DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS STORE!!! Ordered for a family members birthday on a Monday to be delivered on Thursday. My card was charged and the order was never delivered. No phone call. No email. No contact whatsoever. When I talked to someone at the store they explained that there was no driver that day. Why wouldnt you contact the customer and tell them that it wasnt going to be delivered? Why did i bother ordering in advance if you werent gonna deliver the product. They offered zero apology or explanation and never tried to make it right. Order was finally delivered 2 days later. Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. Dont waste your time with these clowns. They have zero concern for their customers.
If you wonder why your order was late or not arriving its because they rewuire us delivery drivers to write down all our pers8nal info in plain view of other customers to steal. For being rarely tipped on these orders just know i will no longer accept deleveries from this location. Rude staff. I will also never order as a co sumer for. This location.
I’m very upset. I paid additional cost for same day delivery and it never showed up. The person I ordered it for had a surgical procedure and was home from 3 pm on and I got an email at 6 pm that a delivery was attempted and will try again with a phone call. It was my number and no call. Nothing. Poor service even if you pay extra for it!
As a former employee (by personal preference) as of today, Id like to make all customers aware of what they risks are of purchasing from this location, I cannot speak for other locations owned also by the same owner. Whatever is financially best for the company is what matters most to this company. Out of a team of 7, six of us have all put in our two weeks notice and been told we dont need to return to work to finish our notice. Because of this, I chose to quit. As I cannot disclose much, I ask all customers PLEASE check your fruit before eating it. A general fact about fruit is if it has alot of condensation on it, that creates mold between the layer of chocolate and the fruit. Self explanatory. Two of the best (now former) managers who used to work there ensured protocol was followed, arrangments were prepared correctly, appealing to the eye and tied tightly as to not fall out/everywhere. Please examine your arrangments and boxes carefully now more than ever. Management has shown little to no consideration to these managers who have worked here over a decade and referred the entire staff that has chosen to leave due to being treated unfairly, lack of communication and consideration. This also includes not being paid the same amount as what a paystub sent by the owner, had shown which is against Colorado state law and not being sent a revised paystub to reflect the lesser amount. If you choose to work here, please know your rights and be aware.
Got sick after eating chocolate covered strawberries. Now it make sense after reading another comment. I’ve used this location plenty of times before years ago and never had an issue. Also your hours on the door and phone are incorrect. I personally wouldn’t eat any fruit unless it’s fresh.

Absolutely horrible experience! My aunt ordered an arrangement for her sister on Valentines Day. We were having a tea party and looking forward to surprising her. The order didnt come when said it would and than they called and said it would be 3 hours late. No biggy but than it never showed. After calling they said it would show late at night and about an hour later the business called and cancelled on my aunt. The man on the phone was kind but management was horrible. Never heard of a business cancelling an order on a customer and not offering anything to suffice for the mistakes.
I really cannot say enough nice things about this store. The fruit was beautiful and delicious and the service was amazing. I had ordered online and they went above and beyond to call me and confirm details and to help me make my dads birthday gift perfect. Thank you!
My husband called asked a bunch of questions on what kind of chocolate they used as we only eat milk chocolate. Asked about quality of chocolate and so fourth. He gets me chocolate covered strawberries for Anniversary ever year. We have been together 20 years. Last 3 I have been ICU. So he wanted everything to be how we liked it and perfect. He explained this to the woman he spoke to. She assured him they had milk chocolate. TWICE! So he worked 16 hours yesterday before heading to pick them up. They brought them out he opened them up they were beautiful. He did not realize they were not milk chocolate or question it because he was assured TWICE that they were before ordering and paying prior to picking them up. He came home with a big smile and was excited. For us to enjoy them with our kids only to realize they are semi sweet and they dont even carry milk chocolate. So I called they refused to do anything. I have almost 3 dozen strawberries in my fridge that will go to waste. All because they said we should have asked when he looked at them. Again he was told twice before ordering them! So the mistake was blamed on him. Very poor customer service!
Gail took my call after searching their website for the right gift. Gail was so amazing, sort of like my Edible arrangement counselor--She listened to my back story on why I was sending a gift and helped me to have a pleasurable experience. Great way to say thank you to an office staff with these delicious gifts...whats even better, Im in Texas and had a delivery managed with same day service in Golden Colorado!
