Admittedly, I have never been to the store in person. I did however recently place an online order for some baby clothes and was very happy with the experience. The items were a great price. Their selection was fantastic and allowed me to get several great finds. The shipping was fast and the box was well packed. The items were in perfect condition even including being nicely folded and wrapped with paper. I felt the quality of customer service in the way the order was handled. If I lived a little closer I would absolutely shop here in person based on this experience!

Me and my friend were visiting baby boutiques! This was one of our stops for the day. When we walked in the floor was dirty and dingy. We LOVE the brands and we knew we were their to spend money. You have to hit up a ton of baby boutiques to see the different styles each store has. We went to Babycakes Childrens Boutique, Pinwheel Kids and we frequent Baby Sweet Peas in our local nearby town.The lady asked us if we needed anything in particular and we said no. I had my 19 month old with me. She likes to mimic mommy and she was taking stuff off the shelves and setting them on the floor. I was right behind her picking them back up. The lady said there was a play area. I kept trying to keep my daughter over in the play area while I shopped around. She was interested in the toys on the shelves that were in boxes. I was trying my best to shop with my 19 month old. The lady said to me maam you need to keep a better eye on your child. She followed us around the store. We did not feel welcomed in an upscale establishment.I walked back up to the counter and told the lady we would not be purchasing from this store. She said she could not sell stuff dirty that my child was touching. She said I need to have more respect. I left. I had to go back to the store to get my daughters basket. The woman ripped my basket from me to empty out the toys my 19 month old was allowed to play with. My daughter had put an item in her basket and the woman said oh look store product. Then touched my daughters things in her basket (wipes and diapers) with her dirty hands and said I dont even know what this is. I grabbed my basket and left.This is a childrens store. They sell clothes and toys for newborns to 9 year olds. Do not bring your children to this store because this woman is mean! She will stalk you and not let your kids touch the toys or clothes.

Paisley Monkey has the best selection of high end strollers, car seats, high chairs, toys, bathing and feeding essentials. Great customer service and a lot of patience with indecisive customers :) Thanks, Paisley Monkey! We will check-in again in a couple of months!

My wife and I were not impressed with the Paisley Monkey. As soon as we entered the store with our three year-old son, the salespeople - two old crotchety ladies - gave us dirty looks, as if we shouldnt have brought a child into a childrens store.Our son pulled a book of the bookshelf and the sales lady quickly came over, took it out of his hand, and said, These books are put up for a reason. He then moved on to the toys, and the woman stepped in front of him before he could even look at any of them. She said, We have a play area over there if he wants to play with toys. She then pointed to the corner of the store where a tiny table was set up with blocks.The Paisley Monkey is basically a childrens toy store the size of my living room where children are not permitted to look at or touch toys. Since I wouldnt buy a toy my child hasnt looked at or played with, we bought nothing. Well stick with Once Upon a Time in Rocky River, where the sales people greet my son at the door and help him pick out the perfect toy.The Paisley Monkey was a disappointment. Dont waste your time.

This store is great- I always find the most unique gifts, toys, clothes and books for kids here. Since adding a play area for kids, this is a great stop to take our whole family!
