If I could give 0 stars, I would. This is the second time I have placed an online order with Zales and a month later, the item is still in transit. I contacted customer service to check on it and was told it was already at the store and they just forgot to send an email. I drove an hour total to pick it up just to be told that it is not there at the store after being shipped on the 7th of Feburary. They have no idea where it is. I had a similar situation back in December and the customer service at the store was nothing but attitude. Dont waste your time on Zales. Worthless company.

Store does not open on time.Phone rings countless times and they do not answer.This location LACKS customer service, I really wish my mom didn’t get her rings from this place.They don’t deserve any business. Don’t waste your time here.

These people have absolutely no concern for sentimental value. My mom bought me a ring from the Disney collection here to celebrate my graduating with highest honors, a 4.0 GPA and recieving an award for the years most outstanding graduate in my global program of over 35,000 students. Brought the ring in for repair and 2 weeks later, one of the stones was discolored. This was a simple fix on a prong bend, no stone should have been touched. The manager tried to argue that the stones were as they should be until I found the same ring in the display and proved him wrong. Suddenly, my stone lost its color from being cleaned. Sent it back and whatever treatment was done made 5 stones darker and kept the wrong one light. My ring is the star ring from the Tinkerbell collection. Today, I was forced to do a replacement/exchange so I no longer get to have the original ring I was gifted for my accomplishments. And, I have to wait another week or so to get it back on a job that should have only been 2 weeks. I wish my mom never purchased the warranty plan so I could have taken it elsewhere and still had my original piece. Now I get to wear something from the showroom floor instead of something my parents hand delivered. Thank you Zales for allowing me to endure this and be forced to wear your generic, lackluster replica. Ill remember how unimportant my achievements are every time I look at it. Cant wait to receive the exchange and forfeit my warranty with you when I take it somewhere else next time.

This location is actually very decent considering its in a mall and if you are walking around and have no idea what you are looking for exactly it is a good place to stop by and take a look and the staff was extremely helpful and gave me some idea and information of what I was really looking for. Located centrally in the mall so if you need to go somewhere else nice spot to be at.

Ordered a gift for my girlfriends birthday online thinking that it would only arrive 2 or even 3 days at most past her birthday. I went on the chat the have on the website and they told me it would take another 7-10 days to even process the order not including the shipping days but they still took my money so now I have to explain to my girlfriend her gift won’t be here for another 2 weeks thanks Zales won’t ever buy anything from this place again

The woman was rude and made assumptions that my boyfriend and I couldn’t afford the engagement ring I wanted. Obviously we can afford it, why else would we ask? We were going to different locations to get estimates and compare, and she was talking about how much she knows everything about diamonds but couldn’t even get an estimate!And she was chewing gum the whole time, unprofessional. Made condescending remarks like, “oh I mean if you can afford it, go for it. The one you want is gonna be pricey” like duh, we know that. Definitely never coming back to this location. My boyfriend and I were pretty upset. This woman’s name was Parisa. A bit of a ghetto location, so not surprised the staff was just as unpleasant.

Bought an engagement right on Black Friday, waited 3 weeks to get it just for them to give me the wrong size ring TWICE!!! The sad thing is the manager couldn’t even give me an apology. Would never and will never recommend this place to anyone!!!!

1. You will be here for over an hour for sure. If you are ok with this, please continue reading.2. Service will always find something wrong with your jewelry to be able to charge you more money.3. Person in charge should train the staff in working faster and speaking way less.4. Tasks appointed to staff should not take 30 minutes each. Staff is poorly trained.5. Is more important to make an inventory than to attend customers, hence the reason why you have to wait for over 25 minutes to be helped.

Very disappointed in this location. Called to get store hours, person hangs up. Called back no answer. Finally they pick up and put me on hold for 15 min just to get store hours? Wife called while I was on hold and got through and got the hours. We show up the woman helping us was snacking while working? She was impolite and unprofessional, I cant believe this zales location. To top it off they only had one customer that left right away! Beware!

Employees there love to ignore you and dont know what sizes their rings come in. I purchased a ring from zales in a size 5 and the employee there argued with me telling me they dont sale rings in a size 5 and then tried talking to my boyfriend to see where he bought the ring. Dumb employee I BOUGHT THE RING!!! Not him! After showing her the receipt she got quiet and didnt say anything.
