I go to this store every other day for my delicious cheese beagle, but the person that is there on mornings isnt very social and I notice not good actitud with the older people that go in mornings. I also work at the mall and one smile face is free!Especially for our older ones.

Love this place! Im so glad they survived after the mall was closed due to hail damage. The chai is amazing. Dont be afraid to see of they have flavors that arent on the board. I always get pumpkin spice.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful, and the interior is nice, but the product was awful - got an amaretto vanilla chai, and it was a sickeningly sweet syrupy mess with a horrible aftertaste that has no business even being called chai. One of the worst drinks Ive had in recent memory. Would not recommend, wont be back.

Love this cute little chai tea shop at the Mills! The baristas are always very friendly and will give you great suggestions based on what type of Chai you are going for. I like asking about new things to try and perusing the shop as my drink is being made!

I visited Colorado a handful of times about 4 years ago. Tried the chocolate comfort drink (cold) and it was amazing. I purchased their sampler pack and all the flavors were fantastic hot or cold.Just got back in Colorado yesterday (moved here from NY) and am 15 mins away from them opening so I can get some more.Highly recommend them especially if you would like to treat yourself to a special drink.

This shop was amazing! My daughter wanted a tea party birthday with her friends. They were able to accommodate us and were just great on a service level. The Italian sodas were just loved by the kids and I had a chai (vanilla bourbon) for the first time and it was great! Even had to buy a bag of it for home. I highly recommend Kataluma Chai they were amazing!!!

Everytime I got to the Colorado Mills Mall I go out of my way to go to Kataluma Chai. I’ve been a customer for years and I’ve never been disappointed. Their chai is the best I’ve ever had hands down. I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. The people are friendly and the atmosphere is so calm and relaxing. My Mall experience is a little better with Chai.

Love this chai shop. For those posting that their chai was too sweet, I heavily recommend purchasing a different drink before you leave a nasty review. They have more spice based options, but at the same time, they definitely cater to those who are used to picking up their sweet treat from Starbucks.It’s so nice to finally have a part of the mall that is welcoming. As someone with anxiety, I love the small wake me up from a good blended chai, rather than the coffee jitters. Definitely give it a try.

Chocolate chai was good, but quite sweetI got the Mexican chocolate chai. I was expecting more cinnamon flavor, but Im in the mood for sweet, so Im quite enjoying it anyway.

I initially had high hopes for this place as it specializes only in Chai tea, but being greeted by a complete array of flavoured syrups at the counter was not a promising sign. I decided to try this traditional Chai latte which they told me was powder based. Defintitely on the sweet side and lacked the spiciness of a good Chai. Not all that different from what you would find in a Starbucks - in fact, I still prefer the Oprah Chai.

The Orange chocolate chai was great! Barista was very friendly as well.

This is if Starbucks and every coffee and chi place came together and gave their best items and things to one place. Will never go to starbucks when i can go here.

Oregon chai has been dethroned as my least favorite chai. This chai is so sweet you can barely taste the spices. If you like Oregon chai then you may enjoy this. If you like spicy chai, don’t bother.Added a 2nd star for the good service.

Service was awesome they were busy but she was keeping up and had an awesome attitude about everything. Tons of options and the best part is that they open before the mall opens so you can enjoy a coffee before you go shopping.

I just had the most disappointing service here that I have ever had at any establishment. We used to have a Kataluma Chai in Silverdale, WA and I loved their drinks and was devastated when they closed. I am on a business trip in Denver and drove 30 miles out of my way to come enjoy a chai milkshake. We showed up 30 minutes until closing, were told she had already put everything away and gave attitude. Finally decided to take our order and very begrudgingly made the milkshakes. She dumped out the first batch. My guess is she was so focused on being angry and not getting to close early that she messed it up, then the second time she kept going over to the sink debating whether to toss it and remake it yet again and then decided to pour it in the cups and serve it to us with ice cold silence. Needles to say we took one sip, it was horrible and we tossed it and left. What a disappointment and a huge missed opportunity on her part to project great customer service and deliver a great product.

The staff is friendly and helpful. I had the chocolate mint chai (iced) and it was quite good. I didnt have a chance to try more in my brief stay, but there are a lot of varieties as well as plenty of teas if chai isnt your thing. The prices are pretty reasonable too and the atmosphere is relaxing, especially in a bustling mall.

Looking for a quiet nook to sip on a masala chai? Boy howdy, did you come to the WRONG PLACE! Crammed into a crowded shopping mall, offering all the ambiance of fluorescent lighting, and staffed by clerks whove never heard of cardamom (and probably think they sell chai tea), this sad shop peddles teabags and sugar syrup. Do yourself a favor and drive to the Indian restaurant down the road where the fine and friendly folks will sell you a decent cup of tea (and a samosa, too, if you like).

Service was good, I ordered a large sugar free bourbon vanilla chai. We discussed sugar free options and why. Keto friendly is what I needed. She was nice but my tea was loaded with so much sugar, it knocked me out of ketosis. I tested myself before and after the drink (with nothing in between). Because of that, they lost any future business of mine.

I love trying the new flavored syrup combinations they come up with to go with their chai. You can buy powdered versions of many flavors to take home; Ive bought a few as gifts.

Kataluma Chai Co has an awesome selection of Chai, tea, and coffee beverages! The owner and staff are very kind, and the shop is tucked away in a great spot in the Colorado Mills shopping center.

Great selection of teas and chai, as well as an offering of espresso drinks. I love chai drinks, but sometimes, they’re too sweet. Our barista, Ashley, was incredibly friendly and helpful in making a good chai choice from their selection. The prices are comparable to or a little less expensive than Starbucks. Since the focus is chai, the quality is much better and the café ambience is very inviting. Nice place for a break while traveling through Denver

Just FANTASTIC! The service was GREAT! I am not a big fan of chai. It has to be made juuuussssssttttt right. They do that here. Great atmosphere and free games to play at the table while you enjoy. Oh how I wish there were one of these in the Springs! We would be there every day!! Thank Yu for an amazing drink (got the chai smores and the peach smoothie) and the fun games!
