Belinda was AMAZING! I told her what I was looking for and she found the perfect ring! She immediately took me over to the designer that matched my preferences, and this particular designer they had in the store had a selection that was absolutely beautiful and very unique compared to some of the other store selections. She helped me and my fiancé through the process, gave her professional and personal opinion on how to go about things and the whole purchase was easy and stress free. Highly highly recommend!

Dont shop here unless you want to be judged. We were shopping for engagement rings and also looking for different amenities. The staff judged us on how we looked and dismissed us and told us Jared Jewery would be better for us. Two female and one male staff.

Store was clean just comments the staff where making where rude i was interested in buying something but was just looking around and said so to them. They made a comment that looking around was free and i had one a small amount of time to look around very rude .

While I wasnt overly impressed with the selection variety, I did enjoy the friendly staff. Even more than the staff, I enjoyed the low prices. Bought a stunning amethyst necklace at a very affordable price.

The best jewelry store, hands down. We bought a engagement ring, and our wedding bands here. Prices where perfect, selection was the best I have seen around, and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We will be using this zales for all our jewelry needs. Awesome they treat u royal

My wife and I have been returning customers to zales for years. Recently theay closed the location in the flatirons mall and we were forced to go to this location. What a mistake!! We went in to have a minor repair done to my wifes wedding ring. We paid a significant amount for their all encompassing warranty when the ring was originally purchased and have never been charged a dime for services on the ring. Upon arriving in this store we were imediatly greeted with poor customer service and then were told that we were going to havr to pay for ths service. After explaining that qw have had this same service done multiple times before and at multiple other zales locations over the years we were treated to more poor attitude from both women in the store until we told them we were taking oir business elsewhere.

TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!This store is such a rip off!! Trust me do not buy ANYTHING from this store. Poor Customer service as well...
