I brought my ran over phone in and got fixed! Good customer service! Totally would recommend

Do not trust these guys with ANY of your devices! They never called to give an update on my phone, like they said they would. I had to call numerous times. All my follow up calls, I was advised that they were having a hard time with it and that it would be ready in an hour. Finally, the 4th call, I was advised that they werent able to repair my device and would give me a refund. Suffice to say, they gave me my refund, sold my unrepairable device - basically, they stole it! Youre thieves!

Thought at first they did a great job on my Iphone. Then a week after repair the adhesive used for the screen came right off and the screen came right off !!

I came here to repair an iPhone X screen. I had no problems initially waiting 2 days for the proper parts to come in. About a week after my screen was replaced the adhesive wore off and my phone screen popped right out. I took my phone to Evolv in downtown Tacoma to find out that the screen that was put on herewas NOT the correct glass and could have potentially fried my phone. Go to Evolv if you have apple products. Same price with a lifetime garentee

The web site states the shop opens at 10:00 am. I arrived at 10 only to find plastic construction site retainment netting around the booth with a sign having a phone number to call for service. Owner need to change his website if he cant wake in time to open on time, or have his mom wake him up earlier.
