Typical ripoff store!! I’ve been a costumer for a while now. Spent a lot of money over the past years. I had to return something that was still in the packaging, less than a week old, and they wouldn’t give me back my money. When asked if it’s possible to maybe get a refund since I am a constant costumer, they said “that’s how we do it”Buh bye!! I will be going to your competitorsfrom now!!It’s not the first complaint I hear on your money hijacking scheme you run there. I’ve always toldmyself, na... they’re nice people. Not the greatest service

The store forgot to ship my GFs item, which sat at their counter for a week. She ordered express shipping. When she called to have them resend her the item, they refused to waive shipping nor would they ship it express.
