I’m very impressed by the outstanding customer service I received today. I called the shop to ask if they had same day availability for a phone screen repair, luckily they did. After ending the call they sent me a text message with the address to the shop, which I thought was nice. I took the phone in and the 3 employees that were there were all very kind. They finished in about an hour and even added a screen protector just in case. They went the extra mile today to make it convenient and quick. I’ll be bringing all my repairs back to this shop when needed.

I came in to check prices for screen replacement for my son’s iPhone. Didn’t realize they close at 7, I walked in a little after 6. They said repairs usually take about an hour, but they said they could get it done before they closed the same day. They were both very courteous & helpful, price was way better than the other places I checked. I’ll definitely be coming back

Sam did an amazing job replacing my screen and installing my screen protector. It looks great, the camera works great, and the touch screen works amazing. I did a walk in and Sam replaced my super shattered screen in less that 45 mins. Awesome place to go I highly recommend.

I went in after going to Apple, T-Mobile and Geek Squad and they all told me there was nothing they could do but give me a new phone (it wasn’t turning on at all and the screen looked like the LED was out) they took a look at it and diagnosed it within 15 minutes and Angelo had it fixed and turning on with a brand new screen within 2 hours! He really made my whole day. I definitely recommend checking them out

Chandler and Josh (I believe was his name) took great care of my iPhone X after I dropped it in my hot tub. Screen had gone dark but still functioned (sounds/haptics/etc) until I tried power cycling it then it wouldn’t turn on at all. They took it apart, put it on a heat pad and only had to change the screen. $120 later and I have my phone back in great working condition, so far! No damage to memory or other internals so I am a happy camper. Dropped my phone off at 12:14pm and got a call shortly after 2pm the same day - phone was ready! Highly recommend them for prioritizing the quick repair and turnaround.As for the screen - the color and hue are slightly off from before, they said that they are unable to obtain the Apple screen itself so this is a knockoff. Also from the unlock screen it is a bit more difficult to click the camera/flashlight buttons - but I’m just glad the phone wasn’t TOAST! Keep up the good work fellas!

Cell zone wasn’t open in Belmar at noon. So I quickly ran over at phone repair and more, and Chandler, who was fixing an iPhone at the time was quick to help me, despite how busy he was! Some jerk stole my iPhone 11 Sim card tray, When he said he needed it for a brief moment. Chandler is my hero, he made sure I had a new Sim tray for my phone in a matter of seconds. All for $5.33. Also not to mention that they respect your privacy when they’re fixing your phone. “Ali” at Cell Zone always asks for your iPhone password as if he needs it. Creepy. I’ll start going here more if I need my phone needs fixing.

I wanted to get a battery replaced in a Galaxy S7. Called the store and they said theyd have a tech in the next day to do it so I went in and they told me the tech wasnt in that day and Id have to come back. Then I came back and they told me it would take about an hour to fix. Came back after an hour and they said it might be another hour+. At that point I had to get back to work and returned later in the evening. They replaced the battery just fine but then I found their clamp had cracked the backing on the phone. They kindly offered me a free repair on the backing but at that point I didnt want to deal with the poor service again.

This place is a no doubt slam dunk stone cold lead pipe lock. I had a shattered screen protector on my iPhone 8. I handed it off to them, and looked through their phone cases while I waited. About 2 minutes later when I went to ask if they had a particular type of case, the old screen protector was gone and the new one was already put on my phone and it was perfect. No air bubbles, perfectly straight and Ive spent more on a latte than I did on the new screen protector. They also had a phone case which was exactly what I was looking for.Local family business, they treat you like a person, not a number. They understand customer service and brand loyalty, and based on my one experience they have earned a customer for life. Dont waste your time with anyone else. I couldnt be happier with my (looks like brand new again) phone and super cool case that I have already received many compliments on. Couldnt be happier with this company!

I took my barely cracked 11 pro max in and the screen completely stopped working three days after it was fixed so I took it back and had the screen changed again and it doesnt click in the right spots or allow me to zoom in and out the way it should and now a month later it completely glitched out and is fully unusable

The broke the screen of my phone trying to “fix it” and lost the SIM card while taking it apart. They still charged me for them to break my phone worse. I also told them it’s still under warranty and to not void the warranty but they did anyway.

I couldnt get my charger to insert into my Ipad port today and took it in to see what was going on. Apparently, a part of the charger broke off in the port. He was able to remove it quickly and wasnt even going to charge me for it. Great service and Ill sure be back if I need anything else repaired.

Craiglist post states $120 for screen replacement for an ipad pro. As seen on the post it was posted 7 days ago. I called to verify and to see if they could do it and they said yes bring it in. I drove 45 minutes to drop it off. They changed the price from $120 to $220. I verified the post and called to make sure but they cant honor that. Thanks for wasting my time! You should have told me that the prices went up from the beginning so I didnt drive that far and update your post.

LEGITAMATELY DO NOT BRING YOUR PHONE HERE! I brought in an S20 Ultra for the front and back to be replaced. They gave me a pink back when i asked for a different color. Once i Picked it up the camera was not working. I brought it back again and he said sorry but we didnt know what we were doing since they never had on in to replace. Now both the front and back started peeling then cracked. JoJo Is the Owner or Manager either way I hope this guy loses his place due to HORRIBLE communication. He actually refused to fix my phone now since I told him I havev10 million views on Google. Honest to god this place is a hole in the wall ran but a few young guys that do not know how to run a business. Good luck if you choose this place!

I took in a working phone to get the screen fixed when I got my phone back there was a problem with the network not working wich caused me to have to BUY a phone from them even though I gave them a working phone? After repeated phone calls to them to offer some solution I got attitude from a guy on the phone not jojo Then the new phone screen cracked I called the store. I was told that if I took it somewhere else they would not honor the warranty. Then the screen quit or shorted out so I went to get it repaired. I was told that the screen was not installed properly and the phone couldnt be repaired. The glass wasnt adhered properly. Either since the phone was not dropped. I was told this by a shop that wasnt trying to up sell me or sell me anything. I will not reccomend this shop for anything. And since Pat referred me I wont reccomend his shop either. Every time I called I was treated like I was done a favor. Check out the photos. See for yourself.
