My experience was wonderful and more! I went in with my mom who has dementia and was looking to spoil her for her 70th birthday. My father passed away last year and he would always buy her jewelry. I have never shopped at Jareds but after this, I will! Sharon was amazing! She took her time helping us. We found the perfect watch and necklace. A month later, i received the sweetest mail from Sharon. I had shared with her that I lost both my dad and sister last year and now my moms caregiver. She sent me a poem with a personal note.This alone will make me return. Thank you for the best experience and kindness.

Ive been to this location numerous times and its always been a wonderful experience. Sharon is so personable and sweet. She resized my engagement ring in one day so that I wouldnt have to go without it. Other locations told me it would take 2 weeks. She also let me look at my diamond under the telescope and explained the characteristics to me. Scott is also great and very polite. He was patient with my indecisiveness in choosing a wedding band and didnt try to pressure me into the most expensive item. They both treated me well and cared about my satisfaction. Highly recommend this location!

While the staff is knowledgeable and lovely, I have had a really bad customer experience in the store. I came in to get a ring resized, and had to put my name on a waiting list while the staff helped other customers. I had to wait 45 minutes until someone could talk with me - and then the transaction took another 30 minutes, just to drop off a ring. When I came to pick up the ring - same thing. I had to get on a waiting list and wait another 20 minutes before someone could help me. Ive had the ring for three weeks - and its sized too small. Even though I would assume Jared would correct their work for free, I am going to another jeweler because it is an incredibly frustrating and time consuming experience to work with them. I have tried calling them five times now to see if I could get an appointment and have yet to have anyone answer the phone. The phones do not go to an answering machine - they just ring out, so I have not been able to leave a message. I just dont have time to lounge about for that long in a store. Not sure what the problem is, but I will use my free time to find someone else who can help out.

I worked with Danielle K. at the Colorado Mills location to create a custom ring from two rings I no longer wanted. I cant say enough good things about the experience. Throughout the process, Danielle listened to what I wanted and made sure that the ring was perfect. In the end, I have a ring that is exactly what I wanted. Everyone involved did a great job. I went into the Jared store at Denver West on 05/13/21 with a unique, somewhat strange need. After several long attempts at home to remove a diamond stud earring which the screw-on post had become stripped, I was hoping that Jared would provide advice on how to remove the earring. Even the tutorials online had proved futile. Katie was extremely nice and helpful; she asked the jeweler, Ashley, to provide aid....which he did and within 20 seconds, he had removed the earring. And to top it off, he replaced the stem; the cost was only $45! Thank you Jared.....especially Katie and Ashley! I really appreciate you both!

Yesterday, April 9th, 202, I had such a pleasant time at this Jareds. I returned a broken gold chain I had purchased at Christmas time and received a replacement without question. I was treated as a special guest. I shopped around with Danielle and was shown just the right selections for me. I made a purchase and am scheduled to meet her gain soon to make another purchase. I couldnt be happier.

The first time we went here, Sharon was our customer Service person and she was amazing! I hate to complain in general, but especially after our first visit was so good. Today when we went in though we were both very disappointed. Im not sure what the girls name today was, but Sharon took my info so I wouldnt have to do the whole process again, but the girl sized my ring finger to I guess double check, checked the ring under the lens, had her manager check it and enter the price codes again. Sharon had told us it would be a little under $300 to resize and fix. We made sure to save that money for two weeks only to be told it would now be $479 before tax. I understand things change with jewelry, but in two weeks I havent damaged it anymore and the price of Gold hasnt gone up that much. Just cant help, but feel incredibly disappointed.Update- We were able to get my ring resized and fixed at a small shop for $120 and it came out just about perfect. Sharon was amazing, so Im disappointed we couldnt work it out with her, but it worked out for the best.

Came to Jareds to get my wedding rings and anniversary band checked. They both needed some repairs. They will only allow three people in the store at a time and even though I didnt have an appointment, they found time to take me in. It feels like you have the entire jewelry store to yourself. Sharon was my rep and went into detail on what was needed as well as the cost. I was kept up-to-date on the repairs and even though the repairs were extensive, it only took a couple of days. Amazing experience.

Just took my rings to get cleaned and sized. Make sure to call and make an appointment before you go to the store. Also its not a same day cleaning you have to leave the jewelry and it takes a week or so to get back. I love the amazing service I get at this Jareds. We also had amazing service with picking out my fiances ring today.

Me and my soon-to-be fiancé went engagement ring shopping on Tuesday. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were offered beverages as we were shopping and I was trying on rings. My boyfriend is going back on Sunday to pick one of the three rings I decided on (I want there to be some surprise lol), and discuss payments/financing options. They made a very exciting moment so very special for me! I wish I could remember the woman’s name who helped us, she was incredible! She listened to what I wanted and was good about pulling the rings that matched my style and telling us about upcoming deals!

