know exactly what youre going to get.

Theres a new Starbucks on Lancaster Boulevard. Very spacious and clean and a nice area to sit outside too. Its about time we put one there Im sure it gets a lot of business from all the local owners and those that walk up and down the boulevard.

The line is usually pretty short in the morning, and for a starbucks believe me that is awesome. The staff is very friendly. This one time i ordered a protein coffee almond frappe, and i did not care for it. The guy was nice enough to exchange it for the chocolate one. Thumbs up for GREAT service.

This morning I went through the drive threw and ordered before I realized I had forgotten my wallet. I cancelled my order right when I realized after ordering I didn’t have it, but to my surprise when I pulled forward to apologize they said it was on the house they had already made it. Went in this morning for breakfast with the hubby, what a utter mistake. Waited and waited at the counter for our order to be taken, the barista couldn’t be bothered to even toss us a “be right there” or anything. I finally resorted to ordering on the app while still standing at the register. Lol not a single person acknowledged our presence until the barista called our name to pick up our mobile order. The piece de resistance was once our order was ready there were no available seats due the numerous homeless encamped at every table. Dirty bags heaped and stashed on chairs and benches everywhere. Save your time and health go to the Starbucks on Ave K or in the Target... I assume all the high ratings are from vagabonds who have nothing better to do than piss (sometimes literally from the smell) away their days sitting in this location or possibly from drive thru patrons as they’re the only customers the baristas care about

Lancaster Blvd Starbucks. I was addressed by a young man who wanted me to buy him lunch! I told him Im buying my own lunch. I told the counter folks who said he tried to get free drinks from them! He also did it to another CUSTOMER..They didnt tell to leave! They are so PC and fearful of black customers they just let this young man harass others.
