Im 80 years old and this is the worst (dealership?) i have ever experienced.Lazy owner (muchado about nothing). Helper couldnt even install license plate. Vehicle low fuel light was on and well below the low peg. Tires wereout of balance and the brakes were spongy and weak. Drove 89 miles tosee this truck and I guarantee the next person to look @ the truck will havethe same experience. The only positive thing about the trip was a great lunch @ Provisions Bakery and Deli.

Only giving one star because I cant give zero. I came in to look at a van I was very interested in and the man working was absurdly rude. He acted like he did not want to sell it to us and just overall had such a rude demeanor. He did not once stand up or even make eye contact with me and when I asked if there was any flexibility on the price he immediately got an attitude and said I have had lots of calls about this van so if you can find another one then go. The van also had paint covering up rust on the body, when I brought this up to him he just shrugged it off and acted like it was insignificant. He also did not once put a mask on the whole time we were in his office. It was overall a horrible experience, you would think a salesman would actually care about customer service and actually selling the vehicle. If you are looking for a car salesman with even basic manners, do not go here.

My husband noticed a truck for sale from Ricks while it was getting detailed. We went to Ricks and asked/talked about it. We let them know that we were very interested in it and the salesman said that he would call my husband when it got onto their lot so we could test drive it. Well the truck is on their lot and we received no call and they closed early today.They apparently do not want to make a deal or sale anything.Very disappointed with this place.

I agree with what all the other reviews mentioned, cliff and brett are nothing but a bunch of rude inconsiderate losers, the owner rick is just as bad, i experience the same treatment as the other potential buyers, will personally go out of my way to spread the word around social network to never buy from this fake company

I stopped in they had a really clea Ford Focus they were easy to deal with. I made em a fair cash offer and I was driving it home 30 min later no haggling. They were all super friendly and helpful

Just had the experience of dealing with R&R Wholesale Auto in Lancaster, OH. Purchased a vehicle sight unseen. Cody was very helpful in describing the vehicle and indicating everything in regards to the vehicles condition. First, let me say that buying any vehicle without test driving it or even being able to sit in it or check it out is a very scary situation. However, they were the only one with the vehicle I wanted and in my price range since I was paying cash. Well, I received the vehicle today with a lot of anxiety and just a little uncertainty. I cannot be HAPPIER!! The vehicle arrive with the shipping company I contracted with in better condition I could have hoped for... I want to personally thank Cody for his patience and professionalism in dealing with me during this transaction. I now have the truck of my dreams... Cannot thank you enough Cody!!! I will definitely do business with this company again... Cannot speak for any other experiences from other people but mine was TOP NOTCH service!!

Staff was polite, but unwilling to negotiate. Even after I pointed out that the tires on the truck were passenger tires on a 3/4 ton truck, they offered to get me a good price on replacements. For a $10,000 truck, I should be able to safely use it with the tires on it. The truck was in pretty good shape, but the dealer was completely unwilling to fix issues with it or move on price. Go over the trucks with a fine tooth comb, or you could find yourself in a very dangerous situation.

I had a very good experience at this dealership. I have visited several small car lots over the past month, I did not feel like this some rinky dink, take advantage of the customer type business. Very friendly, no sales pressure, just a very comfortable business transaction. Nice people.

Nice truck and good price but we went to go pick it up after hours (with much notice) and they had blocked the truck in with another truck and a pole. We drove an hour for this.

SCAM!!!!!!! I inquired about a car and was being promised to get approved, especially with a co-signer who has excellent credit.. the guy stopped replying to me after he supposedly sent our info out to be approved. He won’t message me back when I ask if he’s heard anything from the bank yet. I’m assuming he sold the car out from under me even though he said he wasn’t going to bc he knew how much we wanted it. They’re not very helpful either and are liars. Almost every car we looked at had a dead battery or transmission issues that they supposedly were clueless about (imagine that). Don’t waste your time.

1st off. I went and bought a $8000 card from these guys for a work car. Is that of buy and a little $1000 car you now. Well I drive it to work one day to Columbus and on the way home it takes a ship on me transmission goes out . Cant complain too much because they did not have to do anything I did buy used. But he did order me a rebuilt transmission came to $3500 I to throw in the $1000 so very thankful for that nice places but it told me to get a get screwed. But it took me about 2 months to get it back I get it back put about 4:00 miles on it and same thing happened. Now Im fighting with the warranty company because I dont feel I should have to pay for labor again. But other Annette thank you for the help like I said they didnt have to do anything but they did.

I bought a truck from here two years ago with 80k miles. They never replaced the broken mirror like they said they would. Since that time I have had to replace the battery the day after I bought it. Replace the radiator with in two months. Replace the front control arms and axl seals. By the second oil change I needed rear axl. Now I need a new power steering pump. When I brought some of these issues up in the beginning they offered to sell me a warranty and told me just not to call them for a month. Buyer beware.

Really disappointed with my purchase I bought a 2008 Honda Ridgeline on 08/20/2016. It isnt even 90 days since the purchase and the heater core went out on it the 2nd day I used the heater. I understand the vehicle is older but I would not expect to have to put major repair money into a vehicle I just purchased. It seems that they do not do any inspections of vehicles when they purchase them. I would not recommend purchasing a truck from them.

DO NOT GO HERE TOTAL SCAM! After finding a vehicle that met all of our needs at this dealership my husband and I contacted them and scheduled an appointment ahead of time to view the vehicle. After receiving time a dates per the dealer we agreed upon an appointment. The morning of the appointment I contacted the dealer and informed them I was heading their way since it was a bit out of our way, they replied looking forward to meeting us. We arrived to find the shop closed during normal business hours after scheduling our appointment with a flimsy note. We immediately contacted them to only then find out that we were speaking with some off site schedulers who was clearly unprofessionally unorganized. On top of all the unprofessionalism and many opportunities they had to reschedule prior to us wasting our day we were they second customers to arrive with and appointment to a closed dealer under FALSE pretenses!! Both us and the other customers had a specific vehicle we were coming to see (each if us a different vehicle) and neither one was there! Complete bait and switch the scheduler had no explanation for scheduling the appointments and welcoming us before our trip even though they were closed or the fact the vehicles were not there. They also pushed hard to get us to get preapproval through their website prior to coming I can only imagine if we had done that wed be out much more than just a day of our time and our confidence in the decency of people.

Not pushy to make sale found a problem with car and they fixed it to make sale would but a car there again did get title fast as well within 2 weeks

Drove down twice (6hr total) to look at truck. Had check engine light on. They fixed problem and we made a deal(wold have gone down that day but they didnt get truck back until 4pm). They sent bill of sale to bank. Had check and notified my insurance. Wife took day off to drive down and pick up truck. They texted me and said they sold truck to someone else. I was livid. Terrible customer relations.

Unprofessional and deceptive dealership. After making an appointment to view a specific vehicle, they text and emailed to confirm the vehicle was still available and their office was open. We drove over an hour to arrive only to find their office was closed for an OSU game and the vehicle was already sold. Response back was unbelievable... don’t trust these guys.
