I have enjoyed donut world for as long as I’ve lived in Lancaster.. they catered our wedding with 300 donuts and everyone loved them! Amazing donuts and amazing staff !

Very good place for that night snack. Only thing I feel is that the filling be more consistent. First time I ate their the filling was full and delicious, second time was barely any filling in the donut.

My relatives live near this place and bought some for our visit with them...oh my goodness!!! What a treat! I dont usually write reviews or rave about donuts because I am a bit picky when it comes to baked goods. However, these were wonderful and HUGE! They were so good that we just had to stop by Donut World on our way out of town to take some home. The employee working there was great at describing each donut and helping us make our decision on which donuts would make the perfect combo box for us. She was passionate about the donuts, and it showed. Such a fun experience...and I am glad that I live too far away to be tempted by these on a regular basis!

Wonderful, there are those who have to try to discredit what others enjoy. You know i decadent thing, pleasure, if you will that you dont need but do so enjoy like Donut World donuts. I have been eating low carb for three years. When a cheat day rolls around nothing is more perfect that to make a visit to Donut World. This time I had a Bismark with chocolate icing. Wonderful.

The line was horrible to bear, but was well worth the rate! The apple fritters here are absolutely worth the time and money. After parking across town the fritter was still warm and the first bite got me to want to go back and get more.

Dakota was amazing. He was the least judgey person dealing with hangry moms wanting donuts at 1230am. Energetic and super friendly. Would come back at the same time solely for his stellar service.

I am so happy I found this place. The staff are friendly and the donuts are great. They have a drive through with a full list of all their donuts laid out, making it super easy to see what is available. Worth a stop even if it is out of your way.

There is a new girl working the window who struggles a little, but shes learning!! The lemon donuts...to die for!!!! The second trip they were sold out and suggested raspberry in place of the lemon. It was good, but not a replacement for the lemon!! If you like lemon...HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Was in Lancaster for a football game and had to try out Donut World. The glazed donut are delicious. Didn’t have any expectations but was blown away by how good they were. Very affordable, you definitely get your money’s worth. Also they are open 24 hours.

Young man didn’t hand me back my visa, not thinking I drove off. With two Infants in my Vehicle. Close to a hour and a half from home. When I need gas, was when I realized my visa was gone. Cost me more in gas to return to store to get my visa. Then young man slammed window on me, for trying to tell him what a inconvenience it was to drive over a half hour back to the store. Then donuts turned out to be Stale, to add Insult to injury. I don’t recommend at all.

I love Donut World! Id give 5 stars if I was only giving my opinion on how good their donuts are, mostly when they are fresh, but the customer service I received on this particular day was the worst Ive experienced in a long time. Hence, why I couldnt give this establishment 5 stars like I wanted to. The young lady who took my 12 count donut order didnt write down the ones I asked for. I thought, she must be THAT good! Or, is this TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE?! I want a GREAT memory like that! Well, it was indeed too good to be true. Right before I left, I remembered theyd give me a free fancy donut for buying a dozen. So, I spoke up and told her which one I wanted. She said it was strange Id been given a free fancy donut for about 5 years now when buying 12. She said their policy is to only give out a regular donut for free to make a bakers dozen. I wish she had asked another employee or better yet, management about this, considering Ive gotten a free fancy for that many years and if all those employees were in the wrong to give those to me, Id prefer to know the facts on the matter so I can be smarter when ordering in the future. There were cars waiting in line behind me and I didnt want to hold them up, so I got my free regular donut without any complaint. Once I got home, I opened the box to see the donuts I asked for were nowhere to be found. It was like if I asked for a glazed donut, she had given me a jelly donut instead and so on! I didnt think I needed to check the box before driving home because in the 5 years Ive been going there, my order has NEVER been wrong. Even the free donut I asked for INDIVIDUALLY at the VERY end, was yet again, the WRONG donut. How does that happen? Carelessness? Hearing loss? Distraction? Im really unsure. I can only hope she didnt get other customers orders wrong too, because its never fun to look for the particular donut youve been thinking about and craving for the past week or so only to find out its not in the box...even when you asked for 4 of that same donut. I hate to say it, but I was very disappointed that morning.(Sorry for the long review!)

Comparing to Fort Findlay Donuts, not bad. I really enjoyed the light, fluffy creme filling in the maple creme stick, but when comparing the Boston Creme filled, Fort Findlays tops it. This one was kind of bland. My husband loved the jelly filled...super stuffed with jelly! Not a bad stop on the way home.

Friendly staff and yummy donuts what else could you ask for. Prices are good too!

Im not a huge donut fan, but this place is converting me. The donuts are great. The lemon filled were amazing. Weve loved everything weve tried, except the vanilla cream filled (which is a bit too sweet for my taste). Such a great place!

A quick stop for a cinnamon roll and a coffee. Lobby is.closed but they let me.walk up to the window because cinnamon rolls and coffee and motorcycles dont mix well...! Thank you! Both items were yummy 😋 and tasted great. Ill come back sometime.

Dont let the cracker box size building on the corner and not easy to navigate into stop you from going. If you had to park 3 blocks away and walk to the place in the rain it is worth going.If they made it then you dont have to worry if you will be satisfied. Simply excellent donuts and pastries.

We are night shift paramedics coming from Columbus. When we saw a 24hr local donut shop, we knew we needed to make a stop. Im so glad we did! Donuts were wonderful, staff was very friendly, and prices were very low! The pumpkin spice donut was delicious! Perfectly fluffy inside and lots of spices and flavor. Ill be craving it for weeks to come. We will definitely be making a stop here every time were in town!

Because of the current situation I, like everyone else had to use the drive-thru so I was unable to see the variety they offered. The help was very friendly and the wait in the drive-thru went quickly.I had their iced devils food donut, an apple fritter, and a large coffee. They put the cream and sugar in the coffee for me, that is a huge plus in my book.Lets start with the negatives. The coffee was good but kind of weak. Now to be fair I like my coffee strong so for many people it might not be a detractor but for me it was just barely enjoyable.The devils food cake donut was very good. The texture was spot on and while overall the donut was a little bit sweet the bitterness of the chocolate did balance it quite nicely.The revelation was the apple fritter. This was excellent! It was crispy on the outside and the inside was soft and deliciously chewy.Although the apple could have been pumped up a little bit more overall this was really a very, very good fritter.Im going back.

Donut World has been around for many, many years for good reason, they are simply the best donuts in Fairfield County. The variety is amazing and the quality is consistently delicious. The employees are friendly and helpful. Occasionally they will run out of certain types of donuts, but dont hesitate to try something new, as Ive never been disappointed. For me, the highlights are the apple fritters, pumpkin cake (seasonal), orange cream, and powdered cream. I highly recommed making a trip to try them for yourself.

Yikes! This is usually a good place for donuts. Not so much today.They were out of nearly everything. When we kept asking what they had, the girl with the green, blue and purple hair said they had too many to list off, but they apparently had nothing left.We got the feeling that we weren’t wanted there.
