All of our desserts were delicious! The lady behind the counter was very nice as well and got our treats ready fast.

Take Ownership of your Actions and their Outcome is one of my companys Essentials. Means when you make a mistake just make it right. Another of ours is Do What is Fair and Right, Always pretty self explanatory. Our Boss ordered cookies for Employee appreciation day and you guys didnt provide the correct number of cookie, wouldnt make it right because it was Door Dash, and then the cookies were bland and stale. Our Boss ties hard to show the love with her team and uses many local businesses to accomplish that. Sadly her and all of our Team wont be speaking highly of this place or Door Dash anytime soon.Had the woman on the phone apologized instead of accuse and misdirected/lie and offered to make her next purchase correct, she would have been thrilled. As we live by the Essentials our Company sets forth.Shame on you!!!