Tried to order a ring online for Valentines Day. They canceled my order. I called and placed the same order over the phone and was assured everything was done correctly. I even asked if they could deliver to POBoxes. They said yes. The second order was also canceled. They said they cannot deliver to POBoxes and that my billing address was incorrect. My billing address was not incorrect. The closest store to me is 100 miles away. Guess they just lost a customer. There are better quality jewelers out there anyway.

I’ve been in twice to this location in regards to exchanging my wedding set for a new one. Both Shelby and Cheri are amazing!! They are attentive to my needs and are extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. There is NO pressure to buy anything!!! I’ve spent a total of 5 hours in this store and everyone that works there is super sweet. I love this store! I will be making all my future purchases here. Went here against my better judgement and should have listened to my instincts. Do yourself a favor and find a small, local jeweler. What you may pay for in a small increase in up front cost, you will gain a thousand times back in better customer service, experienced staff and artisan jewelers. You may find a less costly piece at Jared, but if you need any adjustments or repairs, they will totally overcharge you. Ill spare you the details of my saga, but rest assured, you will be significantly better off elsewhere!

Sharon is awesome, when we first started coming in she took the time to explain everything about each item. Me being in construction and unfamiliar with any of this made it a bit more challenging for her but she continually educates my wife and i every time we visit and does it with a smile. Any time we visit she greets us by name and makes us so comfortable and relaxed that its actually enjoyable to come in. Went in this afternoon in hopes of getting replacement posts for my diamond earrings. Was greeted by Sharon Viola who gave me the best customer service ever. She asked if I had ESP coverage and told me if I didn’t I would have to pay for the entire earring screwback and post. I wasn’t sure if I had coverage, and instead of turning me away, she actually looked up my customer info to verify. After some time(she had to go back over 10 years), she got me updated in the system, earrings sent in for work (they were covered), and my cross pendant and box chain (which she looked up too) sent in as well. I was grateful that everything was covered and even more grateful that Sharon was so helpful and friendly. Will always come back to her and this location.

This is the second time at this location and yet again very disappointed in the quality of work that was done. Sent my watch to be fixed, waited a month to get fixed and only repaired half of the requested request. Asked to talk to the manager and was told by the manager that he was on lunch and not to bother him as he doesnt bother me on my lunch. I would warn you if you are shopping at this location. My custom engagement ring was a month late, first mold didnt have components requested...a listening problem on the staffs part.Follow up: several months after I received the ring I asked for what size the engagement ring was. I wanted to order another ring as a suprise for my wife and they replied with...we dont have that on file. What?! I spend $10,000 on a ring and you dont keep the size on file?!Update: 1 star to 2- After 3 contacts I got the correct ring size. My original sales person found the original size and got me the answer. If you shop here stay in contact with your sales person otherwise your service will suffer

Sharon was so very helpful! I was extremely dissatisfied with Jesses approach. From the second I walked in he was a very pushy salesman. As I was looking around he was trying to discuss signing me up for a credit card from across the room. Which I found odd because he had no idea the money I came in with. I didnt feel comfortable telling him the reason I was there. I wanted to look around but felt very uncomfortable as he was hoovering around Sharon and I. He would try to push anything I showed interest in. I didnt make a purchase solely because of him. Although I really appreciate Sharon I wouldnt go back because of Jesse.

He didnt tell us about any finance options! Sherry made us feel like our purchase was insignificant and were treated like children. This place is terrible! I had the most wonderful experience at the Colorado Mills location a week ago. Linda, Sharon, and Joshua were all on staff that night. I can not say enough good things about all of them. I went to remove a ring and get it resized. Although I was not able to get it resized because my finger was swollen, they were fantastic with tips to get it off. Because we were walking in late, I was fully expecting to get a grumpy staff ready to go home. That is not what happened. From the second my boyfriend and I walked through the door they were friendly, engaging, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked as a team to get us the best service I have ever gotten in a store. Each person went above and beyond in all regards. They all offered to help get my very stuck ring of, offer a new suggestion, or look up the warranty. Even though this location is a 2-hour drive from my home, I plan to drive back to get the ring resized because the people are so wonderful. I fully trust them with my ring that is very precious to me. Thank you for being so fantastic! All of them deserve at least a 70% raise!

Unbelievable. AVOID THIS STORE AND JARED AT ALL COSTS. Less than a year ago, we spent $600 on a ring that had a darker diamond on it than the rest. They sell us on how Jared will take care of it anytime we bring it back, provide us with paperwork that guarantees the diamonds for life. They promised to fix it anytime we came in. We come in and speak with a very unhelpful salesman named Chris Who tells us it will now be $50 to change out the diamond. We express our disappointment and dissatisfaction, he tells us to have a nice day. No manager, no desire to take care of a customer. They promise you the world and no follow through. The irony is we were there to buy another piece of overpriced jewelry as well.

