Went a few days ago for a last minute gift and arrived just 5 min before closing and Daron let us look around and still helped us out!! The atmosphere here is great the people that work here are very friendly they have merchandise from Game of thrones, harry potter, a lot of different shows you will find what you are looking for here I loved the quality of the product and merchandise.

You can find some very nice and unique gifts here. Their prices are reasonable. And when you order an item it arrives in a very reasonable time frame. I love the fact that you can personalize items by adding names and dates 💕👍I love this store!! I always go there when Im looking for something unique and special.

Brought my own cup to be engraved. The girl messed it up and couldn’t even apologize for it. Said they could fix if I brought back a new cup. Not a problem but an apology for the inconvenience would have been nice. Especially coming from a supervisor

I purchased an item online but selected in store pick up. I received an email informing me the item was ready to be picked up at the Lakewood location. Well I live in Austin, Texas so that presented a huge problem. I contacted the staff who went above and beyond to get the item to me. The representative I spoke to was VERY FRIENDLY AND HER PROFESSIONALISM WAS BEYOND REPROACH.
