Stopped in for some coffee with coworkers. While we were waiting, I was admiring the tea pots and other merchandise they have for sale. The shop has a pleasant atmosphere and customer service has always been on point every time Ive stopped in. Their menu is quite extensive with lots of great food and drinks to offer.
A coworker suggested Prince Street Cafe as a great lunch spot and Im so happy she did. They have easy online ordering for pick up and my order was ready super fast. My caprese sandwich was delicious and their multi grain bread is great. But my new addiction is going to be the Green Smoothie. It is so delicious that I might just need to order 2 next time!
Food and coffee are good. Service is below industry standard. Don’t expect to be greeted with a smile or feel welcome here.
Outstanding way to start your day off! Breakfast here was incredible. What sounded like a good breakfast sandwich was absolutely INCREDIBLE!!!! Coffee was outstanding as well. I’ll be back!
Great food and coffee! The staff are very friendly. The place has a great atmosphere
Picked up a delicious breakfast sandwich from Prince Street yesterday. The online ordering system was easy to use and it was ready on the counter when I arrived. I mistakenly thought that they forgot the oatmilk in my cold brew but they kindly offered to add a little more after I expressed my confusion. The bacon egg sandwich was delicious and the cold brew was smooth. I recommend the cinnamon spice syrup addition.
This was my wife’s and my first trip visiting Lancaster!Day one: southwest chicken burrito and autumn turkey croissant. The side salad with the pickled onions and vinaigrette truly set it apart from the average side salad! Every bite in each of our items was balanced with flavor!Day two: (everything was so good we went back!) Two home fry bowls and two cinnamon spice lattes. These bowls were served with a generous portion for a hearty meal. The chipotle ranch contain the perfect level of a mild kick that balanced with the sunny side eggs.Would highly recommend!
We decided to get something to eat before we went to the Fulton across the street. We got to the cafe at 1:25 and ordered easy to go things - avacado toast and green pepper soup. At 1:40 I had to ask if our order was going to be ready soon. The play started at 2:00.The food was ready by 1:43. We grabbed an outside table and had to gobble down our food. Not very pleasant at all. Would not recommend if you are on a fixed schedule....a
Have always loved Prince Street, but hadnt been there in years, since going vegan. I was so excited to see all the vegan options, I texted my mom and sister and set up a breakfast date asap! It was so good and we will be back regularly!
Food is pretty expensive for the portion you get, overall flavor is good. Coffee is only good if you like it super burnt
I had every intention of splitting the pumpkin-white chocolate chip scone with my friend, but for some reason there were only crumbs left after I ate my half... Strange.
Beautiful space... Great food
Amazing food. Friendly staff. One of my favorite places to go. Everything is just so fresh and it is a very hip place. Great place to get some work done as well. :)
Shhh, don’t tell anyone that this might be the best coffee shop in Lancaster! Great coffee, free refills if you stay, oat milk option, tasty bagel with peanut butter. Nice high-end dishes, music not too loud, friendly staff, comfortable work space, clean bathroom. Thank you Prince Street Café!
Great location and atmosphere!Ive had better cappuccino.
Very good coffee spot. I ordered the Nutella cookie sandwich, which was too ambitious for my stomach, but it was delicious. Dont eat it unless you plan to walk it off directly afterward. 10/10 though!
The food has always been delicious the three times Ive been there. I like the cafe vibe here! They have limited inside seating area so a big group isnt ideal to take here. But they offer take-out. Its clean 👍🏻
Great place to drink any kind of drink, hot or cold. Now, they have their own coffee brand. I tasted and it was delicious!.Also, they have the super speed internet which allow you to get forward with some work and contacts your friends and relatives.
Great place to have breakfast. Their simple menu packs a punch to the taste buds.
Cute little place. I had a strawberry poppyseed salad and an orange smoothie. Both were so good!
This is an excellent coffee shop. Perfect for hanging out with your friends or for studying your homework. The breakfast sandwiches are fresh and hot and full of flavor. Lots of nice coffee options with nice big cups. The decor is a nice industrial rustic style that gives a warm cozy feeling. The staff is friendly and ready to serve.
Just wow. The skillet was honestly the best breakfast skillet Ive ever had! I was blown away!
Ive been coming since they first opened in 05 I think 🤔 great service and great food best breakfast burrito ever!!!
A nice spot for an informal lunch. I have to admit, I work in the area and dont go out to lunch as often as Id like, so when a friend invited me to lunch here, I jumped at the chance. The selection of food and beverages is good. I enjoyed a salad with assorted fresh berries and my friend had thr quesadilla. My salad was delicious and the quesadilla looked good as well. I will have to try it next time. Indoor and outdoor seating is available. The Cafe has a comfortable, casual vibe. It was full but not noisy. You do need to bus your own table when done but thats not a big deal for me. Ill definitely add this to one of my local favorites.
Great place to grab a cup of coffee and have a meeting. Love the bottomless cup.
Excellent pecan pie brownie and Cali Turkey Sandwich.
Good options. Friendly service. Great location in the downtown.
A great place to meet with friends and get work done!
Nice ambiance. Coffee is ho-hum; baked goods also ho-hum. No patisserie. Didnt see a barista. Not what I expect of a Cafe.
Excellent atmosphere for breakfast! The food was just the right price for the quality that is served. Definitely recommended!
Prince Street coffee is great! Sad with no dine in option currently as there is so much room, but great place. Trendy and modern feel. Baristas are super nice and my drink was delicious. I ordered a cookies n cream smoothie and added a shot of espresso, which is not on the menu, but was delicious. It should be and I highly recommend. Also, 99% of their products are compostable.
