Delicious!! walked in there on our way back to cleveland (our hometown) to get some quick ice cream. we never expected to see what we saw. intriguing decor, stunning places to sit- such a warm and comfortable environment!! and the options..... no way were we just getting ice cream!! walked out with amazing waffles and warm cookies all with their home made fresh ice cream!!! truly a great experience

My order was pretty large and they still managed to get through it nicely. Also, frappe was amazing. It’s clean and nice scenery was great. Thank you!!!

My Gelato was very good-chocalate hazelnut.Cashier patiently trained new lady-admirable.

If i could i would give this place 0 stars. The outside is all fancy and all but the workers don’t even look like they want to work. One of the workers completely ignored us and walked away while the other worker is making my food and decides to pull out her vape and starts smoking her weed. Never coming back again, I do not recommend this place and they are not wearing any masks.

Cream is a new, fresh beautiful store.They have great tasting ice cream with cool flavors!Plus, fantastic hours.They let you taste ice cream so you can decide what you want.They have other amazing foods, and they are not too expensive.

It looks very fancy n chic from the outside n from the inside. But the workers do not wear masks and you arent required to wear masks either, so if you dont like that sort of thing going on then you shouldnt go there. Also they only have two dishes either waffles or crapes but usually they are out of crapes. And if you do decide to get the over priced signature waffle dish dont be surprised when the 3 scoops of ice cream that comes with it actually are about the size of 3 tablespoons. Total rip off. And the ice cream didnt even taste good

F you Cream! Your hours on Google say you are open to until 12:30a.m.! We arrived at 10:05 on July 17th and you were closed! A far cry from 12:30 a.m.!

The best quality everything! The seating is cozy, the place is clean and the staff is A1. I highly recommend cream! They should open more locations throughout the United States!

They make thier ice cream on thier own. Which enables them to make unique fun, and different types of flavors. For example I had mango jalapeno, it was a full mango flavored sorbet, but had a light jalapeno taste at the end which was a great kicker.Its beautifully designed, and they have great service. Love the place.