Rude, hack work, argumentative.Recently brought my wifes engagement ring to the mills location and they said the Diamond was loose and they had to fix it and I could pick it up the next day ... ok fair enough right? So I pick it up and it was in terrible condition scratches and pitted all over the prongs had to have them work on it 4 more times to buff out the damage they did to it .... so at least its done right . Wrong first time she wore the ring after that the diamond is loose really loose so I call them and they say well bring it in and we will look at it..... yeah right ! Why so they can argue with me more saying well we are the ones that damaged it. Couldnt be more displeased with this location I will never ever ever go to this one again . Everyone should do yourself a favor go to the centennial location that shop is top notch so brought it there and they fixed it in ten minutes and they finished off fixing the damage the mills did. Zero stars this location should be shut down.

So, they lost my ring. By lost I mean I dropped two of them off (wedding and engagement) to get cleaned and recoated. A week later I went to pick them up, they only had the one (engagement). They looked over the cameras, talked to the employee I dropped the ring off with, and cant find it. They are replacing it, free of charge, but even though it was purchased at this location, they didnt know what they were replacing. Im happy this was a simple, replaceable band, but what if this was someones heirloom, passed down from generations ring?I wouldnt go here.

Terrible customer service. I refuse to go to the Lakewood location ever again. I took my ring in to get cleaned and didnt realize I needed to bring my paper work in to show i had a maintenance plan. I will be shopping either another store location or another company. Ordinarily I have had good experience with Jared. My husband had a credit card and has bought many items from here. Unfortunately today I brought in my antique wedding ring to be repronged and a small side diamond to be replaced and I had Don, a manager, assess its value. He valued it at half of what we paid for it. Now I understand that it may be worth less, but not that substantiallyso, I questioned it. He asked how much we paid and I told him and his response was you paid that much for this?. Its my wedding ring! I didnt appreciate him looking down like that and acting as though its worthless. He said he would measure the stones. He came back with a ring with two smaller center stones than mine and used it as proof as why my ring was worth less, saying it has more side stones. My center stones are larger so I didnt feel it was accurate, but said if they could only insure it for that much, whatever. He said he wouldnt take it and repair it if I wanted it appraised higher. I almost continued, but felt really insulted. The woman who originally helped me was very nice. I told her I would come back, but wanted to check with some place else. It left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I called coperate and they were super nice and helped me with the situation. But it makes me never want to go back to this store again!

Rude. Before I delve in know that I would have left without their services but the first thing this woman did was fill out a sheet, making me feel like I kinda had to go with them or make a scene. I loathe when places do this. You shouldnt expect me to commit before I have a chance to ask basic questions.I came here to get my engagement ring resized. I picked Jareds bc the last time it was resized they messed up a little and the band was actually round. I though going somewhere bigger would be better to get the flaws worked out.It was clear the woman who worked with me didnt like my ring, which is probably bc it was my grandmas and not bought from her. Yes its tiny and would probably be super cheap, but it lasted through the depression and 60+ years of a marriage that only ended when my grandparents died a month apart from one another. That ring symbolizes so much more than a price tag or large rock ever will. It shouldnt matter to her though. Just resize the thing and stop telling me every aspect of it needed to be replaced for one reason or another. (Both the band and the part that holds the diamond in where flawed in her mind. The bands issue was it was thin though? Also, not much left after that.)To be clear it probably does need some work after being worn for so long on the top part. Id like a second opinion but it seems plausible. But it seemed every question I asked was foreign and nearly offensive to this woman. I mostly asked about things like pricing by the way. And yes, I asked how you make a ring smaller and why I didnt get to keep the gold they cut off (never really got an answer to that one). I also wanted to know if they did re-tip it where the gold would come from (unknown scrap metal) and if they could use the gold they were taking from the ring instead (wrong color so they wouldnt do it). Not gonna lie, I refuse to guy gold or diamonds for humanist reasons. Call me weird, but a good salesman would just respect it and move on. Most likely Ill get it fixed elsewhere. Ill just have to research to know where.I was going to look at their pearl necklaces afterwards for wedding jewelry. But this woman never considered I might buy something and after dealing with her and the condescending way she said she understood the ring was sentimental I didnt either.

(Under Japanese) I dont normally expect good service in the States, especially because Im from the country of “good services” everywhere you go, Japan. But, I must say, this is the best service I have ever had.Everyone at this Jared was so sweet and caring, and I felt so valued, special, and cared through their service. Planning wedding in 2020 was hard and ended up cancellation 2 weddings, but finding the ring there definitely lit up my journey!I searched for and used an engagement ring and a wedding ring. Im used to the good service in Japan and honestly I didnt expect the service in the US wherever I went, but I was really impressed with the service at this store (I wasnt good when I went to another store, but this one The store staff is the best)I was worried about looking for a ring and visited many times to consult with him, but he always welcomed me and took the consultation, and I found that he was very important and caring.Due to the influence of Corona, the wedding ceremony was canceled twice, and the process of getting married is often a painful memory, but I was able to meet the staff of this store and find a ring with these people. It was a great memory!Insanely recommended, really recommended.