First time there...lunch was awesome! I had the chicken burrito...I am a huge Chipotle fan but would pass it up to eat here.. if your in the neighborhood give it a try. We will definitely go back
Great food with an extensive menu. Really nice atmosphere too. A must visit if youre in Lancaster.
Solid and popular choice for coffee, lunch, cant go wrong.
Great place to relax. Delicious food, awesome drinks and great service
Ive always enjoyed this place. Its convenient to several theatres and things to do. The coffee is excellent and food is good. Try the baked oatmeal. You wont be disappointed. It can be a bit busy for the space, but the atmosphere is warm and makes for the quintessential the Lancaster City experience.
I’ve been a fan since they opened 15 years ago. This was the spot for smoothies in middle school, and as I’ve moved back I love to camp out with my laptop and get work done or meet up with friends over delicious food. A must in downtown Lanc
Nice place. Good prices
I’ve been having great experiences at Prince Street Cafe for almost ten years now. It was one of the very first places I visited in Lancaster, and after many years as a customer, I had the privilege of working at the establishment for over two years from 2017-2019. I’m so thankful for this cafe that has now become such a staple to the Lancaster community!
Excellent coffee shop for breakfast
Locals and visitors alike love this place and you will know why! Its a good
Best cup of Coffee! It is on the European level of perfection. I day dream of their vanilla cappuccino and hope to find another to top it. But everyone seems to come up short. Till we meet again old friend.
Great place to relax and enjoy a coffee or breakfast sandwich. I had a cappuccino and a croissant breakfast sandwich which was delicious. The sandwich took a while to get out to me but they were pretty busy on this particular day.
There breakfast incredible.!!
The staff is great, food and coffee are delicious!!
Busy but the wait wasnt long at all. Grabbed a smoothie and a breakfast croissant, delicious as always!
Was not a good dining experience for me and my mother. Extremely crowded very very noisy. The food was okay. I got the grilled cheese with apple and fig jelly. I tasted no apple there was very little cheese on the sandwich. My mother got the chicken quesadilla, not very much chicken on the quesadilla. The food was okay. I really cant recommend this restaurant. Dessert was a good though I had the apricot pistachio strudel my mother had a lemon poppy seed muffin both were delicious the highlight of the meal.
A bit limited in selection, but whatever you order will be delicious.Friendly staff.
The service and coffee/Tea was excellent. The place itself is spacious and nice, but its sad to see it empty nowadays
Wonderful service.
Very cool place. The coffee is really good and that atmosphere is chill. Cashier was very nice and welcoming. We will be back for sure.
The cheese grits were absolutely wonderful.
Went there with a friend yesterday who was waiting at a table outside while I went in and waited 30+ minutes on our order. While I was inside, a couple of other customers came up to my friend and said “are you even using those chairs, we need them” and my friend told them she needed them and that I was inside. Well, the other customers called the manager who then went outside and was really condescending and nasty to my friend. She said “heyyyy so we need these chairs, maybe you should go to a bar instead” and then she gave our seats to the other customers while I’m still waiting on our order. Very unimpressive, if I could give 0 stars then I would.
No parking for online order pick up. Drove around for 25 minutes AND they left out one of the food items I paid for. It was a small order. Not rocket science.
Great coffee and pastries, so delicious! ❤️
Relaxing friendly atmosphere
Order online. Product was out of stock. Manager drove to commissary to get product. Gave me triple my order for same price for my time and inconvenience. Amazing customer service. Highly recommend.
Best coffee in Lancaster! The staff are all courteous and helpful and the ambiance inside the cafe is top notch. Theyve added outdoor seating too.
I ordered the Berry Patch smoothie and thought it was subpar for the $6 price. You couldn’t really taste the berries used in the smoothie - Instead, the apple juice used to blend with the smoothie was too overpowering. I also believe using too much juice and not enough ice played a factor as why the smoothie was too liquidy. Overall, I believe improvements need to be made to the recipe for the Berry Patch smoothie.
I love the place
Love hanging out here! They currently have Passenger Cold Brew in bottle form which is so awesome!! This is a great place to hang out and chill or catch up with someone! The art on the walls is from local artists and is available for purchase. That also means it is always changing and is awesome! You should definitely stop here!
Great southwest burritos and nice staff
Good food. Wish theyd open the indoor dining like other places. When they do, five-star!
I love everything about this place and I make a point to stop by when in town. Their coffee, the baked oatmeal with yogurt is my favorite. Service was slow this last time - almost 25 minutes for a almond milk latte, but not the norm.
Good was so delicious.place was so clean.
Best parfait and cinnamon buns
Great little place
The service and food at this restaurant is amazing!! I love the oatmeal and the extra espresso latte.
Rude staff. Waited 45min for a small coffee and they said the long wait was due to how long it takes to make espresso. Obviously the staff is not trained to make simple orders.
Great cafe!
First time Ive been there in maybe 2 years or so. Great atmosphere, and I would say a nice place to bring work into. Good food, good (Passenger) coffee, good service. This is a sitdown place. Expect a bit of a wait for your food. It is worth it.
We strolled in on Sunday (yes its open on Sundays) and I got their African Peanut soup and it was so good we ordered more haha. We also got the couscous salad and it was just tasted crisp refreshing light healthy just everything youd want in a salad. The cafes here in Lancaster set a steep bar for restaurants to compete.
Really awful bagels tho
